BQ23-7 #2121 (an ex-CSX unit) and GP30 #1367 lead former LTV Steel Mining's locomotives to Parkersburg for upgrages.
The F7's will be used for passenger services while The GP20's and RS11's will be rebuilt for yard duty. Management says that the locomotives won't be repainted until at least next year
