Liz and Peaches walked around the dining room of the Crowe's Hotel.
"I think it would look good here." Liz said pointing to the far right
hand corner. "Yeah, but we want it to show through the window too, so
let's just put it in front of that window." Peaches said looking at
her. "Ok, sounds good to me." Liz smiled. "Ok, now if the guys would
get back with it, we'll be able to put it up and decorate." Peaches
giggled. "They are taking their sweet time, aren't they." Liz
laughed. "Let's go over to the Tavern and see how things are going
over there." Peaches said smiling at her. "All right, I need to see
how big of a mess I'll be cleaning up." Liz giggled as they started
for the door.
"Jeff! I told you to stop eating it!" Teresa yelled shaking her head. "Can't help it, its so good!" Jeff said as he stuck another handful of popcorn in his mouth. "I give up!" Teresa said as she let go of the string of popcorn. "Oh come on, love, I'll stop eating it, I promise!" Jeff giggled. Loria, Michelle and Syrena came out with more decorations. "I can't believe how much stuff Peaches and Liz bought!" Loria said laughing. "I know!" Michelle giggled. "Well it is our first Christmas here at the CrowesNest, I think they just wanted to make it special." Syrena said smiling. "Well its going to be something." Bud said as he walked up. "So Bud, what do you want for Christmas?" Michelle asked smiling at him. "For Sid to disappear for good!" Bud laughed. "That's not nice." Loria giggled.
"Come on, we have to get back." John said looking at Cort and Maximus. "This sure is a beautiful tree." Cort said as he helped them load it on top of the truck. "Sure is, I just hope it isn't to big for the dining room." Maximus said as he looked at the big tree. "Well from what Peaches said, they were clearing everything out of there and putting a sofa and some chairs, not much, just places to sit, so I think there will be a lot of room." Cort said smiling at him. "True that is a huge dining room." John said shaking his head. "All right, let's head back." He added as he climbed into the truck.
"Jingle Bells, Jingle Bells, Bud smells, Ohhhhhh Jingle Bells!" Sid came in singing. The girls laughed and Bud just glared at him. "Hey you wouldn't stink if you took a shower every now and then, Copper." Sid laughed as he walked by. Bud reached out and shoved him. "HEY!" Sid said as he fell to the ground. "All right guys, we don't need you two going head to head, now play nice." Loria said shaking her head. "So how are we going to shop for presents, I mean we can't afford everyone." Michelle said as she hung garland around the bar. "Well you just buy for the person you want to." Liz said smiling at her. "I want to buy for everyone, but that won't happen." Michelle giggled. "'Chelle, we're in a different place, people and things come when we need them to, don't worry about what you can't afford, here you can afford a lot!" Peaches said winking at her. "So if I wanted to buy someone a computer, and someone a CD player, I could, I still have money left to buy for everyone else? Girl, what have you been smoking?" Michelle laughed. "'Chelle, this is a place of fantasy, so to speak, so yes you could if you really wanted to, anything that comes from the heart, comes here." Peaches said waving her hands around the room. "And Christmas just makes things more magical, and greater things happen here, then they normally would, so ladies I would hold on to your socks, cause its about to be one magical season here at the CrowesNest!" She added grinning at them all.
Maximus, Cort and John finally made it back to the Hotel with the tree. "Wow, wait till the girls see this!" Jeff whistled out. "It sure is a beautiful tree." Wendy said as she looked it over. "A little to tall if you ask me." Amie said shaking her head. "Well we still have to trim it, but it will be perfect after we're done." John said winking at them. "I'll go get the girls." Cort said as he headed for the door. Cort walked into the Tavern. "Place looks great, ladies!" Cort called out with a whistle. "Thanks!" Teresa called back as she popped her head up from behind the bar. "What are you doing behind there?" Cort asked laughing. "Plugging in the lights, the only free plug is here." Teresa said smiling at him. "Where's the rest of the girls? Tree's here." Cort said smiling at her. "Well Peaches and Michelle are up in the attic of the Hotel looking for some more decorations. Liz and Loria are in the kitchen making some lunch. Syrena, Bud and Sid went somewhere that Peaches sent them too." She said smiling at him. "Ok, will you please tell the ladies in the kitchen to come to the Hotel." Cort said as he waved and headed out the door. Teresa shook her head and giggled.
