Updates for July 2002

Here are my past updates from July year 2002.

July 4, 2002: I hope everybody had an awesome Canada Day! I had a good amount of fun, but this heat wave is a little much... * pant pant * It's 45 degress Celsius! Craziness! And for our American buddies, have an awesome Independence Day! * note how I spelled it the American way. Oh yeah (We Canadians, Britains too, spell it with the third 'e' being an 'a') Oh well... I added a new correspondences page on feathers. Check it out. And I've also started my Humour pages.

July 6, 2002: I corrected a couple of spelling mistakes on my Native American Deities page. I've heard that the politically correct term is First Nation, but I take it no one would be offended if I just continued to use 'Native American'. :) Until my next update! :)

July 9, 2002: I have decided to add the Canadian Charter of Rights and Freedoms to my site because knowing your rights and freedoms is pretty important. So seeing as I'm Canadian, that's the information I've provided. And like everything else, I've shoved it in my BoS... for no apparent reason... :) Hope you enjoy reading because it's long. :)

July 13, 2002 (noonish): I've been spending a lot of time at the library lately, trying to get some more stuff to put on the site. I've got a whole lot more information on the Celtic Deities now, so I'll put that info up soon. I also have the Charge of the Horned God and the Drawing Down the Moon writings. I'll have those up soon, too. And, the above information was all derived from the book Celtic Traditions Druids, Faeries, and Wiccan Rituals by Sirona Knight. I think it's a great read if your interested in the Celtic stuff like me. :)

July 13, 2002 (9:16 pm): I added a page on magickal foci. I thought this page would prove useful because there's a whole lot of information on visualization, but I would think that foci woul definitely be the first approach for a beginner to take. So, go ahead and check that out. I have added some more Celtic Deities, like a I said I would. :) And I'll have those two writings up today most likely, if not, tomorrow. :)

July 14, 2002: Well, today I found out that my computer area isn't as ergonmically correct as I would have hoped. Yesterday, I was doing a lot of writing, researching the stuff I put up that day. And now today, I cannot turn my head because I have a pinched nerve (or something) near the base of my neck. :( I guess I'm gonna have to take it easy for a little while. Sorry! :) I'll get something good for my next update... Oh, the empty promises start... Oh my.

July 15, 2002: Well, I lied about my next update being a really good one. But, this update is still good, IMHO (in my humble opinion) because I added more jokes to my humour pages... Only now I realize that they're not all that funny... Maybe that's why they're funny... I give up... :)

July 19, 2002: The unthinkable has happened. I am losing my Internet access due to financial difficulties. I am distraught and hurt now. I don't know what I'm going to do now. With all the work I've done recently, the coding, the research, and the physical exhaustion, it seems completely unfair that this is all going to be flushed down the toilet. I am sad to send you my farewell...

July 21, 2002: Whew! :) turns out that I am not going to lose my Internet after all! YAY! I'm so happy right now! * starts dancing around her room like a freak * Well, I've just completely embarrassed myself... I don't get out much... :) LOL! Praise the Goddess and God for helping me to keep my Internet! WAAHOOOO!!!
Oh, and on a weirder note, it looks like I'm no longer with the 7 Wonders... I don't know what's up with that, but... yeah... I dunno.

July 22, 2002: Welp, I've been deleted from the 7 Wonders... Without being informed or anything... I think it's because I missed voting for myself just ONE day. Oh well. I'll be deleting the links and images to that site asking for you to vote for me pretty soon.
On a more interesting note, while cleaning my room yesterday, I found a pretty big book on Spanish grammar. Seeing as I've started learning German and Japanese already (I am almost bilingual in French) I thought that Spanish would be a better start because it's another one of the Romantic languages; French, Italian, and Spanish.

July 29, 2002: I have added a Pagan Terms Dictionary to the BOS today. While I was looking through my pages, I've noticed that the active links colour on the nav-bar thing is a red colour. I don't get it. I don't know why it's like that. I've tried to fix it, but no such luck as of yet. Anyhoo, the dictionary is a work in process, so, enjoy! :)

July 30, 2002: I added some more definitions to my Pagan Terms Dictionary. Feel free to check it out! )O(

July 31, 2002: I've changed the image on the nav-bar thing, thanks to...
