To submit entries to the Digital Diversity show by mail please follow the instructions below.

Image Preperation and Entry Instructions

  • All images must be in JPEG format.
  • No image shall be larger than 1500 pixels on the longest side.
  • No single image shall be larger than 250Kb total file size.
  • Images will be submitted on a CD. Write your name, telephone number and the number of images submitted on the CD.
  • Include by each image title on the entry form the catagory you wish the image to be judged in, either Digital Photography, Digital Painting or Abstract, or 3D sculpture.
  • Title the images on the CD with the same titles that you write on the entry form.
  • Maximum of 8 images per artist may be submitted to the show.
  • Entry fees are non-refundable.
  • Personal checks or money orders are accepted. Do not send cash.
  • Make checks payable to: Ventura Artists Union

Shipping Tips -

  • Protect CD in a durable plastic case.
  • Use a well padded package.
  • Mark the package "FRAGILE" and "DO NOT BEND"
