Peaches glanced at the ground, trying desperately to figure out a way to explain the Sid situation to Alex. How on earth do you explain to someone that someone else had become JUST like them!?!
"It's kind of hard to explain..." Peaches licked her lips as she fiddled with the buttons on Alex's shirt. Alex took her hand in his and planted a featherlight kiss on each of her fingertips.
"Let's talk a walk and just enjoy the scenery then. Besides, I need to stretch my legs after that long drive." He squeezed her hand and lead her deeper into the trees. They walked in silence for several minutes, and Alex took in the beauty of his surroundings, pointing out the different trees and the various birds that gazed down on them from the high branches. They soon found themselves in an opening of trees, the stables nestled on the far side of the clearing. A smile crossed Alex's face and pulled her towards the building. They reached the main doors and pushed them open. Alex took a deep, long breath.
"Ahhh... There's something about the smell of hay that makes me want to have a good romp..." He gazed down at Peaches, a glint in his eye. Her mouth dropped open in surprise, but she recovered quickly.
"No argument here..." She pressed herself against him, sliding her hands underneath his gray suit. Alex stepped backwards into one of the stalls pulling Peaches with him. They tumbled back into the hay piles, kissing passionately.
Like long lost lovers, they did not waste much time. Peaches' fingers quickly found the skin under Alex's shirt and enjoyed the sound of his moan as she touched his nipples.
"Devil-woman..." Alex breathed into her welcoming mouth. She laughed and ran her hands around his back, quickly divesting him of his shirt and jacket. Alex's lips left hers and he claimed her throat, running his tongue over her sensitive collar bone. Peaches hastily removed the tank top she wore and gasped as Alex clasp a nipple between his teeth.
"Alex please... I need you now..." She reached for the zipper of his pants but his hand stopped her.
"Not yet... not yet." Alex smiled up at her. "Patience..."
"I am not a patient woman!" Peaches hissed as she felt Alex's fingers brush aside the skirt she wore, sliding up her leg and in between her thighs. She pressed against him and he felt her wetness.
"God... woman..." Alex moaned as he entered her with his fingers. Peaches threw back her head, arching her breasts. His mouth claimed her nipples again and soon Peaches came in bliss. She opened her eyes to see Alex gazing into her face.
"I love watching you..." Alex smiled, running a hand through her tousled hair.
Loria walked back to the beach where all the others had gathered around the picnic tables there.
"Are they coming?" Colin deposited a fully loaded plate of barbecued ribs on the nearest table.
Loria smiled slyly. "I told them we were ready to eat... But I think Peaches is trying to explain a few things first..."
Sid swaggered up to the table, cigarette in his mouth and another long-neck beer in his hand. "What's this... somebody new arrive?"
Everyone glanced around awkwardly, no one quite sure how to answer Sid's question. "Well, mate..." Colin finally spoke up. "A good friend is here..."
"Yes..." John smiled. "I'm sure you two will get along famously." He started chuckling, but swiftly received an elbow in the side from Teresa.
"Really?" Sid raised an eyebrow and surveyed the group who all seemed to be watching him intently. "I can't wait to meet this friend."
Loria took Sid's arm and directed him towards the bench, pulling him in beside her. "Come on, Sid... I mean, Alex... They'll show up eventually... Let's eat before everything gets cold." Sid nodded and settled in at the table.
Peaches pushed gently against Alex's chest, forcing him back onto the hay. He sighed contentedly as she lay a trail of kisses down his chest to his navel. She deftly undid his zipper and Alex groaned when her soft hand encircled his member. She stroked him gently, watching the passion on his face. She knelt down and kissed it's head, causing Alex to buck against her.
"Oh god... doll...." Alex's face was one of utter concentration.
"Not yet..." It was Peaches' turn to chuckle. She released him and straddled his hips, gasping as his hardness entered her. She gripped him tightly, her muscles savoring the sensations. Alex's hands gripped her breasts and Peaches kissed him passionately, her tongue claiming his mouth. Alex thrust into her, thriving on the on the electricity that ran through his body. He rolled over, taking her with him, thrusting harder as he forced her legs to open wider. Peaches raked his back with her fingers, trying desperately to take more of him into herself.
