Piper is the "Switzerland" between her dueling sisters. Although this sister is the empathetic one, don't think she can't be tough if she needs to. She really knows how to manage her loyalties and her time carefully. In fact, you could say this sandwiched-sister could stop a clock.

Phoebe Halliwell

According to her older sister, Phoebe never plans beyond the next day. Her pockets always seem to be empty of cash and her mind racing with ideas. She is entranced by The Book of Shadows and the notion that she and her sisters are witches. It's almost as if she can see into the future.