"Look at this!" Michelle said as she picked up a painting. "Oh yeah, forgot that was here!" Peaches laughed out loud. "Who did this?" Michelle asked giggling. "Cort, he thought he might try his hand at painting. I hid it up here so I wouldn't have to look at it, so hid it again, ok." Peaches laughed. "Hey here's a trunk." Michelle said as she put the painting down. "Let's see what's inside, shall we." Peaches said stepping closer to her. Michelle tried to open it but it was locked. "Do you have the key for it?" Michelle asked glancing up at her. "Um, I don't know, I may have it somewhere." Peaches said looking down at her. "I'll go see." She added and headed for the door. "I was just coming to get you, tree's here." Cort said kissing her on the cheek then grabbing her hand. "Come on, 'Chelle!" Cort called back. "Coming!" Michelle said as she got to her feet.
"Oh my!" Peaches said as she shook her head. "Well what do you think?" Cort asked looking at her. Peaches and Michelle stepped closer to the tree. "We're really going to need more decorations." Michelle said with a giggle. "I like it!" Liz said as she and Loria came up from behind. "I love it too, but it could be just a little smaller." Peaches said tilting her head. "Well we do have a little trimming to do, but when we're done, it will be grand!" Cort said kissing her. "Um, how about this, Cowboy, we girls we trim the tree and you boys go play on the beach for a while and let us finish decorate." Peaches said looking up at him. "But we wanted to do it." Cort said with a pout. "I know, but I really don't think that's a very good idea, besides we have a few surprises in store for you, so you must leave." Peaches said grinning at him. "All right, boys, you heard the lady, let's go." John said as he herded the men out the door. "Can I stay?" Jeff said pleading with her. "Jeff, you are one of them, so no." Michelle said grinning at him. Jeff frowned the turned and followed the rest of the men out the door. "What surprises are you talking about?" Michelle giggled. "I don't know, I just didn't want the touching that tree." Peaches said shaking her head. The girls all laughed. "Ok, let's find that key and see what's in that trunk." Michelle said smiling at her. "What trunk?" Teresa asked looking at them. "We found this trunk in the attic, but its locked we need a key." Michelle said smiling at her. "Mind if we tag along?" Loria asked smiling. "Come on, ladies, the hunt is on!" Peaches giggled. Peaches and Michelle searched the downstairs for the key. Loria, Liz and Teresa searched the upstairs. The girls all gathered back at the attic. "Anyone find it?" Michelle asked looking at them. "Nope." Everyone said. "What are you looking for?" A man's voice asked from the door. They all turned around. "Alex!" Peaches shouted. "Your not suppose to be up here!" Teresa said glaring at him. "Why not?" Alex asked walking up to them. "They just don't listen." Liz said shaking her head. "I don't think Alex, was here when we shoved the other guys out." Loria said looking at them. "Oh, that's right, we're looking for a key to fit that trunk." Michelle said smiling at him. "Would you like me to try and force it open for you?" Alex asked looking at her. "No thank you, Alex, but you should go out with the other guys." Peaches said as she motioned him to the door. "All right." Alex said with a smile.
"I wonder where that key could be." Michelle said as she sat on the trunk. "Ok, where's that CrowesNest magic you were talking about?" Teresa said grinning at her. "That's right!" Peaches said as she ran out the door. "Where is she going?" Michelle asked looking at them. "Your guess is as good as mine." Loria said shaking her head. "Well let's go see." Teresa said as she headed out the door. When they finally caught up with Peaches she was in the basement of the Hotel. "Why are you down here?" Teresa asked looking around. "You'll see, but it will take some time." Peaches said smiling. "Are you ok, your not stressed or anything?" Teresa asked walking up to her. "Nope, I'm good as gold!" Peaches said winking at her. Peaches walked up to the nearest wall and started touching it. "What are you doing now?" Michelle asked looking at her. "I'm looking for a door." Peaches said as she trailed her hand across the surface of the wall. "A door?" Loria said looking at her.
