The Disabled traveller
and public transport!

It's as well I am a patient sort of person.
It's also just as well that I don't allow stuff to phase me too much.
Sure I get angry and frustrated, but having done a course in anger management, very few people ever witness me losing my temper. More often than not I remain cool
and collected in any situation and I try to channel my anger at the real perpatrators of the piece.

In this case rail companies!

Obviously for legal reasons I cannot name them, but I can tell you of my experiences on both surbuban services as well as cross country services in the UK.

If like me you tend to see the funnier side of life,
then I'm sure you will find this hilarious and hope that at the same time you take on board the seriousness of the matter.

Most if not all train operators in the UK have a special telephone number for disabled passengers to call (with at least 24 hours notice) giving the details of their impending travel arrangements

This will become clear at a later stage
