Imperial Forces Summary

Imperial Eagle

Characters may have up to two single handed weapons, or a single handed weapon and a two handed weapon. You may also pick up to 100 points of wargear per model but no model may given the same item twice. Models wearing Terminator armor can only use wargear and weapons marked with an asterisk(*). Only models wearing Terminator armor can use wargear and weapons marked with two asterisks (**).

Single handed weapons
Bolt pistol See Ranged Weapons.
Chainfist** Like a powerfist, but rolls +1d6 for armor penetration
Close combat weapon +1 Attack.
Force weapon (Librarian only) Power weapon. In addition, if one wound has been inflicted, pass a Psychic test to instant kill (but not against stuff without actual wounds.)
Lightning claw, single* Power weapon, reroll failed to wound rolls
Lightning claw, pair (counts as two choices)* Same as single, but +1 A
Plasma pistol See Ranged Weapons.
Power fist* Like a power weapon, but doubles strength up to 10 and strikes last
Power weapon* Disallows armor save
Storm shield(1)* 4+ Invulnerable save against one CC opponent, do not combine with Rosarius or Iron Halo
Thunder hammer* Counts as power fist. Victims cannot attack again until the end of the next assault phase. Vehicles add "crew stunned" to the results.
Frag Grenadesnegates effect of cover in close combat, so models strike simultaneously.
Krak GrenadesAllow the model to make a single S6 hit on a vehicle
Plasma Grenadesnegates effect of cover in close combat, so models strike in initiative order.
Melta BombsAllow the model to make a single 8+2D6 Str. hit on a vehicle.

Notes:
(a) If you roll triple 1s to hit with an assault cannon, it explodes.
(b) Melta weapons roll an extra d6 to penetrate armor at half range.
(c) Sniper rifles always hit on a 2+, always wound on a 4+, and do not add strength when penetrating vehicle armor. In addition, units suffering casualties from sniper rifles must test to avoid pinning as for a barrage.
(d) Missile launchers come equipped with krak and frag missiles; choose which one you're firing before you roll to hit.
(e) Plasma weapons leak on you if you roll a 1 to hit. Make an armor save or you will take a wound. If the model is killed the plasma weapon is lost. Vehicle-mounted plasma weapons are not affected by this rule.
(f) Combi-weapons count as both of the weapons listed. The bolter can be fired any number of times, but the other weapon can only be fired once per battle.
(g) Shotgun Executioner rounds may reroll misses when shooting.

Vehicle Upgrades
Any vehicle, apart from bikes and Dreadnoughts, can take the following upgrades. All upgrades must be modeled and can be only taken once per model.

Hunter-killer missile15 pts Krak missile with unlimited range, used once per battle.
Pintle-mounted storm bolter10 pts An extra weapon. If the vehicle moves it can fire one weapon and the pintle-mounted storm bolter.
Searchlight1 pt Used when night fighting. One enemy unit spotted by the vehicle can be fired on by any Space Marine unit, but all enemy units can fire on the vehicle.
Smoke launchers3 pts Once per battle emit smoke after you've moved. Cannot fire this turn but all penetrating hits become glancing hits instead in the enemy's shooting phase. Disperses at the end of the enemy's turn.
