Our stock includes bonsai cultivated in the nursery and imports from Japan, Korea & China. It is not possible to list them all because of their diversity and individuality. We include here some of the basic stock, indicating the range of species and prices available.
INDOOR BONSAI
These trees may be kept indoors as they require a minimum temperature of 50F / 10C, and would therefore not tolerate winter conditions in the UK. The exception being the Chinese Elm, which may be kept as an indoor or outdoor bonsai [min. temp. – 4F]: Indoors they will keep their leaves most of the year - dropping their foliage for brief periods, usually in response to diminishing light and temperature: Outdoors the Elms drop their leaves in autumn, coming back into full growth in spring.