"Alex...." Peaches gasped as she felt her orgasm beginning. Alex felt her muscles begin to contract and he thrust harder. They came together in a flurry of bliss, their bodies surging against each other. Exhausted, Alex collapsed onto her chest and Peaches encircled him in her arms.
Food was passed around the table and everyone ate heartily, quickly forgetting that two of their members had still not arrived. Colin picked up the last of the ribs from the barbecue and sent the plate around the table.
"Hold up!" The tone of Colin's voice startled everyone. "Where's Sid?" The seat beside Loria was empty. Everyone's mouths dropped at the same time. "Bloody hell."
Alex pulled Peaches towards him again, nuzzling her neck as he felt her body press against his. She ran a single finger over his bare chest. "So what was it you were going to tell me?"
Peaches sighed as Alex licked her neck. "Well... um..."
"Yes?" Alex was relentless as he nibbled his way down to her collar bone.
"Oh god Alex..." Peaches moaned, "How can I tell you anything when you are doing this to me?!?"
"Tell me what??" A familiar voice interrupted from the doors.
Both Alex and Peaches whirled at the sudden intrusion, and Peaches cursed as she saw Sid standing there. He gazed down at them, his arms crossed across his chest, a look of bemusement on his face.
"Sid man... Leave us alone, would ya?" Alex smiled and slid his hand over, grabbing his jacket and draping it over Peaches.
"The name's Alex, jackoff. Who the hell are you??" Sid stepped forward, glaring down at Alex.
Alex blinked, slightly taken aback. In front of him stood Sid, but for some strange reason Sid was dressed in a plain grey suit, smoking a cigarette and cradling a bottle of booze. Peaches cringed as Alex sat up.
"Who am I?? Who the fuck are you??" He chuckled quietly, glancing back down at Peaches, and quickly noticed the uncertainty in her eyes. He glanced up at Sid again, pointing. "This is what you were going to tell me about?"
"I tried..." Peaches buried her mouth under Alex's jacket.
"Why are you wearing my clothes, smartass?" Sid tossed his cigarette into the dirt, squashing it under his heel.
"Very funny Sid... Joke's over... Ha-ha..." Alex stood up and brushed off his rumpled clothes. "
"I've said before, the name's Alex... And I don't like the looks of you." Sid emptied his bottle of beer, giving the real Alex an uneasy glare.
"Alex..." Peaches called out... "This isn't a joke."
"You don't like the look of me??" Alex ran a hand through his hair. "I'm the one who's not liking the look of things, buddy. You've got a lot of balls comin' in here looking like that. What are you up to Sid!?"
Peaches sat up, resting her bare back against the wall. "Sid, I mean Al.... Alex... oh dammit!! Guys... please... just let's talk about this. I can explain everything."
"I've never been one for talkin' much..." Sid reached out and smashed the bottle against the nearest pole, brandishing its now jagged edge in front of him as a weapon. "I prefer to just deal with things as they come along."
"Sid!! You're drunk!! Please stop this!!"
"Fine with me, Sid-ney... Don't go anywhere doll." Alex stepped over Peaches.
"Yeah doll... don't go anywhere... I'm sure I could make you much happier than this jackass ever could." Sid smirked, his eyes glinting in the dim light of the stables.
"You son of a bitch!" Alex charged, and Sid swung the bottle, narrowly missing Alex's face.
"STOP IT!!! STOP!!!" Peaches cried, getting dressed quickly and stumbling out of the stall. She watched in horror as the two men fought enough other. Sid quickly overpowered Alex and pressed him hard against a nearby trough, the sharp corners of the bottle pressed against Alex's throat.
