Summer can be a blast right? Well, it can also be very dangerous. Especially if the temperature goes up. I have some tips for you to follow to help minimize the threat of Heat Stroke or Heat Exhaustion.

Heat Exhaustion

This is a disorder resulting from overexposure to heat or to the sun. Long exposure to extreme heat or too much activigy under a hot sun causes excessive sweating, which removes large quantities of salt and fluid from the body.
