Does Marfan syndrome become more mild or more severe as the disorder is passed generation to generation?
- The Marfan syndrome does not necissarily become more mild or more seere as it is passed down.However,it is usually more severe in people who present spontaneous mutations in their families and in newborns who have new mutations.Uta Francke,M.D.,Stanford University School of Medicine
