[::Intro::]
No Extreme Measures Federation Pay Per View lives up to their name more than Survival of the Fittest. The reason for this is that the Pay Per View itself is exactly like that, the strongest survive. While this Pay Per View might not be the biggest one, it sure is at least one the most anticipated PPV of the year. Known for its huge gimmick matches that usually end up an absolute battle (for many reasons..). Survival of the Fittest just might be one of the most popular EMF Pay Per View. The gimmick matches have varied as time has gone on, it all started with some sort of tourney. How did that tourney worked you ask? Well, I haven't figured it out myself to this day. It would later go on to have more straight forward gimmick matches. Such as a battle royal, and the ever so popular Elimination Chamber three years in a row. But the focus of this years big Survival of the Fittest are on two superstars that Survival of the Fittest have made even bigger stars out of them. The last two years, Survival of the Fittest has been the launching pad of two superstars. They are Josh Hanley and John Cena. In 2004, Chris Jericho released the World Heavyweight championship due to injuries, among many other reasons. This would set up a battle royal, where the last six would go on to Survival of the Fittest to battle in an elimination chamber match for the Extreme Measures Federation Heavyweight championship. Newcomer Josh Hanley would go on to win it, and from that point on...despite how low he would fall later on. Josh Hanley's name always had meaning when placed a card. While last year, the elimination chamber was used to figure out the tag team champions. The tag team championship had been in question for a long time, for what reason, I don't totally remember. It could have had something to do with aliens, and Donkey Kong. But, my guess it was due to the break up of one of the more dominating tag teams in Extreme Measures Federation history, the Dangerous Alliance. 6 tag teams would enter the cage to fight for the vacated titles. But in the end, it would be John Cena, and Dude Nick who would walk out with the tag team gold. So to say the least, Survival of the Fittest is special for both Josh Hanley and John Cena. This year, the two superstars that were made at this very event find themselves on the same team. John Cena over the past year has been able to gain power in the Extreme Measures Federation, and for the most part has done what he wants, got what he wants, and done who he wants (haha, had to add that). Since this time most have either gotten out of the way of Cena's path of destruction, or have been mowed down by him. Everyone, other than the stable known as the Other World. Chris and Amy Jericho, the two one time invaders of the Extreme Measures Federation who were left without a job once the Real Wrestling Alliance closed its doors came into the EMF to make sure that the RWA wasn't forgotten. But the Other World found more than that; they found a new home as well. They were taken into the Wasabi World Order, after their stable had been taken over, and they were thrown out of it. Since that time, the fans have grown to love them as they watched the two go through so many things. Such wars that included Jarred Carhallion, Gene Snitsky, Angelus Archer, Sierra, Prez Mike, and more. Along the way, the two finally admitted what was so obvious to everyone....that Chris and Amy loved each other more than anything. The Extreme Measures watched as that love came out, and lead up to their wedding. Now Amy is carrying their first child, but it would seem that was not all good news as it should have been. Amy carried a bit of information that John Cena didn't want out regarding his less than faithful tactics with Natasha Jones. Cena has used Amy's pregnancy as a way to get Amy out of the way by sending her to Iraq. But for some reason, he did not factor in that her husband just might have a problem with that. Chris Jericho came back, and ruined John Cena's best plan to take the women’s title off of Jackie as a measure of revenge for everything he had done to his wife. But as we know, Jericho was not satisfied with just that....Jericho was just getting started making Cena pay as he became the major thorn in Cena's side recently. Cena has done everything to try to remove that thorn, but being the Slayer of Careers that we all know...Jericho has always been able to slip out of it to fight another day. Jericho most recently challenged Cena to get together a team of four men, and 1 woman to face Jericho's team. So it all comes down to this at Survival of the Fittest, Team Jericho takes on Team Cena. Who will survive? I guess you are just going to have to pay the god damn 30 bucks to watch the Pay Per View, huh? Otherwise, you'll never know muhhahahahaahahhahaha!!! Oh well, whatever you do, do NOT, I repeat...do not look on the Internet for the answer. But you are going to look anyways, weren't you? WEREN'T YOOOOOOOU!! *gets whispered something* Alright, I'll stop taunting my readers. Anyways, to the RP *jumps off screen to the Hurricane whooshing sound*
[::body of RP::]
(Orlando, Florida...the city that will host Survival of the Fittest from the TD Waterhouse Centre. Which is home of the Orlando Magic (OOC-if we go by kayfabe, that's Kris Gaffney's team!). Rather than start at the arena that will host the event. We open up the scene somewhere in the same city that is hosting Survival of Fittest at the Jericho's home. A big home, you can tell that this home has been bought for the purpose to raise a family, as it's quite big. You can tell the owners of the home have quite a bit of money, but it's not a mansion by any stretches of the imagination (it doesn't have flying capabilities like some wrestlers mansions that we know about). Over the past few months, this home has become one of the more famous wrestling homes, as it's been the center of much attention thanks to EMF storylines. We go into the home, right into the room that has been set up as Amy Jericho's home office. Amy Jericho is sitting in front of her desk. She is obviously working hard on some sort of paper work for the EMF. She seemly finishes it, and looks like she really needs a break. She decided to look around the room that had a few different things on the wall. But she looks on the desk that had a picture of her, and Jericho. She had been working fairly hard on this paper work, but nothing to over due it. She was pregnant, and working too hard was not a good thing. She smiles, had she asked, Jericho would have come running if she needed help. But she told him that she would be fine. It was work that she needed to do, so that the Vice President job wouldn't be too hard for Maria. Besides, Jericho had problems of his own; he was going to be in a really big match. She decides that she'll take a break, and go see what her husband is doing. She slowly gets up. She puts her hand on her back, it was giving her problems late in her pregnancy...but she knew this was normal. She slowly makes her way out of the office, and to the living room. She smiles as she see's her husband Chris Jericho sitting on the couch, watching intently at the television. It would seem that he is watching some sort of John Cena match. But he notices Amy's presents, as he takes the DVD controller, and puts the DVD he was watching on pause. He looks over at his wife, who is standing there with a smile.)
