Hebrew Alphabet and Meanings

The Hebrew Alphabet is the only Alphabet that tell the story of man redemption with the meaning to each letter. Our Heavenly FATHER organized the arrangement in the Hebrew Alphabet to gives mystery to be reveal through his word.

Five letters have two forms- the first form is used if the letter appears at the beginning or in the midst of a word. The final form is used if the letter appears at the end of a word. The five final forms are: ך Kaf,  ם Mem,  נ Nun,  פ Peh, and   צ Tzaddi . The meaning of the letter depends on the placement of the letter of the Word.

 

The 27 Books of the NEW TESTAMENT and their 27 HEBREW LETTER COUNTERPARTS.

Five of the 22 letters in the Hebrew alphabet as it is properly know have FINAL forms, which are used only as the concluding letter in the spelling of a word. This five letters, when added to the 22 bring the Aleph-beit to a total of 27 letters. This is also the same number in the NEW TESTAMENT. Can this be a COINCIDENCE?

Matthew: אAleph- This is the book of KING, Yahusha is called the Messiah the son of David, the son of Abraham. He is announced as Messiah and King. The term Kingdom of Heaven is found 32 times in this book, but nowhere else in the entire NEW TESTAMENT.

Mark: בBeit- The beit is the Hebrew word for blessing and creation, these two qualities are said to represent YAHUAH'S first work in Genesis. Mark 10:45 For even the Son of man came not to be ministered unto, but to minister, and to give his life a ransom for many. The "Son of Man" refers to Yahusha role as servant and redeemer. In the book Mark is filled with connecting terms, such as "immediately", "forthwith", and "straightway" giving Messiah's work a sense of immediacy.

Luke: גGimel- The physician Luke a gentile. Brings together the humanity of Yahusha, he displays the mind of an historian. Luke 19:10 For the Son of man is come to seek and to save that which was lost. This gimel letter is the kindness of Yahusha.

John:  דDalet- This gospel present Yahusha as Deity.  John 20:31 But these are written, that ye might believe that Yahusha is the Messiah, the Son of YAHUAH; and that believing ye might have life through his name. One of the Key words in this gospel is "believe" The letter dalet is also know as the DOOR. John 10:9 I am the door: by me if any man enter in, he shall be saved, and shall go in and out, and find pasture.

Acts: הHay- The Hay is out line in the book of Acts, with great clarity, Acts 1:8 But ye shall receive power, after that the Holy Spirit is come upon you: and ye shall be witnesses unto me both in Jerusalem, and in all Judaea, and in Samaria, and unto the uttermost part of the earth. This letter also occurs twice in the TRUE NAME of YAHUAH "יהוה"  It speaks of the creative work of YAHUAH and his redemptive work. It is main feature are connected with breath of YAHUAH and also is the repentance of man.

Romans: וWav- This also is the sixth letter of the Hebrew alphabet, has numerical value of six. This number obtains its symbolic identity from the sixth day of Creation, and the Sabbath rest. Romans 7:14 For we know that the law is spiritual: Roman epistles talks about renewing of your mind and prove what is acceptable to YAHUAH. Romans 12:2 And be not conformed to this world: but be ye transformed by the renewing of your mind, that ye may prove what is that good, and acceptable, and perfect, will of YAHUAH.

1Corinthians:   זZayin-  Is funny that this city was a struggled to live a redeemed life there. Paul's letter was written as an aid to their victory. This is the letter of "spirit" sustenance and struggle. This letter is discipline, in which Paul exerts powerful spiritual arguments against a number of different problems, including various kinds of immorality, abuses of spiritual gifts, and false theology. The numerical value of zayin is seven. Corinthians I 6:19 What? know ye not that your body is the temple of the Holy Spirit which is in you, which ye have of Elohim, and ye are not your own?

2 Corinthians: חChet- This letter has the numerical value of 8, this means new beginning. Corinthians II 5:17 Therefore if any man be in Messiah, he is a new creature: old things are passed away; behold, all things are become new. This book begins with Paul's defense of his ministry against certain false apostles who had attempted to discredit him. In a sense, this letter can be seen as a conflict between the grace of YAHUAH and the sin of man, with YAHUAH triumphant in the strugle.

Galatians: טTet- This letter has numerical value is nine. Significantly, this is a number associated with both blessing and judgment. Galatians is a complete discourse of the subject, of law versus grace. Paul mentions, most appropriately, that blessing come through faith, He argues that faith is a good thing. Also this letter talks about another gospel. Galatians 1:8 But though we, or an angel from heaven, preach any other gospel unto you than that which we have preached unto you, let him be accursed. Just because some is preaching another gospel doesn't make it right.

