If you are to become a #Frozen Channel Operator then you must obide by all terms and conditions.
1) You must Not Spam in #Frozen ever.
2) You must serve as much as possible in order to remain a #Frozen Op.
3) Do not bug op in #Frozen about when you are getting ops we will notify you.
4) You cannot op anyone in #Frozen. Only certain #Frozen Ops are allowed to do so unless there are
services down and you
know they are an op in #Frozen.
5) You cannot kick, ban, deOP or anything to that effect, any fellow #Frozen Channel Operator.
6) you must go to the channel #HaCKWoRLD the key will be given
once you have became a member of Frozen. Ask an op for the the
key.