"Yeah, there's a door, somewhere, it leads to a special place in the CrowesNest." Peaches said glancing back at her. Michelle walked up to a wall and started doing what Peaches was doing. "'Chelle, what are you doing?" Teresa asked looking at her. "Well she does own this Hotel, so she must know what she's talking about." Michelle answered grinning back at her. Loria and Teresa looked at each other, then headed for separate walls. "Found something!" Loria called out in surprise. Everyone headed over to her. "That's it!" Peaches said as she walked up to the wall. Peaches placed her hand on the wall, and felt the trigger that opened the door, then pushed it. The wall opened. "Oh my!" Michelle said shaking her head. "Come on!" Peaches said as she walked inside. The girls looked at each other then slowly followed. "This is unbelievable!" Teresa said as she looked around. "Tell me this is the only secret place here." Loria said looking at her. "Nope, actually there's many secret places, you just have to know where to look." Peaches said smiling at her.
They walked into a room, that was lit up like day light. The room had many shelves, boxes, trunks, and other things. "And what are we looking for?" Teresa asked looking at her. "The key, and any other thing you might want to use to decorate with." Peaches said as she started going through boxes. "I don't understand, what's so special about this room?" Michelle asked. "Besides the fact that the light is coming from nothing, but yet its lit up, I'm confused." She added. Peaches giggled. "Well its light in here, with no actually source of light, because its the light of love, so to speak, see, every secret room you find, will have a light like this, the CrowesNest was created out of love." Peaches said smiling at her. "And this room, is the place to find the things you've lost or can't find." Peaches added winking at her. "Ok this place just got weirder!" Michelle said shaking her head. "Don't worry, you'll soon understand it all!" Peaches said smiling at her.
"Look at this!" Teresa said as she opened a box. Everyone peeked over her shoulder. "Look at all these keys!" Loria said shaking her head. "It should be in there!" Peaches said looking at her. "How do, never mind." Teresa giggled. "Let's take it up to the attic." Peaches said smiling at them. "Do you know how long it would take to find one key that fits that trunk, I don't think we have that much time." Loria said starring at her. "Yes we do, now come on, the trunk will find its own key." Peaches said as she grabbed the small box and headed upstairs. "Ok, I'm still confused." Michelle said shaking her head. "Let's go, I want to see this little magic trick." Loria said giggling. The girls got to the attic. "So how does this little trick work?" Teresa asked as she sat next to the trunk. "You'll see." Peaches grinned. Suddenly, the key hole on the trunk began to light up, then a small light came from the box full of keys. "Look at that!" Teresa said pointing to the box. Peaches reached in and grabbed the glowing key, as soon as she brought it out of the box it stopped glowing. "Now let's see what's in this trunk." Peaches said smiling.
"So how long are we suppose to stay out of here." Cort asked as he looked at the waves hitting the shore. "Don't know, guess they'll come get us when their done." John said looking at him. "Ya know, I have a feeling that there really is no surprise, that they just wanted us out of there." Cort said grinning at him. "I agree, but we gotta do what the ladies want." Maximus said smiling at him. "So how are we suppose to get them anything for Christmas, if its too hard for us to go to a town?" Alex asked walking up behind them. "Don't know, but the girls don't seem to worried about it." John said looking up at him. "You know, Peaches, said that the things we want for them, will come." Cort said with a giggle. "Its true." Jeff said as he sat next to him. "What do you mean?" Cort asked looking at him. "Well Peaches showed me some of the magic of the CrowesNest." Jeff said smiling at him. "The magic, Ok, I know that we are that, well I don't know if I'd call it magic, but what are you talking about?" Cort asked shaking his head. "Well Peaches said that this place has many special things about it, magical things if you will, and she showed me a few, and let me tell you boys, she's right, if you want something special for them that comes from the heart, then they will get come Christmas morning." Jeff said as he stood up and headed toward the shore line.
