(We fade into the scene from the Rose Garden in Portland, Oregon. The camera focuses on Amy Dumas in her ring skirt, and low cut top. The camera seems to enjoy zooming on her top, she looks up annoyed. But then her annoyance becomes surprise.)
.::Amy Dumas::.-Couch?
.::Couch::.-The one, and only!
.::Amy Dumas::.-The hell you doing here? When's the last time you been around?
.::Couch::.-Been quite a while, but I'm just here, because I figured it was time for another promo from the Couch, plus I want to see how many people mistake me for Jonathan COACHman.
.::Amy Dumas::.-You certainly said a part of his last name loud....
.::Couch::.-I'm sure it's all coincidence, but my first question. Over the last few years, we have seen you in only a handful of serious matches. In fact the only matches we have seen you in are a lot of diva matches. In fact, we have seen A LOT of you. Anyways, everyone who saw the card saw that you are in a one on one match with Marina, and many people are wondering just why now that you would decide to return to the ring with a diva who is up, and coming here in the Extreme Measures Federation?
.::Amy Dumas::.-I think you answered your own question Couch. Over the past few years, I haven't done too much on my own, I've been in these stupid diva matches, where showing off my body has been way more important than being a wrestler. This is something that bugs me, I think when I walk into the women's locker room, the girls don't see me as Amy Dumas, Lita, or Angelica Boycott anymore. They don't see me as the girl who along with my husband, Chris Jericho who after their federation died invaded the Extreme Measures Federation, and made history be doing it successfully. No, that's not what they see at all Couch, they see Amy Dumas the girl who has been spanked all of Shockwave, they see Amy Dumas, the woman who put everything on the line to face John Cena in a main event of a Pay Per View. A man who despite being a bastard, is a formable male wrestler, but they don't see that I almost beat that bastard. They just see what he did to me in that match, how he used that chance to grope me. Also, they see the woman who was in playboy, something that I didn't want to do, but I was forced to do anyways. They see all of this, and you know it makes me sick, now I'm not saying that these things aren't great things for others. I mean I'm sure there are some divas in the back that would have love to have these before mentioned opportunities that I speak so ill of. But that's never been what I've been about Couch, and it's time to prove to everyone in that crowd, and everyone in that locker room that despite looking damn good for a girl who has been pregnant three times, I've never been just about my looks. So who better to show this to than one of the younger members of the EMF diva locker room than Marina. Marina is someone that has made quite a splash here in the EMF, and over the past year has done some amazing things. Sure she has had her up's, and down's, but she has bounced back, and has quite a few wins to her name. That's something to be proud of, but Marina, despite all that success you still show your youth. You still come in here believing that things are so easy, that you can just stare at a camera for a few moments, and believe that you are going to win a match. It doesn't work like that sweetheart, and I know what you are going to say, that I shouldn't talk. After all, I'm known for what John Cena did to me in, and out of the ring. But that's exactly why I need this match Couch, and why I need to prove myself all over again to everyone, especially you Marina. It's because girls like Marina are this business' future, and when people talk of Amy Dumas, my story is going to be told by people like her. So I want to make sure that when I'm gone, and people talk about the great women's wrestlers, she always remembers this match we have at Shockwave. Now as great as this is sounding Marina, it's not going to be a lesson that is easily learned, oh no. It's going to be a hard, painful lesson. Because even though I'm not even sure if I am every thing that I was years ago. Regardless of that, my mission is to make sure that after this match is over, that your going to say that even if I lost a step or two, that I'm still five steps ahead. That when you step out of that ring, it'll make you want to look back into my past, and realize as good as I was in the ring with you on Shockwave, I was even better in my younger days. While you watch some of my past matches, you'll marvel at how good my opponents that I defeated actually were, and understand what it must have took to do what I have done in the past. Hell, you'll even see me against someone I'm sure you respect quite a great deal in Jackie Gayda. Now I do love her like a little sister, but this has to be said to prove my point. Jackie Gayda even in her prime, and in my meh years didn't get many wins over me, if she got any at all. But first things first, it starts this week on Shockwave. Marina at Shockwave, your about to find out why even though I am very proud to be a Mom, that I'm not quite ready to say that's all I'm going to be. I'm ready to show you, and the world that I still am the Queen of Extreme, and still one of the greatest women wrestlers to step inside of that ring. Be it EMF, RWA, or anywhere I wanted to step in the ring.
.::The Couch::.-Alright, makes sense why you'd want this match, but you gave us some thoughts of what you thought of your opponent Marina, but you didn't quite go in depth of what you think about her. So I want to see if you can go further into depth with what you think of Marina?
