(We open the scene at the EMF headquarters in Pheonix, Arizona. We go into the halls, Vice President Amy Jericho is standing drinking some coffee. Not that she was a huge fan of it, it was the only thing keeping her up now a days. She was at a boiling point with stress and amount of work she could do. It seemed that being under Cena's control had gotten to her. But she tried to remain strong, she shakes her head as she is in her own world. Suddenly she turns around, and see's a face that she had not seen in a long time. The face she saw was that of Eric Bischoff. He hadn't been seen for months now. Nobody really knew where he went, only that he stated it was personal on the request for time off. He looked like he hadn't slept in days. His soft gray hair was buzzed off but he had a full beard on his face. Trimmed up of course, but not the typical goatee he normally had, maybe another sign of no time for things. He was however dressed in business suit. Black slacks, silver shirt, black jacket, with a black and silver striped tie. As he walked he noticed Amy and acknowledged her with a look but kept walking. Amy had remembered the problems that Eric had been going through the last time their paths had crossed. He had not allowed her to help, although she wanted to see how he was as this was the first time she saw him in a long time. He was moving away from her, so she obviously had to stop him.)

.::Amy Jericho::.-Wait Eric!

He stopped and turned looking at her..

Eric Bischoff: Yes?

.::Amy Jericho::.-I just wanted to see how you were doing, it's been a long time since I seen you around at all.

Eric Bischoff: Thats a loaded question. I'm okay just got back from Minnesota. It has been a trying last couple of months..

(Amy looked concerned, she didn't know whether or not she should ask. She didn't know if this had anything to do with his divorce, she decided to press on, but to be careful in doing so.)

.::Amy Jericho::.-*sounding concerned* Really? Did something happened?

Eric Bischoff: *he hadn't really talked to anyone about what happened. Only his family and they were few and far between. He tried to sound strong* My mother has been fighting cancer for 3 and a half years and a couple of weeks ago she lost the battle..So I came back here trying to get back to normal, and well thats difficult.

(Amy felt so bad for him, her face showed the sympathy she felt. The world knew Amy Jericho as a strong willed and tough woman, but the people who really knew her knew that she was an emotional woman. The first thing that came to mind was to give a sympathy hug to Eric, which she did. It was only after she wondered how Bischoff was going to take that.)

.::Amy Jericho::.-Probably should have asked first, I'm just so sorry Eric, I can only imagine how that must be...

Eric Bischoff: Its okay. The suffering is over. *he put his arms around her. He missed having someone around that cared. *

.::Amy Jericho::.-Still I can only imagine how that is, and here I was complaining to myself how my life sucks.

Eric Bischoff: Its okay Amy. I miss her, my mom was the strongest person I'd ever had the pleasure of knowing. I'm just glad that the battle is over and she can rest in peace now. I'd been keeping an eye on this place, and you are right, your life pretty much sucks. Having to answer to John Cena.

(Amy nods her head, she felt kind of guilty to change the subject.)

.::Amy Jericho::.-Well...I got myself into that mess, I need get myself out. It was probably foolish, I guess my emotions took over my rational thinking. I feel so horrible that I have to leave Ashley at babysitters, even as horrible as being Cena's glorified slave is....that's the worst part.

Eric Bischoff: Well with everything that is going on with me I could use something to help get my mind off of the bad and on the good.. So if you need someone else to watch Ashley, you can call on Uncle Eric.

.::Amy Jericho::.-I appreciate it Eric, I might take you up on it. Jackie and Maria weren't able to get back home in time recently, and I was stuck with alternatives that I didn't want to use.

Eric Bischoff: Well the offer stands. Don't you worry John Cena will get whats coming to him

(Amy shakes her head, she didn't know what to say to that, she wanted to believe that was how it was going to work.)

.::Amy Jericho::.-Yeah, I know. I wish I was the one to do it, he's put my family and friends through so much. He not only has me slaving for him, but he made me a joke in that ring at Payback...so I hope...I guess people are right. I guess the only way I can get out of situations is when Jericho's here...

Eric Bischoff: Well if you need anything I'm here for you..

.::Amy Jericho::.-Thanks Eric, same here...if you need someone to talk, I'm here too. I know you have had a lot of bad times in your life recently. Like I said, I can only imagine what it's like to go through some of the stuff you have...but...closest thing I have been through as far as a love one passing on is my grandma, which was hard, and my mother in law. I didn't get much of a chance to really get to talk to her as much as I'd like to, but I do know how it effected Jericho...

Eric Bischoff: Its tough.. I'll survive and you will too..I've been away for a couple of months now.. I've got to catch up on some work..Thank you Amy, for just caring.

Eric Bischoff: Yeah I'll be around.. Keep your head up Amy.. I'll see you around..*he patted her on the shoulder before turning and walking away, as we fade away.*