"Ok, did anyone understand him?" Cort said as he looked at the group. "Well let's hope he's right, I'm sure Peaches wouldn't stair any of us wrong." John said standing up. "That's true." Cort said smiling. "Should we head back?" Alex asked looking up at John. "No, let's wait a little bit longer." John said grinning.
Back at the Hotel, the girls gathered around the trunk, now joined by Wendy, Stef, Trisha, Laura and Tina. "So, let's do it." Teresa said as she grew impatient. "Ok." Peaches said as she placed the key in the hole. Turning the key slowly the lock popped. Peaches reached down and slowly raised the lid. A glowing light came from the trunk as it opened. Some of the girls stepped back. "What is it?" Wendy asked from behind her. "The best thing for that big tree out there." Peaches said grinning. Reaching down she picked up the object. "Oh my, that's beautiful!" Loria said gasping. "How could you not know that was in there?" Tina asked starring at her. "Well there's a lot of things in this Hotel and the Tavern that well people bring along with them, and really not knowing they did." Peaches said smiling at her. "So who brought this?" Stef asked looking at her. "Oh wow, that's just like my drawing!" Emma said as she walked into the room. "I think we just got our answer." Peaches said with a giggle. "This is yours?" Michelle asked looking at her.
"Its not mine, but its like one that a drew a while back, I've always wanted one like this." Emma said as she grabbed the object. "Actually it is yours, I'll let one of them explain it." Peaches giggled. "Now let's go put that on the tree, and see what happens." Peaches added winking at them. "Why do I have this feeling that something, oh I don't know, going to happen once we put that on the tree." Loria said looking at the girls. "Let's go find out." Teresa said as she headed for the door, soon followed by the others. When they reached the tree, Syrena, Bud and Sid were standing around it, Bud and Sid were arguing as usual. "Ok, next time don't send them with me anywhere!" Syrena said shaking her head. "Sorry about that." Peaches said touching her shoulder. "What's that?" Sid asked as he walked up to Emma and the object. "What does it look like Sid." Michelle said shaking her head. "Ok, let's get it up there." Peaches said smiling. "Um, don't you think we should trim the tree first?" Teresa said tilting her head. "Nope, its fine just the way it is." Peaches said smiling at her.
Bud went and got a latter. "Ok, Emma, do the honors." Peaches said smiling. Emma climbed up the latter and placed the beautiful Angel on top of the tree. "Ok, um, it looks beautiful and all but nothing is happening." Teresa said starring at the Angel. "Give it time." Peaches said as she stepped back from the tree. Bud grabbed the latter and stepped back. "What exactly are we waiting for?" Bud asked Laura. "Don't know exactly." Laura answered her eyes still on the tree. Just then the tree began to light up in a beautiful Angelic light. Everyone's eyes got bigger as the tree began to take shape. "This is unbelievable." Michelle whispered. "I know." Liz said watching the beautiful sight. Out of nowhere, decorations appeared on the tree. "I think I'm not confused anymore." Michelle giggled. "I think this will be a very cool Christmas." Stef said smiling.
"All right, let's head back, its going to be dark soon." John said as he watched the sun touch the water. "Fine by me!" Cort said standing up. The men all headed back to the Hotel. "So I wonder what the tree look likes." Jeff said as he quickened his step. "We'll soon find out." Cort grinned. The guys entered the Hotel. When they entered the dining room, they all stopped. "How the hell did you get it to look like that!" Cort said as he starred at the big tree. "Magic!" Jeff said walking passed him. All the guys looked at the girls, the girls faces let them know that Jeff was right. When Cort saw Bud and Sid's faces, he knew. "This is just unbelievable!" Cort whispered walking up to Peaches. "All right, I think we should all go to bed." Peaches said as she headed for the door. "Um, darlin, its not even dark outside, and its only 5 pm." Cort said starring at her. "Just trust me, the Angel isn't done yet, and it won't finish until we go to sleep, ya know, just like when your waiting for Santa." Peaches giggled. "How does she know all of this?" Alex asked shaking his head. "Don't know, kind of freaky if you ask me." Sid said grinning. Cort glared at him. "If the lady says we must go to bed, guess we go to bed." John said as he headed for the door. The men all sighed then said good night to the women.
