I, Joe Loscar, aged 50 years, description is: Color: white, complexion:
ruddy, height: 5 feet 1 inches, weight: 134 pounds, color of hair:
brown, color of eyes: hazel, other visible distinctive marks: none.
I was born in Cimensniak, Austria on the 22nd day of February, anno
Domini 1870; I now reside at Pierce, Tucker County, West Virginia. I
emigrated to the United States of America from Antwerp, Belgium on the
vessel Lapland; my last foreign residence was Essen, Germany; I am (yes)
married; the name of my wife is Frances; she was born at St. Martin,
Austria and now resides at Trborlje, Austria. It is my bona fide
intention to renounce forever all allegiance and fidelity to any foreign
prince, potentate, state, or sovereignty, and particularly Austria
Hungary or any independent state within former Austro-Hungarian Em. of
whom I am not a subject; I arrived at the port of New York, in the State
of New York, on or about the 5th day of June, anno Domini 1914. I am
not an anarchist; I am not a polygamist nor a believer in the practice
of polygamy; and it is my intention in good faith to become a citizen of
the United States of America and to permanently reside therein: SO HELP ME GOD.
