These are the only remaining pictures of Jedadiah Snoid and Ima Hummer. Ima stole the locket from a nurse at the state hospital while she was asleep at her desk. Ima threw away the nurses' treasured and only pictures of her long lost husband and put in the pictures of Jed and herself. These pictures were taken about a week after Irving was born. Ima is smiling and carefree because she has already forgotten about Irving and the men that took him away.

We are currently searching the archives of the now closed Camarillo State Hospital for a picture of Irving. This is a very difficult task since many of the records were damaged or destroyed in the fire that Donald started when he was eleven while playing with a propane bottle he had stolen from one of the maintenance workers trucks. The explosion that started the fire also blew off most of Donald's hair, and to this day it has never grown back.

We are currently searching the records of the Ventura County Sheriffs Department for a recent picture of Donald.