.::"Y2J" Chris Jericho::.-Anything wrong Amy?
.::Amy Jericho::.-No Chris, hun. Just wanted to know if I could join you for a little bit. I wanted to take a break from working.
.::"Y2J" Chris Jericho::.-Sure, having you here would make this easier to get through these matches I need to watch. Because John Cena just might be one of the worst wrestlers I have ever seen in my life. It's like he has no creativity what so ever, it's the same damn thing every match.
(Amy smirks, and she comes over to Jericho, she sits next to Jericho on the couch. Jericho puts his arm around Amy, and holds her close. The couple watch the elimination chamber from last year. We fade away for a few moments, and come back about 20 minutes later. Amy has fallen asleep on Jericho's shoulder; Jericho's just standing there with a blank look.)
.::"Y2J" Chris Jericho::.-(Looking to Amy) and how the arena stayed awake, I'll never know.
(Amy slowly wakes up. It would seem that since the last time we seen the two Amy had gotten their mini cam.)
.::Amy Jericho::.-So, Jericho...why exactly were you watching this....um...."match" anyways? It's not like John Cena has any sort of special wrestling style that is going to catch you off guard. So why bother to watch this match?
(Amy puts the mini camera on Jericho as she knows this is where he's going to break into a promo.)
.::"Y2J" Chris Jericho::.-Well Amy, it's true that lately I have stepped into the ring with John Cena more than anyone. Which is saying something, because I don't return to the ring too often anymore as you know, I have so much more to worry about. I watched this match for one reason. To prove to myself that I have seen it all when it comes to Cena. He comes into the ring, does the same old moves and gets the hell out of there. Even when he supposively cared about the fans, he did the same exact thing every damn time. This proving that either John Cena had no originality, or he just doesn't give a damn. He doesn't give a damn about the business; he's not the first person I have seen like that. They don't care about the sport of professional wrestling; all they want to do is use the pride part of professional wrestling so that they can stroke ego. Really, he doesn't give a damn about what people like him are doing to the business. That they are making a mockery of the business that people like us helped build up. No, they use it just so that they can feel all big and important, away from a life that would otherwise be worthless. Remember that Cena, this business made you, you didn't make this business. There was professional wrestling before John Cena, and there will be professional wrestling after John Cena. That's why I'm watching this match, I wanted to see the match that John Cena goes on, and on about. The match he proclaims that was his finest hour. But what do I see Cena? The same old crap I saw the last few matches. But you know what Cena, I welcome that. I enjoy walking into a match, and know exactly what I'm facing. Because then it's just so much more easy to beat the crap out of the person in question, because when you don't give a damn for this business. It means that your holes in your wrestling style are going to come out in the open, and that's exactly what I'm looking for Cena. I didn't become who I am because I sit back, and hope that everything works out. No, I gather everything about them. I learn their weaknesses, and I make them pay for them. In the case of people like you, who make it just too easy to figure out. You basically are doomed before you even walk down the isle Cena; really that's why I am the Slayer of Careers. In most cases, I know what people are going to do before they do. This usually either spells the end of the match, or the end of another career. Depending on how much mercy I'm willing to show. But when they clearly misusing power they have gained like you are. Well....let's just say I take even more enjoyment in exploiting those weaknesses. I have dealt with too many people like Cena, and I made sure that they either woke up to the business that made them, or I made sure that they woke up in a hospital. Cena from the stand point of what he's done with the President's power reminds me too much of Triple H. While it's an insult to Triple H to compare him to a wrestler like John Cena. Triple H was much the same way as far as abusing his half owner power. He sent us both to hell, and back. In the end, I learned that Triple H was actually just trying to put on some great television. It had nothing to do with backstage politics, which is widely believed to be the reason for the whole Evolution era. He wasn't the ass clown that he showed himself to be during that time period. Now you might think that I might have regrets for the way I ended his career. But it was because of what he did to you Amy is what I could not forgive. He lured us both into a trap, so he could beat the hell out of us. He injured us both, Amy you know....I had no problem with taking the beating. But the one thing that I could not let stand was what he did to you. This is why I had no problem with ending the career of the legendary Triple H. This is almost the same reason why it is so personal between me, and Cena. I said it last time I cut a promo; he stood out of the ring and talked about how he never had a problem with me? Well Cena, you stupid son of BITCH!! I know you're going to see this, so listen to me, and listen to me well. I didn't have much of a problem with you either, until you decided to do what you did to my wife. Oh, she's told me about the things before the big one. You used Edge's influence to have her threaten over, and over again. Not only that, you threaten her yourself with your damn sledgehammer. You could have very well not only hurt Amy, but you could have very well hurt our baby without knowing it. But lucky for you that just didn't happen, because had it happen....you wouldn't be standing right now. I would have finished you off long before the match last week, because I would not only be out for your career, jackass. But I would be out for your head, I would pound the living HELL out of you, and make sure that you pay for everything that you did to Amy, and our baby, before ending it all. Oh yeah...don't think I would go that far, Cena? When it comes to my family, you will learn that's something that you just don't mess with. So don't under estimate on what I will do, and what I'm not capable of. You might think you know from all the times we have faced off, but you have to know something Cena...as a wrestler, I'm not like you. Because when it comes to me as a wrestler, as someone once said, "once you know all the answers, I'll change the question". The new question is Cena whether or not that I am going to hold back like I did the last few times that we have faced off. Oh yeah, I said that I held back Cena. Let's look at the facts, the first time we faced each other it was on better terms. Remember that Cena? It was when Eddie Guerrero had passed away, and the Extreme Measures Federation decided to name a Pay Per View after him. But our wives took it a little bit further, as they arranged to have a mix tag match in honor of the late great Eddie Guerrero. You might have thought that you have seen the best performance that I could give, well...Cena. If you think that, then you're wrong. While I wanted to give Eddie the