From the Airport:

Yo can rent a taxi  wich will charge you between 6 to 6,5 $us,  for 4 people with some luggage, also  for the same price we can send a cab to wait for you at the airport. More or less you will spent 30 minutes on the cab

A cheaper way is to take a MINI BUS (VAN) called COTRANSTUR just in front on right of the airport entrance (1 $us) until San Franciscos Church or Peres Velasco Square and then walk for 6,5 blcoks sytrait over COMRECIO STREET. More or less you will spend 45 minutes.

From de  Bus Terminal

If you rent a cab it  will charge you 1 to 1,5 $us, for 4 persons with some luggage. If you decide to walk, just go out from the terminal turn right down hill until get MONTES AV, then keep the left side until get COMERCIO STREET (peatonal) and the 6,5 blocks until the hotel.  By taxi should be 10 to 15 minutes,  by wlaking consider 30 minutes.