Ephesians: יYod- Is the tenth letter of the Hebrew alphabet, has a numerical value of ten. It is called the letter of "creation and metaphysical" or divinity. This is reckoned to be the case, since YAHUAH "יהוה"  and "יהושצ" Yahusha   begins with a יyod. Ephesians 1:3-5 Blessed be the Elohim and Father of our Master Yahusha Messiah, who hath blessed us with all spiritual blessings in heavenly places in Messiah: According as he hath chosen us in him before the foundation of the world, that we should be holy and without blame before him in love: Having predestinated us unto the adoption of children by Yahusha Messiah to himself, according to the good pleasure of his will.

Philippians: ך כKaf- This is the letter of crowning accomplisments. It is the initial letter of the Hebrew word Keter (crown). Philippians 2:5-9 Let this mind be in you, which was also in Messiah Yahusha:   Who, being in the form of Elohim, thought it not robbery to be equal with YAHUAH: Who, being in the form of Elohim, thought it not robbery to be equal with YAHUAH:  But made himself of no reputation, and took upon him the form of a servant, and was made in the likeness of men:  And being found in fashion as a man, he humbled himself, and became obedient unto death, even the death of the cross. Wherefore Elohim also hath highly exalted him, and given him a name which is above every name: Just look at the accomplishment by Yahusha. Philippians 4:1 Therefore, my brethren, dearly beloved and longed for, my joy and crown, so stand fast in the YAHUAH, my dearly beloved.

Colossians: לLamed- The lamed also resembles the Hebrew word for learning and teaching lamad. As releted to the teaching of the Messiah. Colossians 2:8-9 Beware lest any man spoil you through philosophy and vain deceit, after the tradition of men, after the rudiments of the world, and not after Messiah.  For in him dwells all the completeness of the Mightiness bodily. It is also the tall, majestic letter, towering above the others, because of that, it is said to symbolize the King of  KINGS.

1 Thessalonians: ם מMem- Because is open and closed form mem is called the symbol of "revealed and concealed." This very appropriate that this letter represents Thessalonians, since it expounds the seasons. Thessalonians I 5:1 But of the times and the seasons, brethren, ye have no need that I write unto you. For yourselves know perfectly that the day of the YAHUAH so cometh as a thief in the night. Of course Paul dint need to write because it was well knowing at the time of the disciples the appointed times (FEAST of YAHUAH) YAHUAH reveals his secrets to his servents. Thessalonians I 2:12 That ye would walk worthy of YAHUAH, who hath called you unto his kingdom and glory. Thessalonians I 5:2 For yourselves know perfectly that the day of the YAHUAH so cometh as a thief in the night.

II Thessalonians: ןנNun- This epistle clearly expounds the relationship between the "Day of YAHUAH" and the Called out ones. Certain false teachers had attempted to convince the called out ones that the tribulation was not for them. Thessalonians II 1:4 So that we ourselves glory in you in the churches of Elohim for your patience and faith in all your persecutions and tribulations that ye endure: Thessalonians II 2:1 Now we beseech you, brethren, by the coming of our Master Yahusha Messiah, and by our gathering together unto him, The nun is said to symbolize "faithfulness" and has two forms. The bent nun pictures humble submission to YAHUAH's will, the elongated nun typifies the righteous man, standing upright before YAHUAH in the day of judgment.

I Timothy: סSamech- The letter samech support a surrounding protection of YAHUAH, with the believer carefully kept in the center. Timothy I 4:6 If thou put the brethren in remembrance of these things, thou shalt be a good minister of Yahusha Messiah, nourished up in the words of faith and of good doctrine, whereunto thou hast attained. Timothy I 4:13-14 Till I come, give attendance to reading, to exhortation, to doctrine. Neglect not the gift that is in thee, which was given thee by prophecy, with the laying on of the hands of the presbytery. These is the divine present of the holy spirit work in us.

II Timothy: עAyin- The Hebrew word ayin means "eye". As such, it denotes the vision and perception both YAHUAH and man. In  the latter, it also typifies the "tempted eye" that can lead to apostasy. Timothy II 3:1 This know also, that in the last days perilous times shall come. Timothy II 3:2 For men shall be lovers of their own selves, covetous, boasters, proud, blasphemers, disobedient to parents, unthankful, unholy,  Timothy II 4:2 Preach the word; be instant in season, out of season; reprove, rebuke, exhort with all longsuffering and doctrine. Just look around all the different churches and they teach many doctrines.