The next morning, Peaches woke up earlier than anyone. The minute she opened her eyes she could see the magic. She got up and put on her robe, then slowly opened the door. She smiled big when she saw the hallway. She slowly walked down the stairs, when she saw the rest of the Hotel, she knew the magic was stronger than ever. She peeked out the window and saw the sun was barely coming up. When she saw the new decorations on the buildings and in the street, she sighed. "Now, I think they'll believe." She whispered to herself. Peaches walked back upstairs and knocked on all the doors. "Come on, time to get up!" She called out as she walked down the hall. She then headed across the street to the Tavern. She then knocked on all the guys doors, calling out the same thing. Sid of course, complained from inside his room. Peaches just giggled and continued on.
When everyone gathered in the streets, all were surprised at the decorations. "Ok, you did this last night, didn't you?" Bud asked as he looked around. "Bud, not even I could decorate that fast!" Peaches laughed. "This is too cool!" Teresa said looking around. "All right, its time to make your lists." Peaches said smiling at them. "Our lists? For?" Cort asked looking at her. "Your Christmas lists, silly." Peaches giggled. "Just write down the things you want to get someone, and it has to be from the heart or they won't get it, got it." Peaches giggled again. Everyone starred at her, then made little mumbles then walked towards their rooms. Peaches shook her head and giggled to herself. They had no idea what laid a head for them.
"Is she serious about this? I mean I feel kind of silly make out a list for things I can't get." Loria said as she sat down on her bed. "I think she is, it can't hurt to do it, though." Teresa said as she sat next to her. "I know, but I feel silly about it." Loria said shaking her head. "So what are you going to get East?" Teresa asked grinning at her. "I don't know yet." Loria said frowning. "I'm sure you'll figure it out, just remember it has to be from the heart." Teresa giggled.
By early evening, everyone had gathered in the dining room. "Ok, so does everyone have their lists?" Peaches asked looking at everyone. Everyone nodded, but still looked confused. "Good, now I want you to burn them in the fire place." Peaches said smiling at them. "What? We spent the whole day working on these and you want us to burn them?" Syrena asked starring at her. "Let me guess its all part of the magic." Loria said shaking her head. "Yes it is." Peaches giggled. One by one everyone tossed their lists into the fire. "I still can't believe this." Loria said as she tossed hers in. "Well we must believe that she knows what she's talking about." Michelle said tossing hers in. "I do know, just believe." Peaches said as she walked towards the door. "So when exactly do these things come true?" Sid asked looking at her. "Well if their from the heart, then it should all start on Christmas Eve, which is tomorrow night, if their not from the heart, Sid, then they won't. Peaches said grinning at him.
That night, many sat in the Tavern. New arrivals began to come. Everyone introduced themselves and were happy to meet each other. Peaches showed the newcomers, Kelly, Steph, Annabella and Evelyne. "I hope you enjoy yourselves. Did you bring your lists with you?" Peaches asked smiling at them. They all nodded and smiled in confusion. "Ok, let's toss those in the fire before we head up." Peaches said with a smile. "I still don't understand, but I'm game." Steph said throwing hers into the fire. The other's did the same. "So what exactly is it we're doing?" Evelyne asked starring at her. "Don't ask, its all to complicated." Cort laughed as he and John walked into the dining room of the Hotel. "Well I would think for you and the other guys it wouldn't be so complicated." Steph said giggling. "Well its not, but you have to know this magic, to really understand it." John said smiling at her. "We came to see if you needed any help with their bags." Cort said walking up to Peaches. "I think we got it covered, but thanks anyways." Peaches said smiling at him. "Oh I think Syrena and Annabella needed you to help them move something in the Hotel kitchen." She added with a giggle.
"Ok, we'll go see them." John said as he nodded to the girls and headed out. "Move, what?" Cort asked starring at her. "I'm not sure." Peaches giggled. "Why don't I believe you?" Cort asked grinning. "I don't know." Peaches giggled again. Cort kissed her on the cheek and followed John. "I still can't get over this, all of them, here." Evelyne said shaking her head. "Don't worry you'll get use to it, well to them, maybe not Sid." Teresa said as she entered the room. "Now, Sid, can be bad, but, oh never mind." Peaches laughed. "Ok let's get you to your rooms." Peaches added with a smile. "Sounds good to me!" Steph said smiling.
