Physical description:

A sleekly black scaled reptilian humanoid. Musular and trim, moves with an extraordinary sense of grace and speed for someone his size. The majority of scales across his body are thick and armor-like. The scales in the inside of most joints such as elbows, knees, and the underside of his tail, are smaller to allow easier movement. The scales upon his back and the tops of his arms and tail are large and fit together like interlocking plates. The largest plates on his back are around two inches thick. The smaller scales are thinner(yet still considerably armored) and rather than lock together the like the larger plates, are spaced betweeen thin lines of heavy leathery flesh like those of a snake.

His eyes are of a deep green, the brightness of which varies with his mood. When bored or tired, they appear a dull green. When he is angered or excited, they may appear a brilliant burning neon green. They have thick transparent eyelids that close sideways instead of up and down, this is to allow him to see normally in hostile conditions such as heavy rains or sandstorms. He also has a second set of scaled opaque eyelids that open and close normally.

His mouth is filled with rows upon rows of serrated needle like teeth that simply tear holes in flesh like so many jagged rasps. They are much like the teeth of a shark in that if he looses one(which is quite common) It is soon replaced by those already growing beneath it.

Personality
Voraciously independant, with even more fervor against slavers and slavery. Believes all standardized laws are artificial justification for "legalized" slavery and will have nothing to do with them. He fits right in with his surroundings at his castle of platinum in the plane of Limbo. Neutral in respects with good and evil, but pure chaos all the way. His reactions, though not purely situational, depend greatly upon the current company and mood. He has no set criteria for any situation, and though has a peacefull and philosophical side, is prone to macabre violence, given reason.

Defensive Abilities

• Scaly Hide:: His scales are harder than most forms of steel, the spined plates upon his back and tail measuring over two inches thick.
• Sis'Thik:: Being of Sis'Thik Origin, He is naturally immune to all forms of normal fire and highly resistant to magical fire and lightning. These resistances have been amplified, giving him total immunity to all forms of Fire and lightning, Magical and non.
• Magic resistance::His Prolonged exposure to the Chaotic winds of limbo have endowed him with immunity to 85% of the hostile magics cast at him. Except for fire and lightning, against which he has total immunity.
• Hellfire::V'soul has gained the ability to shrug off hellfire of the 6th level of Baator(hell) or less and has strong resistance to higher levels of it.
• Psionics::He has limited knowledge and use of Psionic powers. Mainly Defenses and miscellaneous abilities. Though with his extended time in Limbo, he has slowly mastered(along with his natural affinity) methods of pyrokinetics in other planes.
• Regenerative blood:: His blood is extremely reactive to flesh, immidiatly soaking in and causing it to regenerate 75 times faster than normal.((stuff that requires an entire year of recovery is now healed in less than 5 days))
• Spiritual Recall:: Should his soul be removed from his body for any reason, it is immidiately taken to his home within the plane of limbo.

Misc. Abilities

• Control normal fires at will:: He can control the intensity of any fire within his presence from a match light to white-hot rock melting forest fire.
• Wraithform:: He may evaporate into wratih form and remain as such for one half hour before rematerializing. He may do this 3 times per week.
• Darkness:: He may destroy light and any other form of illumination at will, casting areas or rooms into temporary or even permanent darkness.
• Senses:: His vision sees the normal spectrum, as well as allowing him to see beyond it into the infrared and ultraviolet spectrums as well. In Addition to his he has the ability to see a beings Aura as well. In addition to his increased sight, he has heightened senses of smell and hearing beyond the human range.
• Rifting:: He is able to planeshift himself to one or more planes of existence through rifting(breaking down of the barriers between planes over a small area, resulting in the rifter existing in all planes at once, in which case the rifter simply chooses which plane he/she wishes to remain in when the rift repairs itself. Because all planes are present, any adverse or positive effects due to those planes is canceled out by it's oppositely alligned plane. He may use this power offensively, creating a miniature rift and huriling it at something. Whatever the energy ball hits is rifted into a plane of V'souls choosing.

The Robes of the Assassin king

While wearing the robes, he has the following additional abilities:

• Control light intensity at will:: He has the ability to control small sources of light to make them grow or shrink in intensity by 50% This includes things like torches and fires, but not things like the sun or moon.
• Dimention door at will::Allows him to gate instantly to any location within a specific range of 10 km(6.2 mi)(within the same plane)
• Iron cloth:: though as soft and suple as any silken threads, the arabic robes are as impenetrable as any plate mail armor
• Seamless:: They are inchanted as such that when unfolded, they clothe the wearer and stretch or contract to fit that person specifically, they fold into an abnormally small packet when taken off. Equiping and removing the robes takes approximately two seconds.

• The Soulbade::
  ...whence came the blade of blade, liquid lightning within its form. Fashion by the gods, of the gods, and for the gods did is cut a swath...

  Long ago, a mystical greatsword was forged by a god of darkness so that he may kill other gods. Well, needless to say, the other gods felt thretened by this and basically tore the thing into pieces. One of those pieces was found by an an evil and powerful sorcerer who fashioned it into a smaller version of the sword of god slaying. V'soul was hired to kill this mage, which he did, and claimed the soulblade as his own.

  He Wielded this weapon for many centuries, a blade of blue lightning, normaly weilded in his left hand like an overly large claw.

  Over time, he gradually came to learn of the locations of the other soulblades forged from the various pieces of the original sword. When he first retrieved on of the other pieces, The weavers melded it to his own. Like a chain reaction, once two pieces were join they beegan thirsting for the others. In his journies, he collected them, piece by piece, each being absorbed into his own, no longer needing the magic of the weavers to connect them together. And after much time the last piece was recovered. When all teh pieces were joined, they again sealed together and the original sword was formed.