"ALEX!!!" Peaches yelled to no avail. For both of them seemed intent on strangling each other. Gripping each other's throats they turned and Alex slammed Sid hard against one of the wood supports, the stable shaking upon impact. Peaches leapt out of the way as several small pieces of wood fell from the roof. Sid and Alex struggled some more, throwing punches, left and right before they hit the support again and Peaches saw the old wood crack against their weight.
"Guys!! STOP!!!" She ran to their side, grabbing their arms. "We have to get out of here!!" She glanced up as the roof groaned loudly.
"I suggest you step back, doll." Sid threw out a right hook, catching Alex off guard. Peaches fell back, stumbling over her own feet and falling to the ground. She look up, just in time to see the roof collapsing on top of them.
Peaches slowly made her way to the group. A couple pieces of wood fell on her, bruising her arm, her ankle and gave her a small cut above the her left eye, she found it hard to walk. "Cort!" Peaches yelled out as he came into view. "Cort!" She yelled out again this time he turned.
"Peaches!" Cort said as he dropped his beer and ran up to her. "What happened?" Cort asked as he picked her up.
"Alex and Sid got into a fight, the barn roof collapsed, their buried under it." Peaches said pointing back towards the barn.
"What do you mean collapsed?" John asked walking up to them. "
Ya know, fall apart!" Peaches snapped.
"All right, come on, we have to go get them." Maximus said waving towards the others to follow him.
"Oh my God!" Michelle gasped looking at the pile of wood in front of them.
"Are you sure their under that?" Loria asked shaking her head in disbelief.
"Yes." Peaches said as Cort sat her down.
"Let's start digging them out." John said as he grab a piece of wood and tossed it.
"Let's just hope they're still....." Michelle started to say but stopped when she saw the sad look on Peaches' face.
"I'm sure their fine." Cort said touching Peaches' face. The guys quickly dug through the mess, first they found Sid. Then they found Alex.
"Are they all right?" Teresa asked looking down at them.
"I don't know yet." John said looking up at her.
John and Maximus carried Alex back to the cabin and Cort and Colin carried Sid. Michelle and Teresa helped Peaches.
"I can't believe this happened." Teresa said shaking her head.
"I know, what happened anyway?" Michelle asked looking at Peaches.
"Sid came to the barn, next thing I know their fighting, then the barn roof collapsed." Peaches said starring down at the ground.
"Why must guys always fight, you'd think they would find a different way to argue." Teresa said looking at Michelle.
"I agree." Michelle said grinning.
After several hours of waiting and silence, Alex finally came to. "Shit, what happened?" Alex asked looking around.
"The roof fell on ya,mate." Colin said helping him sit up.
"It did?" Alex asked in confusion.
"Don't you remember?" Loria asked looking at him.
"No, not really." Alex answered starring at her.
"Well you've been out of it for some time now, mate." Colin said handing Alex a shot of whiskey.
"Where's Peaches?" Alex asked looking around the room.
"She's in her room." Loria said looking at him.
"Is she all right?" Alex asked trying to stand up.
"She's fine, mate, she's got some bruising and a small cut, but she's fine." Colin said putting his hand on his shoulder.
"I gotta see her." Alex said looking up at him.
Peaches laid in her bed tossing around. Which ever way she turned she felt the pain of her sores. "Damn." She swore. Finally she sat up.
"Peaches?" Colin called through the door.
"What?" She answered. Colin slowly opened the door and popped his head in.
"Hey love, there's someone here who'd like to see you." Colin said stepping aside and letting Alex through.
"I don't want to see anyone, especially him!" Peaches said throwing a pillow at them.
"Listen doll, I'm sorry about what happened." Alex said pleading with her.
"I don't care! OUT!" She shouted.
"Peaches please." Alex pleaded reaching out to her.
"OUT!" She yelled again throwing another pillow.
Teresa sat by Sid as he laid silently. "I don't get it, he's not human, really, why doesn't he wake up?" Teresa asked looking at Michelle.
"I don't know, that might have been more for him then we thought." Michelle said looking down at Sid.
"Well let's hope he wakes up soon." Loria said walking into the room.