"Hey ladies, Peaches said you wanted us to move something." John said as they entered the kitchen. "Yeah, see that box, we need it in the Tavern." Syrena said grinning at them. "Sure no problem!" Cort said as he walked over to it and tried to lift it. "I stand corrected." He added as he rubbed his back. "What's in here?" John asked as he moved over to the box. "Just a few things we'll need over at the Tavern to prepare the food." Annabella said smiling at him. "What happened to our great cook here?" Cort asked starring at them. "She wants it all over there, we are having the dinner over there so she decided to cook the food there, ok." Syrena said grinning at them. "Ok." John said as he grabbed one end of the box and Cort grabbed another and off they went.
The next morning, Cort stood by the fireplace in the Hotel dinning room. "Hey, what are you doing up so early?" Peaches asked as she walked into the room yawning. "Couldn't sleep." Cort said as he took her in his arms. "What's wrong?" Peaches asked tilting her head to look up at him. "Do you really think those things we wrote down, that they will come true?" Cort said starring into her eyes. "Yes, if there from the heart, why?" Peaches asked smiling up at him. "Just wondering." Cort whispered as he took her face in his hands then kissed her. "Ok, who the hell ordered the snow?" Bud asked as he walked in snow falling from his clothes. "Its snowing?" Peaches asked as she hurried over to the window. "No, I just have this cold, white, wet stuff falling off me for no reason at all, must be my imagination again." Bud said shaking his head. Peaches just rolled her eyes and walked past him. "Where are you going?" Cort asked as he watched her. "Going outside." Peaches said smiling back at him.
Peaches walked outside, the cold air took her by surprise. "Ain't this great!" Annabella said from behind her. "Yes it is." Peaches said as she opened her mouth to let snow flakes fall into it. "Hey look, car lights!" Michelle said as she came out the Hotel door. They all turned and watched as the ford explore pulled up. "Must be the others." Peaches said as she watched two woman climb out. "Hello ladies!" Kath said as she walked towards them. "Hi, Kath, glad you guys could make it!" Peaches said smiling at her. "I wouldn't miss this for the world." Norma Jean said as she walked up. "'Chelle, Annabella, this is Norma Jean and Kath." Peaches said as she introduced them. "Nice to meet you!" Annabella sang out. "Glad you could come, we're always happy to have new people." Michelle said smiling. "Let's go get you settled and then get some breakfast." Peaches said with a smile. "Sounds good to me!" Norma Jean said as they all headed to the door.
"Where did all this snow come from?" Liz asked as she walked into the Hotel kitchen. "Don't know, someone must have put it on their list." Peaches said as she took a bite of her pancakes. "Well I know this is the only place getting snow." Kath said looking at them. "This is too cool!" Annabella said with a giggle. "Well more things will happen." Peaches said grinning. "Oh before I forget, here's my list." Norma Jean said handing her a piece of paper. "Ok, after breakfast we'll burn them." Peaches said smiling. "Burn them?" Kath asked as she handed her list to Peaches. "Don't ask." Michelle said as she sipped her hot tea. "Its a long story, I'm sure someone will fill you in on it." Peaches said laughing. "Yep, the ones who think she's crazy." Loria said as she walked into the kitchen. Peaches just shook her head and laughed.
After breakfast, they burned the lists then headed to the Tavern. "I knew I should have bought winter clothes!" Liz said laughing. "HEY!!" Loria said as a snowball hit her in the leg. She quickly turned around to find, Jeff, John, Cort and Zack laughing. "Ok your going to pay for that!" Loria said as she bent over and grabbed a handful of snow. "Oh I'm just so scared!" Jeff called out laughing. Loria threw the snowball hitting him right in the face. Jeff shook his head, stunned for a moment then started laughing. "Ok I guess this means WAR!" Jeff called out as all the guys bent down and grabbed snow. "Ladies, RUN!" Michelle called out laughing. Everyone spread out, grabbing snow for snowballs and throwing them. "What's going on?" Teresa said as she walked out of the Hotel. "This!" Jeff yelled out hitting her with a snowball. "Oh you are so dead!" Teresa said as she reached down for snow.
