unwanted advice is critisism

"Unwanted advice is criticism"

Have any of you ever heard that? I was at the stable, where I board my horse, and there was this girl today who didn't even own a horse who thought she knew everything about them. For some reason she felt it her place to tell me how to work with mine. I was training my horse and having him jump poles for the first time which isn't easy since my horse is afraid of his own footprints and his first reaction when he is scared is to buck. So I take him around and get him started running toward the jump and he clears it easily which is amazing, so I congratulated him and was trotting around the arena. Then this girl, who was about my age, called out to me saying that my horse had used bad form and that I should pick up on the reins more because he was "running away" with me. Then she went on to say, "don't worry it will get less sloppy when you get a harsher bit in his mouth." I have to say that this was one of the few times in my life I have ever been completely speechless. I mean what is wrong with people today? Do they not have enough business of their own that they have to get into everyone else's? I mean that bitch didn't even know what the situation was. Okay, here's an idea: If you are going to stick your nose where it doesn't belong, at least be sure that you know what you're talking about!