"Amen." Teresa said looking up at her. Teresa, Loria and Michelle slowly exited the room. But before they got to far away they heard Sid.
"What the hell am I wearing!" Sid yelled out looking down at the suit he had on. They all walked back into the room, with Bud quickly behind them.
"Sid?" Teresa asked looking at him.
"Who else! Now what the hell am I wearing!" Sid said looking at them.
"That would be my suit, cyber boy!" Bud said looking at him.
"Why am I wearing your suit, where's mine?" Sid asked staring at them.
"Well, um, that's a long story." Michelle said grinning at Bud.
"Well make it short!" Sid snapped at her.
"Well you don't have to be so rude!" Michelle said then turned and left the room.
"Well?" Sid said crossing his arms.
"Well you hit your head on the fridge and well you thought you were Alex." Loria said laughing.
"Alex? Yeah right!" Sid said laughing.
"You did!" Teresa said giggling.
"That's not the worst part, today Alex came here, and him and Peaches were in the barn, and he had yet to see you, but you went there. The two of you got into a fight, causing the bran roof to collapse on you three." Loria said looking at him.
"You three, what does that mean?" Sid said starring at them.
"Well you, Alex and Peaches." Teresa said looking at him.
"Peaches? Is she all right?" Sid asked looking actually concerned.
"Yep." Bud said looking at him.
"Wait, you're actually concerned about her, are you all right?" Teresa said feeling his head.
"Yes I'm fine! But she shouldn't have been involved in that." Sid said glaring at her.
"Wow, Sid you caring about someone other than yourself!" Bud said laughing.
"Will one of you go get me my purple suit?" Sid said looking at them.
A smiled creased Bud's lips as Sid requested his purple suit. This was the moment he'd been waiting for. "Yeah, about that suit Sid......." Bud began.
Loria reached out with lightening speed and grabbed the only flesh she had access too, his ass. Loria's fingers pinched roughly. She stifled giggles as Bud stiffened at the assault. His smile turned to a frown as he cut his eyes to her.
"That's right Sid....UMMMM....The purple suit is at the cleaners in town. It was a little soiled from your tumble on the wet kitchen floor. Right T?" Loria told Sid in a saccharine sweet voice. She looked to T as she took Bud's arm pulling him towards the door.
Teresa glanced nervously at Loria and Bud. An unspoken question was in her expression. Loria gave her an almost indistinguishable shrug of the shoulders.
"Yeah, that's right. It's at the cleaners Sid," Teresa smiled, feeling more guilty with each word. Now not only had she been the one to injure him in the first place, but she was lying to him. She sighed feeling she should at least tell him her part in the whole Sid / Alex switch. Hearing the soft click of the closing door, she sat on the edge of the bed at Sid's side. "Sid, I was the one that caused your accident. I was messing around in the kitchen and hit you with the mop when you came in. And then...."
Sid cupped her cheek, his thumb caressing tiny circles over the warm skin there. "Shhhh....Teresa. It was an accident. You just said so. And I'm sorry if I was the cause of one moments worry for you, beautiful."
Teresa stared at him in disbelief. So genuine and heartfelt. It's not an act. Her mind raced as it screamed at her. She wanted to believe him, wanted to see the truth in his eyes. And suddenly, there it was as his face drew nearer to her.
A warm caring smile leapt to Sid's lips. "You look like your expecting me yell at you or something."
"Maybe I was. I don't really know what I was expecting but certainly not for you to be so understanding."
"Teresa, I know I've been...." He searched for the right words, his eyes boring into hers. "Less than sensitive. You could even say I've been malicious, cruel, or maybe hostile. But that's in the past, I swear it is. Here, with you I feel....feel ....GOOD," he whispered. His lips brushed against the sensitive bow of her lips, his tongue coming out to lap at the sweet portal of her mouth.
Teresa fought the effects of his words as they branded her mind. They were to perfect, exactly what she wanted to hear. Her heart skipped a beat at the possible metamorphosis in Sid. She knew there was a chance it was another of his tricks but finally decided it was worth the gamble. Her lips slowly began to match his, questing for that perfect mesh of warm wet flesh.