best tribute match I could, I at the time was not really feeling in main event form. Plus at the time Cena, I had no problem with you, and I wasn't out to end your career then. So if you think that is the Chris Jericho that you are going to see at Survival of the Fittest, well junior, you have another thing coming. Then there is the match where Cena thought he was going to stack the odds against me, when he puts Christian and himself against myself. Not only that, he had Chris Masters as the ref. To say that I did have to give a some sort of effort is an understatement, because I had to. I knew that I was going into a match with Christian who is a decent wrestler himself....and Cena. But to take away from lack of wrestling ability, Cena had his one time friend Chris Masters as ref. Even with all that Cena, you still could not beat me. In fact, had you not had a bias official on you side. Your team probably would have lost, so really...you should thank Chris Masters for that match. Because he was the only one keeping you, and the creepy little bastard into it. I do want to ask you something. Did that anger you that you simply could not pin my shoulders to the mat? Because I see it in your eyes, you need to feel like you are even on my level. But Cena, no matter what you do...you'll never accomplish it. Because in the ring, win or lose, there is NO ONE better than the Highlight of the Night Chris Jericho. It pissed you off so much, and while some people might think that I was getting my ass kicked, and I was "about to die". It was nothing compared to the things that I have gone through in the past, and at Survival of the Fittest. If you think I was tough to beat then, wait until Sunday. Because you are going to realize that while you think you had me, you are going to realize that you haven't seen nothing yet. Because Cena, just like so many people have said in the past, just when you think you got rid of Chris Jericho. I'll come back for more, and enjoy taking every last bit of everything you can throw at me! Then let's go to last week, I mean sure I had so many reasons to tear you limb from limb, surely I couldn't get into a state of mind more merciless than that, right Cena? I mean that was my chance to make you pay for everything that you did to my wife. But no...I knew that there would be other fights, and I simply just wanted to give you a sample of what's to come Cena. So Cena, come into the match under prepared, thinking that you know everything there is to know about how to beat me. You will find that when I'm focused, there are few alive that can get near my wrestling ability, and trust me Cena...I'm focus, and know everything there is to know about you. The dangerous thing is that you have no clue on what's coming at you. This makes me the most dangerous superstar you have faced in your entire career Cena.
.::Amy Jericho::.-Hhhhmmm, I'm sure you are right. But at Survival of the Fittest, it won't be anything close to what to the match we just watched. So how does the match link to this year?
.::"Y2J" Chris Jericho::.-Very good question Amy, as you have noticed the Elimination Chamber is not making a return this year. This breaks up a three year streak of that match happening at Survival of the Fittest. From what I heard, it just caused too much problems backstage, I'm not sure what they were talking about. But it had something to do with that. Anyways, this match fits in my preparation for the elimination match for one reason, and that reason is that I am yet to be at a Survival of the Fittest. Yes it's true, all of my years here in the Extreme Measures Federation this is my first Survival of the Fittest. While Cena on the other hand is supposively the "King of Survival of the Fittest". So you could say that Cena is going to walk into our hometown, in our hometown arena the TD Waterhouse Centre with some sort of advantage. Because Cena believes that even though Cena has only been to one Survival of the Fittest. That is enough to proclaim himself King of the Pay Per View. If that's the case, I guess royalty comes cheap doesn't it. It makes me very scared if that's the case, because any ass clown could go around thinking their royalty. What next...King AN ARKIE, or King RVT? Oh well, even though I clearly have the element of surprise with the fact that Cena has no clue on what state of mind that I will be in. He just knows that hell's coming at him at Survival of the Fittest. But if he really is "King of Survival of the Fittest", it must mean that I am invading his Kingdom. Well Cena, let me give you a little history lesson in that case. The Other World has no problem with going into the worlds of other's, and destroying them where they feel their strength is at. If you really think that the fact this match is going to help you Cena, then I want to bring you back to a match that I talked about last promo. The match where I went up against Raisin for the RWA-WWF hardcore championship, with Triple H as the ref. While I talk quite a bit on how I was at a disadvantage in that match. There was something else about that match that put me at a big disadvantage in the eyes of many people. You see, Vince McMahon didn't like me too much, and was doing everything to try to stack the odds against me. Going into this match, I had no interest in the hardcore championship, and really I knew going into the match that I was entering Raisin's world. I was entering the world of hardcore. Where Raisin was one of the best in RWA-WWF history, and we all know what happened, I went into his "world" and beat the hell out of him to become the very LAST RWA-WWF hardcore champion! I know that most of our audience, including Cena isn't going to remember that one...since RWA history is only what we say it was...otherwise it doesn't exist anymore from what I know. So I figure, hey...why not give them all one thing that everyone here in the Extreme Measures Federation is familiar with. When Amy and I were making our plans to invade the EMF, we were told that we were crazy. That we could not survive a hostile federation, who wouldn't exactly be thrilled on what we were doing. But regardless, Amy and I went into the EMF with a plan. We proved that we could come into the Extreme Measures Federation, in an entire federation that hated us at first, and not only survive it, but thrive in it. It was much the same with Triple H, a man that had only been beaten by one or two wrestlers before Whiplash 2004. His oh so "mighty" Evolution was running everything in the EMF, and seemed to only be gaining power after Triple H defeated Wes Ikeda for the world championship at Return of an Era 2004. With all of that, a lot of people told me I was crazy when I decided to go up against the King of Kings. But Triple H had made the same mistake you did Cena, he threaten Amy...and even harmed Amy. For that, I took all the doubters and proved each and everyone of them wrong at Whiplash 2004. When I defeated "the Game" Triple H, and ended his career once and for all. What does all of this have to do with anything? It's plain as day to see Cena, that in the past the Other World has had no problem entering world's that we were not suppose to be in, and wipe the smug smirk off the leader of that world. So Cena, you might be King of this Pay Per View. But if our track record holds true, then you’re in trouble jerky....A LOT of trouble.
