Chris Jericho had rejected Stevie Ray's offer to be apart of Total Domination. Why would he do that going into the PPV, the odds in the United States Tournament were not in his favor to say the least in this Tournament. With people such as Scott Hall, Sting, Mike Awesome, Dean Malenko, Shane Douglas, Rob Van Dam, and Stevie Ray. The world knew that the man that came out of that match had to be one hell of a survivor, because not one part of the tournament had a weak link. Would Jericho be able to be that survivor....well he was very confident about it, in fact almost too confident. He insulted every wrestler in the tournament and to anger the "Oringal Outsider" Scott Hall even more by calling his valet a hoe. Scott Hall was quick to react to Jericho's comments and called the last match pure luck. He also proclaimed to be the man that would give Jericho a reality check. It seemed that Jericho had in raged Hall and he was now a force in the United States tournament, did Jericho simply want Hall and the rest of the WCW superstars to be at their best to put on the best tournament they could. Could it be a plot by Jericho to prelude something that was to come in one or all of his US title match. The only person who truly had any clue about it was a lone fan that had gotten Jericho's autograph. Jericho mention having back up for the US tournament, who were his back up anyways. Well the wrestlers and fans of the WCW were about to find out what exactly that fan had learned from Chris Jericho...

(The picture fades into a local sports bar, close to where the WCW house show had taken place. The place has few customers, in fact the place is pretty quiet. Their are sounds from a restaurant that was built in beside each other, so the sports bar and connected within each other. The same fan that waited for WCW wrestlers outside the arena sits at a chair watching a basketball game. His favorite team the Phoenix Suns were down by 10 points to the LA Lakers.)
.::Fan::.-Come on damn it, that was foul!! Shit....I don't think they can get the lead back in time.
(After a few moments as the Suns are unable to get back the 10 points, the final buzzer goes off and the fan just shakes his head. As the bartender stands behind the desk and asks the fan)
.::Bartender::.-So they lose again?
.::Fan::.-Yeah, though they been playing pretty good as of late. Though I don't think they will win a championship in my life time, oh well happens I guess. I was at a WCW house show just before I came over here, it was pretty cool. At the end I stood outside to see if I could get any autographs. Chris Jericho signed one and told me he had back up for Super Brawl. He didn't really say who it was, but he was cool about signing a autograph
.::Bartender::.-Yeah I never been a fan of wrestling anyways.
.::Fan::.-oh ok.....well I better go, it's getting late.
.::Bartender::.-ok
(The fan leaves the bar section of the building and walks in the restaurant section of the building ready to walk out the door. Scott Hudson who had looked for somewhere to eat after the house show had ended, he was only able to find this restaurant that happen to the same exact one that the fan was in. Overhearing only a little bit about what the fan had said to the bartender. Hudson walks over to the fan as he walks towards the door, the fan turns to where Hudson stands.
.::Scott Hudson::.-Hello, I'm Scott Hudson one of WCW commentators. I overheard that you heard something from Chris Jericho, could you say what he said.
(the fan checks his watch quick and looks up)
.::Fan::.-Yeah I got enough time to tell you, I was outside the arena waiting to get any autographs I could. I didn't have much luck, I guess most of the WCW Superstars entered somewhere else, so I was about to give up when Jericho came out of the building. I asked him for an autograph and he gave one to me, then I asked why he didn't take that offer to join Total Domination. He said that he had some type of back up and wasn't worried about Total Domination running in.
.::Scott Hudson::.-Very interesting......well thanks for the information.
.::Fan::.-No problem......
(The fan walks away as Scott Hudson goes back to his dinner.)
(The WCW is holding one last house show, before Super Brawl: Revenge. Chris Jericho walks inside the arena, a camera crew follows him as the fans cheer as Jericho walks deeper inside the arena. All of a sudden Scott Hudson enters the picture with a microphone. Jericho shops as he starts to talk.)
.::Scott Hudson::.-Chris Jericho I am not sure if you know or not, but there are rumors going around WCW you have backup for the United States Tournament. But before we get into that, I want to know if you were able to see what Scott Hall said about you, just earily today. What is your response to that?
