When NWE comes back from a commercial the scene fades to outside the Staple Center in Los Angeles California, the site of tonight’s NWE Event. As JR and The King’s Voice is heard in the background

||Jim Ross||: Welcome back fans we are live tonight for this special NWE live event inside the Staples Center in Los Angeles. I’m good Ole JT sitting along side Jerry “The King” Lawler and what an event we have lined up for the fans tonight

||The King||: You ain’t kidding JR, not only only will the new NWE World Champion Shane Douglas be in action tonight but also The New Women’s Champion Stephanie Mcmahon and as well as Diamond Dallas Page.

The scene then fades to the parking lot area of the area where a Long Black Limo is seen pulling into the arena.

||Jim Ross||: Here comes a long black limo arriving to the arena King, I wonder who this could be

||The King|| : It’s probably one of those Playboy Swimsuit models coming here to pick me up after the show.

||Jim Ross:|| : Oh Gimmie a Break.

As The Long Black Limo stops. The Limo Driver quickly gets out of the limo and walks out and opens the other side of the door. When he opens the door a familiar figure steps out of the limo wearing cowboy boots. The Fans inside the arena go crazy when the Cameraman reveals who it is…It’s Shawn Michaels.

||Jim Ross:|| : OMG, It’s Shawn Michaels, It’s Shawn Michaels King, What Is Shawn Michaels doing here?

||The King||: I don’t know JR, Your guess is as good as mine, he’s not even sign to a contract to the NWE is he?

||Jim Ross:||: Well to the best of my knowledge I don’t think he is?

As Shawn Michaels steps out of the limo wearing his “HBK” Black T-shirt and Blue Jeans he smile and waves at the fans who are outside the arena, still waiting to get in, as they are shouting and started chants of “HBK”. Shawn Michaels then proceeds to walk and make his way inside of the arena as the scene fades back to JR and The King inside the arena sitting at the announce table.

||Jim Ross:||: Business sure has picked up in a Big way King, Shawn Michaels is here in the building? But main question here is why is he here? Has he signed a contract with NWE? Or What?

||The King||: I don’t Know JR, but I do know one thing , that whenever HBK is around big things happens, So who knows why he is here tonight, but whatever that reason is you, be sure it’s a good one

The Scene then fades back to the backstage area where Shawn Michael is seen sitting down on the leather couch in his dressing room drinking a cup of coffee and is watching a video tape he has put in the VCR of The Elimination Chamber Match for the IC Title last week on RAW. In particular he’s looking at particular part of the match when Scott Hall and Triple H are beating the crap out of each other. Shawn just shakes his head in disappointment and begins to rewind the tape again back to the part where Scott Hall and Triple H are fighting when there is suddenly a knock on his dressing room door.

HBK pauses the tape and puts the remote on a nearby table. He gets up from the sofa and answers the door. When he opens the door he sees standing outside some guy wearing in NWE T-shirt who is a member from the NWE Production Truck crew who goes by the name of Carl.

||Carl|| Excuse Mr. Michaels, I’m sorry to bother you

||Shawn Michaels||: It’s quite alright, now is there anything I can help you with?

||Carl||: Well Eric Bischoff just sent me in here a few minutes ago to tell you that he wants to see you in his office right away

||Shawn Michaels||: Really? Eric Bischoff wants to see me? Why in the world would he want to see me ?

||Carl||: I have no idea, he just sent me in here to tell you to come to his office

||Shawn Michaels||: Alright, You tell Eric Bischoff HBK is on his way.

Carl then leaves HBK’s dressing room as Shawn looks back at Carl and then begins thinking on why Eric Bischoff would want to see him/

The Scene then fades to Eric Bischoff’s office where Eric Bischoff is seen on his cell phone pacing back and fourth, with a big smile on his face as he is talking to someone on the phone.

||Eric Bischoff||- Yeah whatever you want man, But can you just picture the Huge Ratings and money thanks to me if you were to sign a contract with the N.W.E…And to think it will be all thanks to the great mind of me..Eric Bischoff….. But yeah you name it, whatever you want you got just as long as you sign on the N.W.E dotted line…..

As Eric Bischoff is still talking on the phone trying to wrap up signing a new wrestler to a N.W.E Contract suddenly there is a knock on the door. Eric doesn’t pay attention to the door as he is still talking on the phone. Suddenly the door just opens and Shawn Michaels who really doesn’t want anything to do with Eric Bischoff let alone be in his office walks inside of Eric Bischoff’s office. HBK , stands right in front of Eric as he finally notices Shawn Michaels is in his office and continues to talk on the phone Eric Bischoff- Yeah, but hey listen I’ll call you back.. Just remember what I said…You take care!