.::Amy Jericho::.-Yeah, he wins an elimination chamber match, and he thinks he's the *best Cena voice* KING *end best Cena voice*. But as we saw, that match wasn't that impressive. In fact if anything, Jackie and my match stole the show of the Pay Per View. There was something....so....so....INCOMPLETE...about the elimination chamber. So where does he gets this "king" stuff.
.::"Y2J" Chris Jericho::.-Yeah, in fact to make sure...we should ask a King, if Cena is the "King" like he says he is. Then another King should be able to confirm it.
(Amy gives her trademark look to Jericho, and then says.)
.::Amy Jericho::.-Are you sure that's a good idea? I mean, aren't we a King and Queen too?
.::"Y2J" Chris Jericho::.-Of course, but by nickname only. Only true royalty could answer this question....
.::Amy Jericho::.-Um, Jericho...don't you think your taking this a BIT literal?
.::"Y2J" Chris Jericho::.-No, not at all...now it's only a matter of finding a King or Queen.
.::Amy Jericho::.-I wouldn't know, but I still don't think this is the way to prove that John Cena isn't the King of Survival of the Fittest. I know that you will go into the match, and show the world who is the better wrestler once and for all. But the problem is that I just disagree that this is the way to go about it, you know?
(Suddenly Amy gets a phone call, and the voice on the other side (who is Kris Gaffney) says)
.::Kris Gaffney::.-Your Mom disagrees!
(Amy looks on with a blank look, then says)
.::Amy Jericho::.-Actually, knowing her...she probably does. She would probably be watching this right now yelling "OH MY GOD, AN ARKIE COULD BE IN A MATCH, AND GET OVER...PLEASE STOP WITH THIS "SPORTS ENTERTAINMENT CRAP!!"
(There is a bit of silence from Gaffney's side, until Gaffney speaking up finally)
.::Kris Gaffney::.-Oh really? Oh...um...BYE *ring tone*.
(Amy shrugs her shoulders, and then puts her cell phone away)
.::"Y2J" Chris Jericho::.-You know Amy, now that I think about it...maybe your right. This isn't the way to prove that John Cena isn't the king of Survival of the Fittest. I'm just going to have to do...
(Before Jericho can go into his promo, there comes a knock at the door. Jericho tells Amy he would get it, because obviously getting up isn't that easy for her this late into her pregnancy. Jericho goes over to the door, and opens up and see's that William Regal is standing in the door way. Jericho looks at Regal weird; he had known Regal from Chris Benoit's training school. Regal was also a trainer there, but Jericho didn't know exactly why Regal would be at the Jericho's home of all places.)
.::"Y2J" Chris Jericho::.-Can I help you Willie?
.::William Regal::.-Well Mr. Jericho, I heard that you wish to speak to royalty, am I correct?
.::"Y2J" Chris Jericho::.-Well, I was.....but....
.::William Regal::.-Very well then, I would like to introduce his majesty, KING BOOKER
(Royal music comes from no where, as Jericho looks around confused trying to find the source of the music. While this is happening, King Booker walks into the room, and walks around slowly. Waving, and smiling. As William Regal yells "All Hail! King Booker!" Over and over and over again...times 100. Around this time Amy walks from the living room as her jaw drops as Booker walks by her waving. Booker stops as Regal walks behind him with two sparklers, as he has this big shit eating grin on his face. The music stops as we go to Amy who caught all of this on camera as she still has mini camera in hand, and its running.)
.::Amy Jericho::.-What just happened here?
.::"Y2J" Chris Jericho::.-I'm not sure...
.::William Regal::.-My lady, you wished to talk to royalty, well here he is...KING BOOKER! ALL HAIL!
.::Amy Jericho::.-William! I get it! Since when did Booker become royalty?! I thought he was the security for Chris Benoit's school?
.::King Booker::.-Just my humble up bringings.
(Jericho and Amy cross their arms at about the same time, and then look at each other. Amy still looks confused, she says.)
.::Amy Jericho::.-So...you're really a king?
(Booker gets a weird, disturbed face...well it can't really be described.)
.::King Booker::.-WHAT! You can't tell'? I got the crown on, don' I?
(Amy laughs a little bit; Jericho looks on a bit annoyed. He then says.)
.::"Y2J" Chris Jericho::.-Well then, Mr. T...
.::William Regal::.-His majesty would like to be known as KING BOOKER!