Sid eased her to her back, the soft mattress beneath them cradling her eager limbs. His hand inched between the fabric of her T-shirt and her bare skin.
"Hurry Bud. Hurry!" Loria hissed, throwing herself onto the bed. Flipping her laptop open she threw her hand up waiting impatiently for Bud to hand her the phone line from the bedside table. "Jesus, what's the hold up? Just unplug it!"
"Keep your panties on, doll. I'm getting it." He frowned fumbling with the sleek black phone in his hand. "On second thought panties off sounds a lot more interesting."
She shook her head trying to ignore the smile that tugged at the corners of her lips. "Bud, Teresa's only gonna be able to keep him busy for so long. Then he's gonna start asking about his suit again."
"I don't know why you won't just let me tell him. I've been waiting for days to throw it in his face." Bud growled, turning from his struggle with the phone. It gave an unexpected jerk in his hand and the tiny cable that connected it to the wall fell to the table. Bud picked up it's frayed end. "Loria, I think we have a problem."
"NO YOU DID NOT WHITE! Please tell me you didn't just mangle that line!" she gasped, her hand dropping to knot in the bed's comforter.
He shrugged his shoulders mimicking a guilty child. "Sorry doll, looks like it's totally unusable."
"Damn," she yelled, not caring who heard as she shimmied off the bed and lunged across the room and out the door.
Bud sighed in tightly controlled frustration as he stepped through the doorway watching Loria sprint down the hall. "I really should just tell him."
Michelle drug her lips away from Colin's as Loria bounded into the kitchen. "What's up?" she asked, watching the other woman rush to connect the phone line to her laptop. Loria threw up her hands, a sarcastic smile on her face. "Oh not much, not much at all. I just happen to have told Sid his purple suit is at the cleaners in town."
"Oh my God! You didn't!" Michelle stared, stunned, at Loria.
"Why didn't you just tell him the truth, love?" Colin questioned.
"I tried to tell her. But you think she'll listen to me?" All eyes turned to Bud as she strode into the kitchen.
"Look, after all that's happened the last thing we need is Sid flying off the handle about that damn purple suit. So I lied. Now could you all shut up and help me locate another suit?" Loria growled, typing furiously at the laptop.
"Maybe you should try the local thrift store," John smiled, stopping in the doorway behind Bud.
"Very funny flannel man!" Loria tossed over her shoulder. She could hear the others snicker in response.
"Ya gonna let her talk to me like that, Bud?" John chuckled.
"Hey, your on your own pal," Bud replied.
Loria swung around gaping at the two men. "OK, let me get this straight. One minute the two of you are ready to knock each others heads off and the next your just buddy buddy. What the hell is going on? Never mind, I don't wanna know." She rolled her eyes heavenward, her agitation growing by the second.
"Calm down L. We'll find the suit, don't worry." Michelle said, her hand resting lightly on Loria's arm.
"That's it! That's it! Right there!" Loria shouted as Michelle scrolled through a site filled with numerous men's suits.
Moments later Michelle announced. "It'll be here bright and early tomorrow."
Peaches tossed restlessly on the narrow bed beneath her. Alex had tried several times to lure her from the room. It had come to the point she couldn't stand to hear his voice, see his face, even know he was in the same house.
A knock came at the door." GO AWAY ALEX!"
"It's not Alex. It's your cowboy." Cort's gentle voice came from the other side of the door, washing over Peaches like a warm spring rain.
"Come in..." Peaches whispered softly, her voice catching in her throat as she felt her heart beating against her chest. Cort opened the door slowly, poking his head into the room.
"How you doing, darlin'?" He frowned as he saw the tears welling up in her eyes. Entering the room, he closed the door behind him. He crossed the room quickly and Peaches fell into his arms. Rocking her slowly back and forth, Cort stroked her hair, hushing her softly as she cried. "It's going to be alright, Peaches... Hush." He spoke to her, cradled her in his arms, humming comforting words until he felt her grow heavy against him. He lay her carefully back against the covers and pulled a blanket around her, tucking her in.