Bischoff then hangs up the phone and then looks at HBK with a big grin on his face.

||Eric Bischoff||: Shawn Michaels, “The Heart Break Kid” it is so good to finally see you my friend

Bischoff extends his hand out for Shawn to shake it but Shawn just looks at Eric’s hand and back at Eric and reluctantly shakes his hand

||Shawn Michaels||: You said you wanted to see me?

||Eric Bischoff||: Yes, you are just the man I wanted to see... I would just like to say it’s so good to finally see you come to your senses and finally decide to sign here in the N.W.E…Ever since I use to run WCW back in the day you were always one wrestler I desperately tried to sign to a contract, but I guess because of loyalty with WWE and The Mcmahon’s that didn’t happen but I had a feeling it was only a matter of time before you did sign because that multidollar contract I offered you...Oh man.. I Eric Bischoff have done it again.. They should have….

Shawn Michaels then cuts him off

||Shawn Michaels||: Hold on there a second Eric, don’t go flattering yourself so quickly, ok yes I have officially signed on with the N.W.E but it has nothing to do with the offer you have given me. Quite frankly, you are the last person in this business I would want to work for which is why I never signed a contract with you in WCW.

Eric Bischoff’s smile quickly fades away from his face and starts to look a bit of upset.

||Eric Bischoff||: Oh Really? Ok, then what does bring you here to the NWE then Shawn, if it wasn’t that contract I offered you. Then why the in the hell are you in MY building? Because technically if you didn’t sign that contract you are not suppose to be here.

||Shawn Michaels||: Have you conveniently forgotten that you are not the only owner of this company that can offer me a contract. It just so happens Eric that I signed a contract with Shane Mcmahon who had a lot more to offer than you did.

||Eric Bischoff||: Oh yeah, what did Shane offer you in his contract, that I couldn’t offer you in mine. What are you doing here tonight anyways? You are not even schedule to be here?

||Shawn Michaels||: Well for one in addition to the X amount of dollars that Shane offered me on that contract he also said I could come out here and speak my mind so to speak about some family business.

||Eric Bischoff||: Family Business? What the hell are you talking about?

||Shawn Michaels||: Not that it’s any of your business Eric but you will find out in a moment when I go out into the ring.

||Eric Bischoff||: Well I don’t care what Shane offered you on his contract, you are not going out into that ring tonight

||Shawn Michaels||: Oh really and why would that be Eric?

||Eric Bischoff||: Because I have a better idea, instead of going out to that ring tonight and not getting as Big of Ratings due to you putting all the fans to sleep about your so called family, You are going to be doing a sit-down one on one interview with Mark Llyod about how you were at one time one of the greatest wrestlers to ever step inside the square circled, everything from the Montreal Screw Job, to losing your smile, to getting beat up by 5 gang members outside a NYC Nightclub, and that equals ratings,. Yeah that’s what I have planned for you next week so you are not needed here tonight.

Shawn looks at Eric and walks up closer to him and gets in his face

||Shawn Michaels||: Ok, First of all I have no problem talking about my storybook career. I’ve done it all I was and still am the Showstoppa, but I have a HUGE problem of you or anyone else for that matter telling me anything. Because HBK lays down for absolutely nobody.

||Eric Bischoff||: Ok Listen Shawn, weather you sign a contract with me or Shane it doesn’t matter, as long as I am co-owner of this company you still work for me and you and everyone else have to follow what I have to say. Do you really want to be fired before you even have your first match here. Do you really want to do that to your fans? Ok Shawn you have two choices, you can either go out there to that ring and defy me and suffer the consequences or you can do things the easy way and do What I say. So it’s either my way or the highway, what’s it going to be Shawn?

HBK scratches his head for a moment to think about it

||Shawn Michaels||: Well since you put it that way Eric, if HBK was to decide to ever take your way or the Highway, You can rest assure that HBK will always take……..The Highway.

HBK then just stares at Eric Bischoff smiling at him and begins to walk to the door to leave Bischoff’s office

||Eric Bischoff||: If You walk through that door and go to that ring, Your History do you hear me, your finished with this Company before you get started.

Shawn looks back at Eric and waves at him as he opens the door and walks out of Bischoff’s locker room and slams the door behind him.

Bischoff has an upset expression on his face as he sees Shawn completely defying his orders. But suddenly a devilish smirk appears on Eric’s face as he seems to have an idea in his head.