.::"Y2J" Chris Jericho::.-Sure, whatever...Booker King. While, I wasn't expecting to run into any kings. Since your here I guess I might as well ask you, what I was going to ask you. Booker, I got a match with John Cena at Survival of the Fittest. The last time I saw him, Cena called himself the "king of Survival of the Fittest". Since a king, would know a king...I figured ask him if John Cena really is the King of Survival of the Fittest.
(King Booker gets that pissed off face.)
.::King Booker::.-WHAT!?! This common street thug is impersonating a KING!?! John Cena, dat peasant isn't even worthy enough to kiss my royal foot. Let me tell you sumthing, I would teach dat sucka a lesson or two by myself. But I'm far too busy, hey...bein' the King ain't easy. So if you would, William.
.::William Regal::.-Certainly your majesty, *takes out a scroll* on the day of July the 30th. Chris Jericho, the self proclaimed "King of the World" will enter the ring to prove once and for all that this John Cena is nothing more than a common street thug. He will fight for the honor of the lovely "Queen of Extreme" Amy Jericho. And from that day on, John Cena will be known only for the miserable toerag that he is.
(Amy is getting all of this on camera, still thinking this is weird. Suddenly Jericho speaks up after all that.)
.::Amy Jericho::.-I think this was taken a little too literal, what do you think?
(Jericho turns to Amy, who holds up the camera, knowing her husband is about to talk more about Cena)
.::"Y2J" Chris Jericho::.-It might have been, but the fact whether or not John Cena is a king is not the point. The point is that since the Elimination Chamber, John Cena has acts like that Survival of the Fittest is his yard, his terms. He has gotten in his mind that somehow he excels at this Pay Per View, because it lives up to the Survival part of its name. It's always headlined by some sort of gimmick match. The match has always been some sort of elimination match of some sort since the first year that it appeared. Whether it was a tag team tournament, a battle royal, elimination chamber, and this year it's a 10 person elimination tag match. Being that this is my first Survival of the Fittest, I can only imagine what it's like to go into Survival of the Fittest. While this is Cena's second. He found himself in a match like the tag team Elimination Chamber last year. There were 12 people in that match; there were 6 teams all together. When you’re someone that was just coming up through the ranks. A man that who's claim to fame at the time was being television champion, being a try hard Hogan wannabe, and losing the Intercontinental Championship in his first time. We all know on the outside, that John Cena was very confident to say the least going into the tag team, elimination chamber. But you have got to wonder how he was really feeling on the inside going into this match. Well, when you look at matches as big as the tag team chamber. I know for a fact that Cena wasn't as confident as he appeared to be on the outside. In fact, he most likely doubted himself. Because up until that time, this was his first time going into a Pay Per View main event. He probably doubted himself; he probably was a nervous wreck. Because here was John Cena, the one time new comer stepping into the ring with some of the biggest superstars today. He probably knew that the odds were not in his favor, with that mind set he was just that more dangerous. Because he knew that if Dude Rick was pinned, he could blame it on the fact that he had a weak link partner. Don't think that Cena would sink that low to try to blame his partner? Well, just look at any John Cena promo, when he talks about his lack of success as a tag team wrestler. He always blames it on the other person. He never blames himself, for the fact that all the teams he has been on failed. From Rhyno, to Rick, to Angelus Archer, he always blames someone else. This is kind of funny, since he proclaims himself to be so great. But when it comes down to it, he can't mask another person's weaknesses when they need it. So really, maybe he should be blaming it on the fact that he's simply not a tag team wrestler? But anyways, since he knew that deep down that he probably knew that. He knew he probably wasn't going to win the elimination chamber last year. His one goal was to go into the match, and at least out last Rick, so he would have an excuse of why he lost. But the problem was that Dude Rick was ready for that match, and somehow Cena was able to last enough for the win. If you look at it, Cena was just in the right place for the final elimination on Scott Hall. Maybe it was Cena's finest hour. Because up until that point, John Cena's accomplishments were not that impressive. To say the least, he has a reason to be proud of what he did. But, the measure of a wrestler is not whether or not he can win the big match somehow. Its how he deals with it is the true test, some people take as you should. They take it as a great accomplishment, but they keep their feet on the ground. They use the bragging rights, but they also know that deep down that it's time to take the nex step. A true great will know that it's always possible for someone to surprise him, or her. This is so it doesn't happen. Then there are people that take the victory, and turn into more than it is. These are people like Cena, Cena is the type of person that takes the victory, and his ego explodes. It gets so bad that he believes that he can do no wrong, and he's unbeatable. Once a person gets to that point, there is no amount of common sense that can make that person come back to Earth, and this is the case of John Cena. You want to know why I know. Because what happened? First he got married, and then he thought he could get away with having sex with his cleaning lady. He probably didn't think on the fact that this act could very well result in a messy divorce, which he could lose a lot of his money. His ego was so big that he really didn't think that he could get caught by his wife. That sooner, or later the truth was going to be learned by the wrong person, and he could be in trouble. How about the next important thing he did, at First Blood 2005 he won the World Heavyweight championship for the very first time. He was on top of the world, and he should have felt that, because he was World Heavyweight champion of the Extreme Measures Federation, the biggest wrestling company in the world. He was holding a title that some greats such as X-Cold, Alex Salvatore, Matt Dragon, Road, Wasabi, "the Badd Boy" Tony Ikeda, among a few had wore before him. Now since these are the only two important things that he's really done in the past year, let's look at what was wrong. First off, Cena's ego was so big that he did not think that he could get caught by someone that was not going to be his puppet. That person being my wife, Amy did everything she could to try to tell Jackie. Because of that, Cena had to tell the world and Jackie that he had cheated with Natasha, and now what he thought wouldn't happen...did. That leaves his first title run, what exactly was wrong with that? Well, you see, it was Cena's feeling that he could not be beat that what spelt his doom at Unleashed 2006. He thought he would just run over Angelus Archer, not thinking *in his best Cena voice*...this is Angelus Archer, the guy who ruled the world heavyweight division for a year...I don't think that I could just run over him *end best Cena voice*. He not only didn't think that, he didn't think that Angelus