One Chance

Is another chance too much to ask?
Would one date be such a hard task?
We both know what the answer should be.
Do us both a favor and go out with me,
On one little date, on one starry night
Just you and I beneath the moonlight.
I promise that I’ll make it worth your time.
And I will try my best to make you mine.
I’d treat you like a princess ‘till the end.
I want to be much more than just your friend.
I want to have your love both day and night.
Without you in my life, nothing seems right.
I know you could be happy with me,
Just give me a chance and you will see.
And if you’re not happy after that,
I’ll leave you alone and never call back.
So how about it, how bad could it be?