The Scene fades to the outside where Shawn Michaels is seen walking up the hall making his way towards the ring

||Jim Ross||: Oh it seems business is about to pick up King, because it seems Shawn Michaels is heading our way

||The King|| : : You ain’t kidding JR, man Shawn really laid it into Bischoff just now, don’t know if that was too smart on his part

||Jim Ross||: Well we got to take a quick commercial break we will be right back.

When NWE comes back from a commercial break the scene fades back inside the arena in the Staples Center in Los Angeles when suddenly “ I’m just a sexy Boy” begins playing over the PA System and the fans inside the arena are going wild as Shawn Michaels appears and starts making his way down to the ring.

||Jim Ross||: Oh, will you listen to this ovation to the Heart Break Kid. It is absolutely deafening in here.

||The King|| : Well I think it’s safe to say that Los Angeles loves HBK

Shawn Michaels climbs inside the ring and does his sexy pose in the middle of the ring with the fireworks going off in the background. Shawn then walks to the end of the ring and grabs a mic from Lillian Garcia and makes his way to the middle of the ring to speak as his music fades and the fans still cheering.

||Shawn Michaels||: OH, MY just when thought it was safe to turn it back on the old rasslin Show, look whose back in town, the boy who was a rebel before being rebel was cool the HEART BREAK KID SHAWN MICHAELS!!!!!!!!!! . Now it seems that the million dollar question that seems to be on everyone’s mind why is “The Showstoppa” here in the N.W.E? You see the answer to that question is quite simple, The Heartbreak Kid is back here in the N.W.E for two reasons and two reasons only. The First being is to rise to top here in the N.W.E, proving why I am The Showstoppa, The Main Event, and the Icon, by become the N.W.E World Heavyweight Champion but that will actually be second on my agenda. The main purpose why “The Heart Break Kid” is here in the N.W.E is because…well…I’m here on some Family business you could say and I haven’t realized that was really important until ever since I’ve been watching N.W.E programming in particular Two weeks ago on RAW and the Elimination Chamber match for the Intercontinental Title, something that really bothers me and breaks my heart to see. Now in this match I see among the six wrestlers in this match two of my old Kilq buddies Scott Hall and Triple H trying to beat the crap out of each other in that Chamber at least for a while and just for what? Just so one of them can be called the IC Champion. But the point I’m trying to get across here is this, before there was DX, before there was the nWo , there was The Kliq! What has happened to that Family? What has happened, to the guys I use to know which included myself, Triple H, Scott Hall, as well as Kevin Nash and X-Pac, that use to travel up and down the roads together, that would train together and when we would go out on town, get drunk after an event and help each other to their hotel room late at night? It seems to me from watching that Chamber Match between Scott and Hunter that the family is no longer family anymore which brings in why HBK is here in NWE. Because I have a proposition , for both you guys and it’s you guys stop acting like a couple of babies, and iron out whatever differences you guys have towards each other right now and come join HBK, and lets reform the most controversial group that took this business by storm at one time and reform The Kliq! Because lets face it you guys need me a heck of a lot more than I need you. I mean Triple H let’s take a look at you, you come out here every week, and flex your pecks, and for what? Just to show how built you are. What has happened to the that me and the rest of the fans use to know you as, when you would come out here and would either end up laying out someone out with sledgehammer shots?. You see Hunter, buddy, the very reason you didn’t win the IC Champion inside that Elimination Chamber on RAW couple weeks ago is because you are not that same, vicious, ass-kicking cerebral assassin we use to know, that was why you need to come back home to The Kliq where you belong and find that extra light of fire that made you what many called the best in the business. Now as for my of Kliq brother , Scott Hall, you are definitely looking good right now with that IC Title around your waste no question about it, but I can assure you, without the family watching your back, you will have a big target on your chest and you will not have that title for very long. So think about it if you really want to keep that piece of gold that I made famous around your waste for the long term then this should be beneficiary to you. So Hunter & Scott , guys come back home to the Kliq and make the Best decision of your life….or you can make the LAST decision of your life.

||Jim Ross||: : Man, that sounds like a heavy threat Shawn was just issuing Triple H and Scott Hall

||The King|| : Threat? Sounded more like a promise to me.

