General Hospital has been on air for 35 years. It has seen many characters come and go. General Hospital was the starting point for many of todays celebrities. A few are John Stamos, Emma Sams, Demi Moore, and the guy who played Luke Skywalker. GH is often immitatied but never duplicated. Please, feel free to roam around and check out some pictures. In the early 1990's my sister got married. Her husbands cousin was on a popular soap opera. We all joked saying it would be cool if she got on GH. My mother watched GH since she was a young child so when we got the news that Shell was going to be on GH you could emagin our excitement! Shell played Dominique Taub-Baldwin. A few months later I started working with her fan club. My sister came in and said Shell had invited us to come see a taping of the show. My mom was thrilled! She had watched this show forever and is not going to meet the actors. I was thrilled because Antonio Sabato Jr. was on the show then. I was very upset when I got there. He wasn't taping that day. But I did get to meet the guy who played Ryan (now Kevin)...boy what a cute butt!
This is my sister and I with Christina Wagner...Falisha. She told us a lot of secrets about acting. She said she once ate garlic in her lunch before doing a romantic scene. She makes the set come alive. Thats why she works so good with John J. York (Mac).
John J. York is the funniest guy! They all work together so good. When John, Christina, and the guy who plays Sean all get together there's bound to be a lot of laughs. F.Y.I. John J. Yorks dressing room was right beside "Ryans".
Sean is so friendly. He came into the greenroom just to hang out with us. By the way...Greenrooms are really green!
This was the coolest part of the trip! Seeing Kelly's Diner was like entering into your television set. As you can see mom had a ball.
Mom had to get a piece of that cake! Got to take home a few little memories besides pictures!