Titus: ףפPeh- Peh is called the "symbol of speech and silence" It stands for "mouth" This if the fourth of five Hebrew letters that have both a normal and final form. Titus 2:1 But speak thou the things which become sound doctrine: Titus 2:8 Sound speech, that cannot be condemned; that he that is of the contrary part may be ashamed, having no evil thing to say of you. Titus 2:15 These things speak, and exhort, and rebuke with all authority. Let no man despise thee. Titus 3:8 This is a faithful saying, and these things I will that thou affirm constantly, that they which have believed in Elohim might be careful to maintain good works. These things are good and profitable unto men. We must rebuke False Doctrine specially Christianity.

Philemon:  ץצTzaddi- The tzaddi stands for rightenousness and humility. Its name bears close resemblance to tzaddik, or "righteous person" It is the last of the five Hebrew letters that have two forms. The righteous man to come in the new world. Philemon 1:16 Not now as a servant, but above a servant, a brother beloved, specially to me, but how much more unto thee, both in the flesh, and in the YAHUAH? Philemon 1:9 Yet for love's sake I rather beseech thee, being such an one as Paul the aged, and now also a prisoner of Yahusha Messiah.

Hebrews: קKoph-  The koph is the letter for Holiness and growth cycles. The book of Hebrews lays stress on the holiness of the Messiah, who is pictured as the perfect sacrifice. Hebrews 8:8 For finding fault with them, he saith, Behold, the days come, saith the YAHUAH, when I will make a (renew) new covenant with the house of Israel and with the house of Judah: Hebrews 12:14 Follow peace with all men, and holiness, without which no man shall see the YAHUAH:

James: רResh- The word resh is the letter associated with "choosing between greatness and degradation." It stands for the wicked person, who has fallen prey to his own inner weaknesses and will one day be judge if he does not change his ways. Most Christians fall into this category been taught by man that GRACE and LAW have nothing in common.  James 1:13 Let no man say when he is tempted, I am tempted of Elohim: for Elohim cannot be tempted with evil, neither tempteth he any man: James 2:14 What doth it profit, my brethren, though a man say he hath faith, and have not works? can faith save him?

I Peter: שShin-  If you notice that I Peter was written from "Babylon" "Peter I 5:13 The church that is at Babylon." This epistle was probably written just prior to the great persecutions under Nero, which began in A.D. 64. For the true believers in the Roman Empire, it was a time of great trials. The theme of his letter is "suffering under the false world system" This is just before the Roman rulers united church with state and contaminating the true Way of life. Peter I 4:12 Beloved, think it not strange concerning the fiery trial which is to try you, as though some strange thing happened unto you.

II Peter: תTav- This letter means "truth and perfection". It is the final letter of the Hebrew alphabet. Since tahv is at the end of the word, it is said to symbolize man's final destination. It is fascinating that II Peter reflects this exact idea. He argues  against heresies of false teachers. Peter II 1:19 We have also a more sure word of prophecy; whereunto ye do well that ye take heed, as unto a light that shineth in a dark place, until the day dawn, and the day star arise in your hearts: He warn us about men whose motives are less than pure who preach for money and power. That this sound familiar. Peter II 3:10 But the day of the Master will come as a thief in the night; in the which the heavens shall pass away with a great noise, and the elements shall melt with fervent heat, the earth also and the works that are therein shall be burned up. Peter II 3:13 Nevertheless we, according to his promise, look for new heavens and a new earth, wherein dwelled righteousness.

The Five Final Forms

When added to the 22 normal letters, they bring the total number of letters in the Hebrew Aleph-beit to 27, the exact number of books in the NEW TESTAMENT. Since they represent the final outcome of YAHUAH plan, it seems fitting that they should be placed beyond the end of the Aleph-beit.  As we proceed to the conclusion of the last Five letters.

I John:  ךכKaf- The final kaf is an elongated letter that is said to "stand straight" indicating self-control. It speaks of the man who, with YAHUAH'S help, has finally overcome his baser impulses and stands straight before YAHUAH. The final theme of the letter in general is "crowning achievement" John writes about walking in YAHUAH light and abiding in his love. John I 3:10 In this the children of Elohim are manifest, and the children of the devil: whosoever doeth not righteousness is not of Elohim, neither he that loveth not his brother. Chapter 5 verse 4 is and even stronger statement of this idea. John I 5:4 For whatsoever is born of YAHUAH overcometh the world: and this is the victory that overcometh the world, even our faith.