.::Amy Dumas::.-Well, Couch, when it comes to Marina, there is a lot of respect there from me, as there will be with any woman that is brave enough to step inside of that ring. It tells you a lot about a person that they are willing to risk life, and limb to just entertain the fans, but it says even more if they know what it means to step inside of that ring through the worse of time, and battle through it. This is something that Marina knows all too well, and she probably has the respect of her peers for it. Sure some of them don't want to admit it, but it's a lot like my good friend Dewey Pond. He's a man who although some people question his win/loss record, they can't question his heart. He's a man that has been here, through the good times, the bad times, and has done everything he could for the EMF. I see a lot of that same type of quality in Marina. Sure she came into the Extreme Measures Federation as a fresh new talent on a win streak, and she got a few title shots that some other girls might not have gotten. Being that I'm the Vice President, I know that she simply was in the right place, the right time, and she happen to start out impressive enough to gain those title shots, and was brought down to Earth by the more prepared champion of that time. But the true measure of Marina's character came not while she was getting those shots, it was what she did after that which truly defined her. A lesser person would have ran out of the EMF the first sign of bad times, you didn't Marina, and you are still here. You got my respect for that Marina, but Marina that respect can go all so far. When you faced Mickie James for those title shots, she showed that you were too young for those shots, and sent you packing right into a losing streak, where you couldn't buy a win. It'll be just like that when you face me, because even though I am no women's champion, you block my path to try to gain a shred of my dignity back, and if I have to send you to the hell that Mickie sent you through to do it, then that's what must be done. And I personally didn't like what Mickie has done to you, me, and my friends. But aside from that there is one thing I know about your former opponent Marina that we have in common. I know she and I have a lot of experience in this profession, experience that women such as Marina doesn't have, and experience that is going to spell Marina's downfall. Marina, I don't want you to get confused, this doesn't mean I wasn't being truthful when I said there isn't a level of respect that I have for you. But when that bell rings, there is something you need to learn Marina, and that's what a competitor means. It means that all that respect stuff when that bell rings, it goes right out the window. Sure, I will definitely will defeat you within the rules, but that doesn't mean I won't do everything, and everything it takes to beat you. Marina, you have villanized others in the past for doing what I speak of, taking a holy than thou approach, and some points you might have been right. But the amount of times you have used that excuse is where your youthfulness has been exposed. You view what happens in that ring with rose color glasses, and everything that doesn't fit that description is automatically evil, but it takes someone like me to know the difference. Such as if you think your going to try to give me a hug randomly in the middle of the match, you can bet your ass your fate will be reversed right down into the mat for the three count. Marina, you got a lot to learn in this business, and even though I have respect for you, that doesn't mean that I won't step inside of that ring, and expose your flaws to the world, before I defeat you for the 1............2..........3!
.::the Couch::.-Marina has already cut a promo against you, if you have seen it, I'd like to get your thoughts about it?
.::Amy Dumas::.-I have Couch, and really she just proved everything that I have said here. That even though she has done some impressive things here in the EMF, she still has a lot to learn. The first thing is of course is that while I might be the Queen of Extreme, she clearly is the Queen of Monologing. It makes me wish for Jarred Carthallion to continue his return that he made a few months ago, just so I could introduce him, and Marina. After all think of the children, every conversation they had would be monologged, while describing to you how green the grass is, even though there is no grass, because you are inside, and even you weren't inside. It's dark outside, so you couldn't see it, and if you disagree with me, I will send you on a LEGENDARY BOATTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTT!!! Marina, what I caught from your monolog is that you want to impress people, well I got an idea, how about coming to the arena for a little bit more than a few minutes. You are like that kid who is in a class, and then all of a sudden realizes that "oh shit, the big test is today, and I haven't studied one bit". That seems to be like every match with you Marina, and just like that kid, you are good at bullshitting your way to some victories. But there are some tests that you won't be able to bullshit your way through, you either know, or don't know, and that's what you face Marina. You face the one test, the one person you can't bullshit your way through. I seen tons of people with talent like you come, and go. They might not have had the heart you do when it comes to sticking with your dream, but other than that, they were exactly like you. You wonder why people think that your a "wanna be diva" as you put it. Well if you think about it, it's easy to see why they say that, because other than your heart which keeps you going, you are exactly like those wannabe diva's that ran away cowardly from the EMF. You simply don't want to put the work in that's necessary to be the champion that you want to be. I don't mean to be a bitch about it, but that's the way it is. You got to take this business a bit more seriously, and that's where I think a match with myself can help you Marina. Because when it comes to women's wrestling, no one has seen more than me when it comes into that ring. I've been in TLC matches, I've been in table matches, I've faced men, I've beaten men, I've even challenged to a world title contendership. In short Marina, I've done it all, and even though there is a lot to like about you. The fact that you play nicey, nice kind of makes me sick. I don't know if even my little girl Ashley, who is the sweetest little girl ever would be like you if she ever became a wrestler. You will do things to try to make the fans happy, only if you got their permission. What Marina? Do we have to have each fan sign a permission slip or something? I'm not getting what you want here, I know Ashley's starting school here soon, so this is something I'm going to have to get use to, but really...your a grown woman. I would hope that your done with those days where you need parental permission...or is it fan permission to do anything? And you know what it shows about you Marina, it's the thing that you lack. It's why you are who you are right now, it's because you lack a killer instinct, that thing that will always give you the edge over any opponent, the thing that allows us to put away an opponent that simply won't go down. The good news is that it's something that can grow within you with time. But the bad news is that it doesn't just show up, it only shows up when you are truly tested in that ring, and find out what it takes to be one of the greats. Marina, Saturday Shockwave, I'm going to show you what it takes to be in this business, not only to prove that I was great in the past, that I am still as good as I ever was, and if that means beating the holy hell out of someone I kind of like as a person, well so be it. Now if you excuse me Couch, I'd like to stretch without your pervy camera man looking down my top.
(The camera zooms in anyways at Amy's huge breasts as she looks annoyed as we fade out with that.)
Will Amy still have what it takes to be a diva here in the EMF? Will the fans ever take her seriously? Will she get naked in this match too! (note: one can only hope) Soon we will find out these answers....