"Don't go..." She mumbled sleepily. Cort smiled, gracing her forehead with a gentle kiss.
"I wouldn't dream of it." He climbed in behind her, spooning himself against her as wrapping an arm around her waist. He kissed her gently on the back of her head, "sleep now... we can talk later." Peaches sighed contentedly, feeling safe in Cort's embrace.
Teresa moaned as she felt Sid's hands caress her skin, the heat of his skin driving her wild with need. Her hips rose as his body pressed against her and it was Sid's turn to groan. He pulled his lips away from her, leaving a trail of kisses as he moved down to her collarbone.
"Teresa... I need you." Sid whispered as he nibbled on her ear lobe. Teresa shuddered beneath him, reveling in the thought that she was needed by someone, especially someone like Sid, who had never needed anyone.
"Why me?" She whispered back as Sid continued to explore every inch of her neck with his lips. He lifted his head slowly, giving her a soft look before he planted a generous kiss on her open mouth.
"Because I feel human when I am with you... I feel...." Sid paused, glancing away. Teresa touched his cheek, drawing his attention back to her.
"You feel what?" She willed him to continue and Sid smiled bashfully.
"I feel vulnerable. I feel vulnerable when I'm with you. And if frightens me. I want to tell you everything. I want to do everything with you. I would do anything to have you with me." Sid lowered his eyes, caressing her chin with his lips before he rolled to the side and onto his back.
Teresa watched him for a moment, noticing the softness in his eyes and the sad smile on his lips. She rolled over on top of him, resting her chin on his chest. She wondered where all this had come from. Had an injury to his head been the cause of all this, or was this something that he had been harboring for some time. Sid lifted his head slightly, gazing down into her eyes. She smiled back at him, giving him a wink before she began to deftly undue the buttons of his cotton dress shirt.
"Teresa?" Sid's hand rested on hers.
"We need each other, Sid." She shushed him with a kiss on the lips. Sid closed his eyes, moaning as her finger ran over his exposed chest.
Michelle closed up the laptop, shoving it to the side, "Now that the deed is done, I'm going to take my man here and get some time to ourselves." With a wide grin on her face, she took Colin's hand in hers, tugging him towards the door. "We won't be back for a while..." She giggled as she caught the amused looks on the faces of the others.
Once outside, she danced around Colin, smiling as she felt the sun against her back and the cool breeze against her face. Colin watched, laughing with her, enjoying the mere sight of her. She led him down towards the beach, tugging off her shoes and clothes as she scrambled towards the water. Underneath her clothes she wore a simple two piece swimsuit, and Colin found her couldn't take his eyes off her. She reached for him, pulling off his jacket, giggling as he struggled against her.
"Are you crazy, woman?!'' Colin frowned jokingly... "I'm not dressed for a swim!"
"Oh please... There ain't nothing about you that I haven't seen before!" She laughed, "Besides, your boxers are more than adequate." She gave him her best puppy dog look, "C'mon!! I wanna go for a swim!" Shaking his head, Colin relented, relieving himself of his clothing until he was standing before her in his black briefs.
"Last one in is a rotten egg!" Michelle giggled as she ran towards the water, Colin growled as he chased after her.
Clothes strewn around them, Teresa lay in Sid's arms, sighing contentedly as he caressed the underside of her breast with his fingers. He looked down at her with a heated gaze, watching her chest rise and fall under his hand, noting the way her nipples grew hard under his touch. Teresa shivered as his breath cooled her skin, a contrast to the warmth of his hand. He lowered his mouth slowly over one breast, drawing it's peak between his lips. She gasped between breaths and Sid smiled as he continued his ministrations. He snaked his hand down between her thighs, feeling her open up to him there. She moaned, bucking her hips as she clasped a hand around his wrist.