Before they knew it, everyone had gathered outside in one giant snowball fight. "Hey watch where your throwing those!" Sid said as he walked out of the tavern. Everyone paused for a moment, then reached down, made a snowball and threw it at him. Sid raised his hands, but snowballs hit him everywhere. "That's not nice!" Sid cried out as he tried to dodge the snowballs. Everyone just laughed and continued to play in the snow. Peaches, Michelle, Teresa and Annabella, laid in the snow and made snow angels. Loria, Norma Jean, Steph and Amie were having a contest with Jeff, The Man, Terry and East, on who could make the best snowman. "What are you making?" Laura asked Wendy as she walked up to her. "I'm trying to sculpted an Angel." Wendy said tilting her head. "Oh, ok." Laura said walking off and giggling. "Hey you try to sculpt an Angel out of snow, it ain't easy!" Wendy hollered while laughing. Liz, Andy and Maximus came out of the Tavern carrying trays of hot chocolate, hot tea and coffee. "Ok, come get them while their hot!" Andy yelled out.
"You have to come see this!" Tina yelled out the Hotel door. "What?" Michelle asked carrying a very big ball of snow. "Come on!" She answered going back inside. Everyone stopped what they were doing and went inside. "Look!" Tina said pointing to the tree. "What the?" Bud said as he looked. Under the tree, presents had appeared. "Ok who put those there?" Teresa said looking at everyone. Everyone shook their heads, not knowing. "Well it looks like there were some heart felt wishes on your lists." Peaches said as she took a sip of her hot coca. "Are you saying that these are things from our lists?" Norma Jean asked starring at her. "Yep! Read a couple of the tags, you'll see." Peaches said smiling at her.
John bent down to one present and read the tag. "This is for Michelle from Syrena." John said looking up at them. "Hey this one is from Cort to Peaches." Teresa said smiling at Cort. "And this one is from John to Maximus!" Loria said smiling at John. "This is just to weird!" Michelle said with a giggle. "Well there's not that many." Loria said as she looked around the tree. "Well it all depends on what you put down, there will be more." Peaches said smiling at her. "I hope so." Loria said smiling at her.
"I still can't believe this, this is too cool!" Annabella said laughing as she plopped down into a chair. "Well tonight will definitely be the best, that's when the magic really happens." Peaches said as she walked away. "Why?" Sid asked starring at her. "Well because its Christmas Eve." Terry said smiling. "See he understands, Christmas Eve, brings the most magic, in the morning, you'll see it all." Peaches laughed. "It's not that we don't understand, its just hard to believe." Loria said as she stepped closer to her. "Well after tonight, if you still don't believe now, you will." Peaches said as she headed for the door. "Where ya goin', love?" Terry asked smiling. "Back outside, I'm not letting all this snow go to waste." She laughed. "Wait up, love, I'll go with you." Terry said as he headed towards her. "Looks like you have some competition." Sid giggled at Cort. "No way, Peaches and Terry are just friends, the only connection they may feel is a brotherly sisterly thing." Cort said grinning at him. "We'll see, Cowboy." Sid mocked. Cort followed the two outside.
"Don't let him bother you, mate, Peaches is just a friend." Terry said smiling at him. "I know, why would she give up me, for you?" Cort asked laughing. "I don't think she would, mate!" Terry laughed. Cort and Terry began talking while Peaches played in the snow. Soon everyone was back outside. "Do you know what would be fun, a slay ride!" Annabella said with a giggle. "That does sound like fun, but we don't have a slay." Michelle said with a frown. "Sure we do, love." Mannie said grinning at them. "We do?" Michelle asked starring at him. "Sure, we have almost anything you could ask for." Peaches said smiling at her. "Well what are you waiting for, go get it!" Annabella giggled. "Yes, love." Mannie laughed.
