Brew a potion withan Egg,
3 Strawberries, pinch of Nutmeg,
add Pineapple and Allspice;
Stir it clockwise and chant thrice,
"Potion of Magick, boil and bubble,
Mend and end my toil and trouble,
Banish all ills!  Let all worries flee!
This is my will.  So mote it be."