Sid chuckled softly, lifting his lips from her breast. "Do you want me to stop?" He looked at her, a mischievous glint in his eyes. Teresa reached between them, running a hand over his shaft before she gripped it, stroking him gently. Sid clenched his teeth and stifled a low moan. "God, woman..."
Teresa grinned, her eyes sparkling as she pulled him towards her, claiming him in a passionate kiss. He moved between her legs, sliding his fingers back between her thighs, willing her to allow him entrance. She opened herself to him and Sid ran his hand over her wetness, sliding a finger inside her before he replaced it with his hardness. Both of them sighed into each others mouths as they became one, body and soul.
Peaches woke up to find Cort still laying next to her. She slowly rolled over to face him. He looked so handsome just sleeping there like a baby. He slowly opened his eyes and smiled.
"Morning." He said, gently touching her face.
"Morning, I'm glad you stayed." She smiled, looking into his eyes.
"Me too. How are you feeling?" He asked, sitting up.
"I'm hungry." She said, yawning.
"I'll go get you something." Cort said, standing up.
"No, I want to get up, I'm tired of laying down." Peaches giggled. Cort helped her out of bed. She was very sore.
When they got to the kitchen Sid, Teresa, John and Alex were sitting at the table. Teresa smiled up at her.
"How are you?" Teresa asked as Cort helped her sit down.
"A little sore, but fine other wise." Peaches said smiling at her.
"That's good." John said winking at her. Alex looked at Peaches then back down to his coffee. Peaches saw the look on his face.
"Um, I have an idea. Why don't we all go down to the pond, let's try this picnic again. This time without any fighting and without any roofs collasping." She giggled and smiled at Alex.
"I think that's a great idea." Teresa blurted out. Sid leaned over and kissed her cheek. Peaches raised an eyebrow and looked at them.
"Something tells me the two of you, got, oh I don't know, a little personal last night." Peaches giggled.
A few hours later..
"Ok where is it!" Sid shouted out coming into the living room.
"Where's what?" Michelle asked, staring at him.
"My suit! Where is it!" he yelled, glaring around the room. Loria walked into the living room from the kitchen. "What's going on?" She asked, trying to pretend she didn't know. She threw Sid the purple suit. Sid stared at her.
"I was looking for this." he said and he looked around at everyone.
"Why don't you go change, so we can get this picnic on the road." Loria said, smiling at him. Sid just nodded and walked off towards his room.
"That was close." Peaches giggled.
"Amen." Loria laughed.
"Ok so is all the food ready?" John asked, looking at Loria.
"Almost." she smiled.
"Are you sure the suit is the same as his?" Peaches asked as stood up.
"Well from what I could tell yes, I didn't see any difference." Loria said, grinning at her then looking over at Bud.
Few hours later....
Michelle, Colin, Teresa, Cort, and John all set up the food. While Loria, Bud, Jeff, and Maximas blew up rafts and got the boats ready.
Peaches saw Alex sitting on the docks by himself, and looked like he was drinking way too much. She decided to go over and talk to him.
"Better watch, you might drown yourself with that." She said, walking up to him. Alex turned around quickly.
"If I do, I deserve it." He said drly.
"No you don't." Peaches said as she slowly sat down by him.
"After what I did to you, yes I do." He said as he gazed out at the pond.
"No you don't. I know I over reacted. I should have warned you when you first came." Peaches said, touching his hand.
"Don't blame this on yourself." he said, quickly turning to her.
"Well that goes for you too." she smiled.
"Ok this is NOT MY SUIT!" Sid came down yelling. "Where is my SUIT!" He yelled. Teresa looked at Loria, who looked at Bud.
"I thought it was the same." Loria whispered to Bud.
"It's time he knew." Bud grinned. Loria gasped.
"We don't need another fight!" John said staring at Bud.
"Oh there won't be a fight, if cyberboy knows what's good for him." Bud said, standing up.
"Well answer me!" Sid snapped as he
stopped in front of Bud. "You had something to do with this didn't
you, Copper!" Sid glared.
To be continued....
