The three estates unites and declares itself National Assembly and supreme power of France. King is forced to accept this, wekened personal powers but still in supervision(appoint/dismissal) of executive. Period to next change 1792, many constitutional or political changes of importance occurs. None(for instance. fall of bastille or decl. of universal rights) does however change the real political status and relation between institutions.