Archer would pull anything. He thought that Angelus wouldn't have pulled anything, since they were tag team partners. So he's either a fool, or a jackass that could not see that he could be beat on any given night. It could have been a combination of the two, which is what I think it was. This is exactly why he didn't see Jarred Carthallion making his return to help Angelus Archer gain the championship. All of this happened because of one thing Cena, it's because you let that Survival of the Fittest win back in 2005 go to your head. Because of that, you are going to always make bad choices that most people wouldn't think are very smart. But you'll think that since you're John Cena, the man who walked into an elimination chamber with 5 other tag teams...that you can get away with breaking the rules. That no one will dare use the opening that causes your downfall. You're John Cena, you are untouchable...blah, blah, blah. But in the end, you were proven wrong before...don't you realize what is happening Cena? It should be from the words that came out of your mouth. You really believe that you are some sort of king of Survival of the Fittest, and can not be beaten at this one Pay Per View. If you don't see what's happening...then you’re blind. Because history is repeating itself, not only for Amy and I, and what happened at Hell on Earth 2004. No....it's repeating itself for you as well Cena. Because if everything holds true, you are going to walk into the ring thinking that you can not be beat. You are going to think that Team Jericho is going to go down easily, and you are going to leave the Survival of the Fittest with the victory. Just like when you thought you could get away with cheating on your wife, and how Angelus Archer wouldn't do everything in his power to win. That "untouchable" attitude is going to be your downfall at Survival of the Fittest. I'm going to do what a lot of your opponents would not. Because they want the element of surprise, but I'm going to tell you what you are going to do wrong. Cena...at Survival of the Fittest...you are just leaving yourself open to defeat with your attitude. Once I see that one opening, I'm going to make you pay for it. I know you think that you are going to stop me, but the think is Cena...you can't. That's right ass clown, you can't stop me. Because once I find it, it'll be too late...and your "kingdom", so to speak will fall at Survival of the Fittest 2006, in the 10 man elimination tag team match. But Cena, after this happens, I know that it won't change a thing. You'll write it off as some sort of fluke, and continue to be the way you are. But here is a warning for you, Cena. One time, whether it's at Survival of the Fittest....or a few years from now, one time it's going to be the downfall of the career of John Cena himself. Because as he always goes on about, he feels that he can not be beaten, and certainly not on the stage that he had his finest moment, right? Wrong Cena, you were wrong about Jackie never finding out about your..."activities" with that cleaning slut, or that match with Angelus where you lost your first world championship. Now that you know this Cena, I want to ask you something else, Cena. Do you feel the pressure? You are now on the stage you feel that is your own. Whether you realize it or not, what will happen if you don't win this match. People are going to start talking. They are going to wonder whether or not that your win at Survival of the Fittest 2005, in the Elimination Chamber was a fluke or not. From there, who knows...this could very well be the beginning of the end of John Cena's career. Because as soon as he, and his team loses to myself, and all of Team Jericho. The aura of invincibility will be gone; soon people will realize that you can be beaten. One by one, you will lose everything that is important. From your title, to your fame, hell...I wouldn't be surprised if that cleaning hoe left you after all that. So the way that I figure it, maybe the fact that you are going to face me at this Pay Per View isn't really a good thing. Because, I am the one person that will find that one opening, and will destroy you for it
(Jericho turns to William Regal)
.::"Y2J" Chris Jericho::.- You know what Willie; it's been a long time that I called myself the "King of the World". But since John Cena wants to run around thinking he's king of Pay Per View, I got a feeling that during his promo he is going to run his mouth about how he is the master of Survival. This only proves the point that John Cena is nothing more than a person with his head up his own ass. As I already told you, Cena going into this match has a lot of pressure to show that Survival of the Fittest 2005 wasn't a fluke. But it's so much more than that, he wants to prove that he is some how better than me. He might go around telling people that he'll take any win over me, because he wants to say that he beat Chris Jericho. I am sure if I were him, I would want a win over me too. Because just like you know William, and you know Booker. Because you both are...."were" trainers at Chris Benoit. When I enter the ring, there is no better wrestler in this industry than Chris Jericho. So Cena, I am sure you will come with everything you have, and if you can roll into the ring before I can. If I can't get in the ring in time, I might just be counted out. You might celebrate after it, like you won the world title, right then and there. You just might do something that makes me snap; make me use a weapon, so I get DQed, and once you recover from the injuries I give you. Then you might do a victory dance when no one is looking. But ask yourselves one thing, I know deep down that is something Cena wants. In quite a few tries, John Cena has not been able to gain any type of victory over me. I know that this is something that bugs you; it keeps you awake at night. It's something that haunts you, you want it, and you NEED IT! Because you know that you have tried everything there is to do, and even with that...you haven't come even close to beating me. I know at Survival of the Fittest, that you will take a win any way you can get it. Whether it's by having Krusty trying to fool me that my wife, and child might be hurt. I will say something Cena, I doubt that would work twice. But let's say you did something like that, and got a count out, or a DQ. You can come out the next Shockwave, and proclaim how great you are, and how you beat me. But let me tell you something, will anyone believe you? In fact, will you believe yourself Cena. I doubt it, because I have a feeling that beating me is bugging you so much, that any other way than pinning me, or making me tap out is worthless to you. It doesn't prove that you are any better; it just proves that you couldn't get the job done. So you will do all you can to make that happen, but Cena...you are going to learn something that you probably already know, that no matter what you do...you just can't beat me legit. As a performer period, you can't match me now, or at any point in my career. You will never come close to the things that I have done in my career. Sure, in the EMF, John Cena does have more titles than I do. But you will never make history like the Other World did. So you think you are going to just beat me straight out without a struggle Cena, then you are sadly mistaken. You better bring every damn trick you got ass clown, because that is what it's going to take to defeat me. Even then, you cannot say that you defeated me clean, and it will remain a hollow, tainted victory.