HBK then drops the mic as the fans are giving him a now mix reaction after those comments. Shawn now starts to do his sexy dance around the ring again. HBK then spots a fan holding a sign that says “Kliq Reunion”. Shawn climbs out of the ring and grabs the sign from the fan and goes towards the Camera holding up the sign and giving the Kliq sign with his other hand and begins to shout “Come on Home Guys” into the camera as HBK hands the sign back to the fan and begins to walk back up the ramp

||Jim Ross||: Shawn Michaels is back and in what an impact, he says he’s here to become the N.W.E World Champion as well as to bring the family back together, in terms of The Kliq

||The King|| : Yeah he saying to both Triple H and Scott Hall they are both either with him or against him.

Shawn Michaels is now seen at the top of the ramp posing at the top of the ramp for the fans one last time before as they cheer and then proceeds to walk back behind the curtains back towards the backstage area. As Shawn is walking backstage towards the hall walking back to his locker room he suddenly hears a familiar voice yelling out his name.

Voice: Shawn Michaels “The Heart Break Kid”

Shawn turns around to see who it is and when turns around he sees no one other than Stephanie Mcmahon standing behind him with the NWE Women’s Championship over her shoulders and begins to walk over to HBK as Shawn smiles at Stephanie

||Shawn Michaels||: Stephanie, why am I not surprised?

||Stephanie McMahon||:(Evil Glare) Ha, you know I knew it was only a matter of time before you decided to show up here in NWE. I know that ego of yours wouldn’t keep you away from the spotlight for too long.

||Shawn Michaels||: You know Stephanie I have question for you, instead of being here bugging me why aren’t you off somewhere trying to inflate those two balloons on your chest? I mean that is what you do best isn’t it?

Stephanie’s eyes begins to get wide and her mouth drops open

||Stephanie McMahon||: Funny Shawn.. very funny.. you know why dont you TRY respect people higher then you and [looks at him and laughs] better then you for that matter.. and speaking of doing other things shouldnt YOU be off winning that title you wa [pauses] OH wait.. thats right.. you dont have a title match.. guess your not good enough [smirks at him and folds her arms]

||Shawn Michaels||: Yeah considering that it is my first night here i wouldn;t have a title shot, now would I Steph? But yeah I see you are the ehh (looks over at Steph's shoulder holding the Belt) Women's Champ, which is quite an accomplishment in itself, i'm just wondering how many of the co-owners were you able to get in bed with to get that title.

||Stephanie McMahon||:[rolls her eyes] Ahh Shawn its just called being the best which i know you dont know a hell of a lot about. [flings her womens title over her shoulder and smiles] But hey.. dont feel bad .. every federation has a hasbeen and you Shawn are the one for the NWE.. you dont think my father knows that .. your going to have to BEG for a title shot [laughs]

||Shawn Michaels||: (laughs) Oh is that right Steph, well you may be right about one thing, yes I haven't step inside a ring in several years and i know better than anybody that I'm not the Showstopa anymore, but i'm still one of the greatest in this business and I will get my shot sooner than you think, but once I get The Kliq back together I will show u and everybody else why i am the main event

||Stephanie McMahon||: Whoa Whoa.. The Kliq.. your actually thinking of forming that again?

Voice: Not if I have anything to do with it

Suddenly both Stephanie and Shawn turn around and see Eric Bischoff standing down the hall with six security guards surrounding him and begins to point in Shawn Michaels direction.

||Eric Bischoff||: There he is gentlemen ,go do your job.

The Six Security Guards start to walk up the Shawn Michaels, but Shawn takes a backstep and looks in Bischoff’s direction

||Eric Bischoff||: Do you want to know what’s going on Shawn?...I’ll tell you, As a Co-owner you dare try to defy me by going against my orders by going to the ring tonight. You see I’m going to show you when you decide to take the Highway over my way Shawn . When Eric Bischoff tells you to do something you do it or you suffer the consequences. Now Since you dare want to disobey my authority, I don’t see it fit to have a rebellious employee in my building so I took the liberty of getting 6 of LA’s finest to escort you out of the building. So gentlemen do your job.

The Security Guards still are walking up to HBK, when Shawn sticks his hand out telling them to stop.

||Shawn Michaels||: Woah, hold on gentlemen, I’ll leave the building…but at least give me enough dignity to leave on my own accord.

The Security Guards all look at each other for a minute and all agreed and step out of HBK’s way making way for him to leave on his own power. Shawn looks back at the security and begins to walk up the hall to exit the building. As Shawn is walking he walks up right to Bischoff and just stares coldly at him for a moment as Bischoff just stares back grinning at him. HBK then begins mumbling something to himself and turns back around and begins walking back up the hall with Security falling not far behind. As Stephanie and Eric both look at each other both begin laughing. Eric then begins to walk back down the hall to his office as Stephanie looks really impressed at what just happened as the scene fades.