II John: םמMem- The final mem is closed figure. It stands for the "concealed" It typifies the sovereignty of YAHUAH that is unknowable by man, and to which man submits by faith. There is much of a concealed and mysterious nature in John's second epistle. In the beginning of this epistle John writes  to the "elect lady and her children" whose identity is unknown. This letter is addressed by the Holy Spirit to the Church at large, the entire body of believers throughout the church age. The letter closes in verse 13, with another cryptic note: John II 1:13 The children of thy elect sister greet thee. Amen. This must be referring to a relationship between all the churches that would ever exist. One thing is certain, John's message urges readers to walk in love and avoid the doctrine of False teachers. John II 1:4 I rejoiced greatly that I found of thy children walking in truth, as we have received a commandment from the Father.  Is very obvious that John is telling believers they must obey the Commandments. Notice must believe of Christianity seen to be happy and deceived in not obeying the LAW.

III John: ןנNun-  The 2 nun represents the spiritual man, "who submits humbly to YAHUAH'S will" The final, straightened nun is said to represent the man who stands upright before YAHUAH in the final day of judgment. John III 1:3-4 For I rejoiced greatly, when the brethren came and testified of the truth that is in thee, even as thou walkest in the truth. I have no greater joy than to hear that my children walk in truth. John III 1:14 But I trust I shall shortly see thee, and we shall speak face to face. Peace be to thee. Our friends salute thee. Greet the friends by name. The final nun is said to represent the man who stands upright before YAHUAH in the final day of judgment.

Jude: ףפPeh- The epistle of Jude is a resounding condemnation of all those false teachers who have ever contradicted the express plan of YAHUAH.  In the most unmistakable way, it judges the loud-mouthed and errant verbalizations of all those who have ever preached a false gospel. Jude 1:16 These are murmurers, complainers, walking after their own lusts; and their mouth speaketh great swelling words, having men's persons in admiration because of advantage. Is a reminder that YAHUAH is coming back to judge these false teachers.

Revelation:  ץצTzaddi- We come now to the last of the letters, th tzaddi is said to symbolize "the righteousness of YAHUAH and devout human beings" How perfectly this reflects the theme of the book of revelation! This wonderful book concludes the end of the 6000 year and judgment of the world. The Righteous  Judge, the Lamb, comes forth and brings "the times of the Gentiles" to an end. Finally, the eternal state is established.

Mystery

Deuteronomy 29:29 The secret things belong unto the YAHUAH our Elohim: but those things which are revealed belong unto us and to our children for ever, that we may do all the words of this law. Amos 3:7 Surely the YAHUAH Elohim will do nothing, but he revealed his secret unto his servants the prophets.

The word mystery appears 22 times in the New Testament, but it doesn't appear in the Old Testament.  The Hebrew alphabet has 22 letters, this reveals the mystery of the Old Testament.  Each letter in the Hebrew alphabet has a meaning and a numerical number attached to it.  It is much deeper than we can understand. For ex. Psalms 119 each section reveals symbol of each letter in the Alphabet and another ex. Psalms 145 each line begins with the letter of the Alphabet and finish with the last letter of Hebrew Alphabet. It for sure that YAHUAH inspired the writings.  For ex. the book of Revelation has 22 chapters, which corresponds with the 22 letters of the Hebrew alphabet.  Another ex. the New Testament has 27 books and corresponds with the Hebrew alphabet plus the 5 final forms.  This gives the conclusion, the Bible wasn't put together by man, but by the inspiration of the Holy Spirit.  Another deeper revelation, the word mystery (singular) in the New Testament appears 22 times, the word mysteries (plural) appears 5 times in the New Testament, they correspond with the 5 final forms of the sophet letters. Of course they are more examples but it would take books to write them all. Matthew 11:27 All things are delivered unto me of my Father: and no man knoweth the Son, but the Father; neither knoweth any man the Father, save the Son, and he to whomsoever the Son will reveal him. Before we look at the Alphabet organization in the mystery look at Matthew Quote about INIQUITY.

Matthew 7:21-23 Not every one that saith unto me, Master, Master, shall enter into the kingdom of heaven; but he that doeth the will of my Father which is in heaven. Many will say to me in that day, Master, Master, have we not prophesied in thy name? and in thy name have cast out devils? and in thy name done many wonderful works? And then will I profess unto them, I never knew you: depart from me, ye that work Iniquity. (word Iniquity means to break YAHUAH Torah or LAW.)