(Jericho turns to Amy, who is now sitting down in a chair to film this)
.::"Y2J" Chris Jericho::.-You see Cena; I know that while you think that Survival of the Fittest is your PPV. But Cena, whether you truly are the King of Survival of the Fittest, or not. You will realize during the match that you are playing the Other World's game. You see Cena, while you did win at Survival of the Fittest in an elimination match, much like this one that you and your team will face my team in. There is one detail in that match that the Elimination Chamber did not have...and that is that I was not in it. Oh yeah jerky, I was no where near that match. Where was I? Well I wouldn't expect you to remember, because I was at that Pay Per View. Remember, I was the guy who beat the hell out of you after you tried to pull Amy off of Jackie? You remember that now? I wouldn't expect you would, because I beat the hell out of you. Had I been in that match, you would have learned a year early exactly what the game of the Other World is. The game of the Other World is...survival. That's right Cena, its survival. Something that you really think that you specialize in. Well, really...Cena just because you were able to survive one match last year, does not mean you are some master of surviving situations in professional wrestling. When you do it your entire career, and not just one time, then call me junior. Until then, you have no clue what it means to survive. Sure, you can get lucky, but how long until your luck runs out? My guess for Cena, and his "team" their luck runs out at Survival of the Fittest 2006. So Cena, you're a master at survival? That is hardly the case at all, while the Other World has been surviving since day one. In our RWA days, Amy and I were in a stable known as the "Corporate Hitmen". It was called that, because that's exactly what we were...hitmen for the boss of that company, Mr. Right. Amy had another connection with the stable, which would why our paths would cross...again...um....anyways. The Corporate Hitmen was only one stable out of many stables. They were all fighting to prove that they were the very best stable in the RWA-WCW, when it all ended...that very stable war would be the end of the RWA-WCW itself. Walking from that war was the only true survivors of it, myself and Amy. We both got through it together, ending the career of the legendary Godfather before we walked from what was left of the RWA-WCW. We were then picked up by the RWA-WWF, where after a time...the RWA closed. Now Amy and I could have called it a career, but we decided that we were not quite done here in professional wrestling. With the RWA history, we couldn't exactly get back into professional wrestling by joining another federation. You see, for those who don't know by now...in our alternate reality, the RWA was wrestling. Once it died, so did wrestling. So Amy and I got together and made a plan to invade the EMF. We put our money together, and we sent Tazz as our spy to figure out the workings of the EMF. Once the time was right, Amy and I became travelers of the Other World. We invaded the Extreme Measures Federation, we were doing something that so many people thought that we couldn't be successful. We could not survive in an environment so far away from our own, among a whole environment of people that hated us. But as you know, we did it...and that was with the whole Extreme Measures Federation against us. Give them credit where credit is due. After we proved that we could survive, the Wasabi World Order took the Other World in. They made us members of their stable, and they helped us get accepted here in the Extreme Measures Federation. So much in fact, Amy and I have been the top faces of the EMF for many years. While they deserve that credit for helping us get excepted by the EMF employees, and fans alike. They had nothing to do with our survival; at that point we had already proved the doubters wrong. From that time on, Amy and I have faced countless challenges from people like Angelus Archer, Jarred Carthallion, Gene Snitsky, Sierra, Prez Mike, Jackie, Randy Orton, Triple H, and many more. Wars that lasted forever, wars that many people would have backed out in the first hard time. But we proved each time that the game of the Other World is survival. You can knock us down, but we will always get up. We do not give up, we will battle you like no other in the history of professional wrestling. And at Survival of the Fittest, July the 30th in front of Amy and my hometown fans. You are going to learn just that, that the Other World's game is survival. From that moment, you are going to thank god that I wasn't in that match last year. Because if I had, John Cena wouldn't have become the star he was today. Because I know that had I been, the survivor of that match would not have been Cena. No it would be me, Y.......2........J. The reason for it is simple; when it comes to big matches there is absolutely no one that is better than the "Highlight of the Night" Chris Jericho. That's exactly what you are going to find out this year at Survival of the Fittest 2006. When I take Cena, and his team down....DOWN TOWN TO CHINA DOWN, BABY!
(Amy stops taping, but we continue with the scene.)
.::King Booker::.-Yes, yes...that's all well and good...but are we done here? I really need to go; the Queen is not going to be pleased.
.::William Regal::.-Wait your majesty; I just wanted to ask the Jericho's one thing. Benoit and myself would like to know when the young princess is due to arrive?
.::Amy Jericho::.-I'm due in September, but how did you hear that we were having a girl?
.::William Regal::.-Oh, just a tidbit that I heard from Benoit. Nothing to worry about, but anyways our business here is done. We'll be off.
