- MetaCard is a multimedia authoring tool and GUI development environment for Microsoft Windows 3.1/95/98/Me/NT/2000/XP, Unix/X11, and Macintosh systems. Use MetaCard to build graphical applications, Computer Based Training (CBT), on-line documentation, and a wide variety of other products.
- Runtime Revolution. Revolution is a state-of-the-art rapid application development environment. Using Revolution, you can deliver powerful, fully-featured applications on all major platforms - quickly, easily, and royalty-free. According to the Hyperactive Software website (see link below), Runtime Revolution offers the MetaCard engine with a friendlier user interface, and at a lesser cost. It also provides some of the best documentation for the MetaCard/Revolution engine available anywhere.