NEW TESTAMENT

Mark 4:11 And he said unto them, Unto you it is given to know the mystery of the kingdom of YAHUAH: but unto them that are without, all these things are done in parables: א Aleph - letter for YAHUAH as "Creator and King" This is the First letter and the First time in the New Testament the word Mystery is found just look how it talks about the KINGDOM. If you notice is all in order according to the Hebrew Alphabet.

Romans 11:25 For I would not, brethren, that ye should be ignorant of this mystery, lest ye should be wise in your own conceits; that blindness in part is happened to Israel, until the fulness of the Gentiles be come in. ב Beit - letter for " House and Temple" Boths Houses are blind.

Romans 16:25 Now to him that is of power to establish you according to my gospel, and the preaching of Yahusha Messiah, according to the revelation of the mystery, which was kept secret since the world began. ג Gimel -  letter for "Loving Kindness and Culmination"

Corinthians I 2:7-8 But we speak the wisdom of Elohim in a mystery, even the hidden wisdom, which Elohim ordained before the world unto our glory: Which none of the princes of this world knew: for had they known it, they would not have crucified the Master of glory. ד Dalet - letter for "The Door"

Corinthians I 15:51-52 Behold, I show you a mystery; We shall not all sleep, but we shall all be changed, In a moment, in the twinkling of an eye, at the last trump: for the trumpet shall sound, and the dead shall be raised incorruptible, and we shall be changed. ה Hay - letter for the "Breath of YAHUAH" "Holy Spirit"

Ephesians 3:3 How that by revelation he made known unto me the mystery; (as I wrote afore in few words, ז Zayin - letter for "Focal point of Sustenance and Struggle"

Ephesians 6:19-20 And for me, that utterance may be given unto me, that I may open my mouth boldly, to make known the mystery of the gospel, For which I am an ambassador in bonds: that therein I may speak boldly, as I ought to speak.  כKaf - letter for "Crowning Accomplishment"

WHEN IS MESSIAH COMING?

Some rabbis say there will be 2 Messiahs: One who will be a Suffering Servant (Ben Yosef); and one who will be the Great King (Ben David). These rightfully acknowledge the suffering that Messiah would go through, as it is written in Isaiah 53.

Other rabbis say there will be just 1. Messiah Ben David (Son of David). And they completely disregard Isaiah 53. They somehow manage to convince themselves that Isaiah 53 simply speaks about Suffering Israel. They are not completely wrong. In the "drash" 3rd level of Scripture interpretation, this is valid. But in the "pashat" 1st level (simple understanding) this passage clearly portraits our Messiah.

The Hebrew Scriptures LITERALLY talk about the TWO comings of ONE Messiah. Just look at Isaiah 11:11... It literally says, that YAHUAH will come again the SECOND TIME!

Whether they like it or not, the rabbis have this TRUTH in their own liturgy:

The Yom Kippur Musaf prayer recited by all rabbis of every single Jewish congregation in the world says, "We are shrunk in our misery even until now! Our rock has not come to us; Messiah, our righteousness, has turned from us; we are in terror, and there is none to justify us! Our iniquities and the yoke of our transgressions he will bear, for he was wounded for our transgressions; he will carry our sins upon his shoulder that we may find forgiveness for our iniquities, and by his stripes we are healed..." This is a LITERAL QUOTE of Isaiah 53.

Look at these verses:

Zechariah 12:10 says they pierced Yahusha, "They will look on Him whom they pierced".

Psalm 22:15 says where they pierced Him, "They pierced My hands and My feet".

The Zohar (sacred Jewish book), Comments the 3 references to The Almighty in the Sh'ma:

Don't take my word... look it up...  the comment ends like this: "...and these three are ONE".

IN JUDAISM THERE ARE TWO LINES OF THOUGHT... CHOOSE THE RIGHT ONE.

HIDDEN PROPHECIES IN THE PSALMS

Did you know that the Psalms tell the story of the 20th Century. Just look at a few example for your self and get a History book and you will see. Compare Psalm 17 with 1917 when the British liberated Jerusalem. Or Psalm 39-45 with 1939-1945, when six million Jews died. Or Psalm 48 with 1948, the year Israel was born! and more recent advents Psalm 91 with Dessert Storm in 1991.  I will have more posted in the web site later time. Go and read the PSALM and you will notice what I mean.

As we study and research the word and we walk in its revelations, it will come as the father sees fit. The more I study and the more I learn, I realize that I don't even know 1% of YAHUAH's  Knowledge. Glory be to YAHUAH. HalleluYah.