.::Chris Jericho::.-Scotty....Scotty...Scotty, you would think that after I destroyed you that you would learn your lesson. You really think you could last long enough to get to the ropes, if I put the Walls of Jericho on you once again. Well if I remember right, the minute that I put the Walls of jericho on you in our last match. You were screaming for the pain to end, you knew at that minute their was only one way you could end the pain and that's to say the words "I quit". You screamed the words so loud that all my Jericholics heard it, yet you still believe that this match will be different. Well Y2J sees it different that you do then, because as soon as I get you in the walls of Jericho, you once again will have no choice to scream "I quit". Now as far as your plan to stop the lion sault, well junior anyone can say that outside the ring. But when you step into the ring with Y2J for the second time, you will then realize that you can do nothing to stop the lion sault. Why can't you do what you said, well I'll have beaten the hell out of you and your body will not allow you to do anything about me hitting sault. You know Scotty, I have wondered why your so angry, first I thought it's your jealous of Y2J and will never eeeeeeee ever be able to reach my talent level. But then I notice you might be a little angry of me kissing your girlfriend Pamula Poolshock in our last match. Well I'm here to tell you don't be upset about that....what you should be upset about is what Pam has been doing with all the boys in the back while you were away!!! Now as far as Y2J praying for the win on Thunder, well junior if that is true and I got that win because of praying. Then I pray that you have to face me, so I can prove once and for all that you still SUCK......and Pamula Poolshock is still a flithy, dity, disgusting, brutal, bottom feeding trash bag HOE!!!!!!!!!
.::Scott Hudson::.-Well as I stated before, their are rumors going around that you have someone to back you up in the US title tournament. What do you have to say to these rumors and if they are true, who are the people that you have to back you up.
.::Chris Jericho::.-What is a rumor anyways Scott, it's a bunch of words that some jack ass with no life tells someone. Then it gets passed around over and over again, but I will say this. Believe me I wouldn't have rejected Steven Ray's offer if I didn't have back up or do I have back up at all?! As for who it is, I'm not going to tell you who it is. You will have to figure it out yourself, because for all you know it could be someone I found off the streets. I could always have been bluffing on not joining Total Domination and it could be Steven Ray. Hell don't be surprise, because I do respect Steven a hell of alot more than some of these jackasses backstage. Hell Hulk Hogan, that all old, boring jackass himself could run down and be Y2J's back up. Unless you can predict the future, your going to have to take wild guess on just who it is.......but I can tell you this much about my back up. If someone like Pam Poolshock decides to sticks her nose in my business, it will be an act that she will regret. I can tell also tell you that the person who does stick their nose in my business will never eeeeee ever be the same again. As for if I will have back up, you'll find out.

.::Tony Schivanie::.-This really has been a interesting show, but we have to go back to the Chris Jericho interview. He must know he has something backing him up, because I don't think anyone who would have to face Sting, Shane Douglas, Mike Awesome, Scott Hall, Stevie Ray, and Dean Malenko can be that cocky. We will have to see what Jericho has in store at Super Brawl, Jericho's words has become a story in it's self, haven't they.
.::Mike Tenay::.-Yeah they have Tony and I believe this is Chris Jericho trying to move up the ladder in World Championship Wrestling. We all know we have no idea who is at the top of the mountain in WCW, this actually might be a way for Jericho to make them look over their shoulder and worry that anytime,someone could run down to the ring to help Jericho.
.::Scott Hudson::.-Yeah it could be a bluff by Jericho, but if it is I would be very surprise. Jericho seems to know he has back up and is not worried one bit about Stevie Ray. Though we will have to see....
(All of a sudden, as the countdown starts as it hits zero the lights go off.......pryotechnics blasts off around the stage area as "Break the Walls down" blasts on the PA system. The lights turn back on as the camera fixs on Chris Jericho who is standing on the stage posing for the crowd with a microphone in hand.
.::Chris Jericho::.-Now I know that all my Jericholics are wondering what I'm doing out here. You could call it my final time out here, before I am finally crowned WCW's United States champion. But I failed to mention two wrestlers that have now made present felt, those two wrestlers are Buff Bagwell and Shawn Stasiak. As for Buff, you come out here like anyone really cares about you. You think throwing around little insults will do anything to Y2J, well junior I know you have more of a chance out of the first to step in the ring with the Y2J virus. You may be honored to be in the ring with the best dubbya see dubbya has to offer, but that will change real quick. Because I will have the chance to do something that no one else has been able to do and that is to make you SHUT..THE..HELL..UP. You honestly think you would have a chance against me one on one, well you must be as retarded as you look and sound. In fact the only thing you have ever said that was true was fact that Scott Hall is nothing more than a drunk old bum. So jerky you want to face the Y2J virus, I have no problem kicking your ass and show you why I am the future of world championship wrestling. Now on to Shawn Stasiak, why are you even allowed in the building. Everytime you walk out here, all my Jericholics know it's nap time. Yet people call you the future of wrestling, well to save the future of wrestling I will do this. I will destroy you and make sure you never wrestle again. As for Sting in the first round, Sting if I were you I would be already checking in the retirement home. In fact that's probably where you been in the pass few days, but Sting their is no turning back for you. Because once and for all I'm going to end your career, Sting as popular as you are and all the things you done in wrestling it's time to give it up. Because after the beating that I give you, you will never eeeeeeeeeeeeee ever be the same again!!!