.::"Y2J" Chris Jericho::.-Makes sense, alright I'll be seeing you.
(Amy just shrugs her shoulders; they had told Benoit, since he was a friend to the Jericho's what the sex of the child was. So that answer seemed logical, since both William and Booker worked at Chris Benoit's school. King Booker turns around, and leaves the home, as Regal follows behind. Amy puts the camera down, and by accident hits the record button. Jericho and Amy get in an embrace; the camera is pointed directly at them recording all of this. While behind them as Booker is walking away. Rey Mysterio comes from no where off camera, swinging from a rope. Yelling much like Tarzan. He hits into Booker, and drops like he just swung into a wall. Booker and Regal look down at Rey Mysterio's fallen body, and then takes a huge Championship belt off of Rey Mysterio's unconscious body. Booker decides to go off to parade the huge belt around. As Rey Mysterio lay there twitching, Regal follows behind yelling his "All hail King Booker" thing over, and over again. But Jericho and Amy seem oblivious to this as they are too wrapped up in themselves. Amy is the first to say anything.)
.::Amy Jericho::.-I really wish you didn't have to do this, I realize what Cena has done to us both...and has tried to do to our baby, has done to a lot of our friends. But I just wish it didn't have to be like this. But I understand why it has to be...in fact, I wish I could be there along side you when you kick Cena's ass.
.::"Y2J" Chris Jericho::.-Yeah, I know...but you have a more important job.
(Amy smiles, and puts her hands over her baby bump.)
.::Amy Jericho::.-Yes, I know. I can't believe it won't be too much longer before we will be parents. It's almost crazy of how far we have come in more than a year. But I understand I need to stay here, especially this late in my pregnancy. It's probably not a good idea to risk anything, I know Cena...he will try anything, and everything to try to use my pregnancy against us. Believe me, I know this from everything he has done over the past 7 months. From the threats he did, to the whole sending me to Iraq for a maternity leave "vacation", to Christy Hemme dressing up like me to make you think that I had fallen. I wish I could help you in some way, but maybe it's for the best that I just watch the Pay Per View from here. It probably won't help you if you have to worry about me, and that dirty son of bitch Cena will stop at nothing to try to win this match. I'll be cheering you on from the house though, and when you beat the hell out of Cena. Who knows later on when you get home, as much as I would like to be there cheering you on from ring side. I would have absolutely LOVED to be the woman on the team. But I realized since that is not possible in my condition, I know that there is no one more qualified to have on your team than Jackie. I know that for a fact, even though our feud was very painful for me, because how bad I was hurt emotionally. Due to Cena's tricks to get me inside the ring for one more match. I will admit, she showed me in that match why she is the women’s champion. Cena likes to claim that he was the only reason that Jackie was women’s champion of the Extreme Measures Federation. I don't have any doubt that maybe John Cena helped Jackie get noticed, but what John Cena did not do is hand that title to Jackie. She has fought hard to get where she's at, and she has a lot more talent than Cena will probably ever give her credit for...unless he's forced to somehow. Because she has been women’s champion for a year for a reason, and has beaten a good deal of the female roster that we have in the EMF. She is also yet to be pinned at all, so that's saying a lot about her. Our match...I think Jackie's right, that might have been one of the better women’s match in Extreme Measures Federation history. I don't want to gloat or anything, but that is my honest opinion. So I know that if there is anyone that will fill that spot for you...its Jackie. I will say....I am somewhat worried about Jackie going into that match, I know her spirit, and how she feels that she can take on anyone. She showed it to me at Survival of the Fittest 2005, she didn't just want to go through the ranks, and become womens champion. She wanted to beat the greatest names ever, while that is a bit ambitious. I guess you can't blame her for wanting to prove that she had talent. But my worry in this match is that she isn't exactly in the women’s division, she is now up against males. One in which is her bastard of a husband who has tried everything to make sure that she lost the women’s championship. Luckily Cena hasn't figured out how to cover his bases well enough for his plans to work....but he's gotten close. I know he'll do anything, if he has a chance...I don't think he would stop at hurting Jackie. Because for starters, he's an asshole, and if Jackie's injured...he might be able to take the championship off of her that way. I don't want to see that happen, I do want to ask you something Jericho.
.::"Y2J" Chris Jericho::.-Yes?
.::Amy Jericho::.-I wanted to know if you could watch out for Jackie, I know you are going to have to worry about what is going on in the match. But do what you can.
.::"Y2J" Chris Jericho::.-Alright, I'll do my best.
.::Amy Jericho::.-That's all I ask.
(Jericho and Amy start to kiss, but their broken up by Amy's cell phone ringing. They look at it with annoyed looks on their faces; Amy takes it and turns it on.
.::Amy Jericho::.-Hello?....Kris?....This better not be a "your mom" joke....you want to talk to Jericho?...um...ok
(Amy takes the phone, and hands it to Jericho)
.::"Y2J" Chris Jericho::.-Yeah?....you want me to go where?....I didn't know you had a radio show....yeah, I guess this is your hometown too...so where, and when is this?....Oh, that's pretty close, I think it won't be much of a problem....alright I'll see you later
(Jericho takes the phone off his ear, as a loud sound can be heard...obviously knowing Kris Gaffney. He probably yelled for no reason. He shuts off the phone, and looks to Amy.)
.::"Y2J" Chris Jericho::.-Kris wants me to do an interview to hype Survival of the Fittest for the logic area.
.::Amy Jericho::.-Alright, that's alright. As much as I'd like to tag along, I think I'll pass this time.
