Jennifer Krug is a woman
who has not had an easy time of things over the past eight years of her life.
She has been married a total of three times, divorced two times and is about to
be for a third time. We have already met her second and third husband, but what
about her third husband? The one she married at the tender age of eighteen and
was only married to for a few years. His name was Luis Esposito and he dealt
with some very shady business. He was arrested and sent to prison, this broke
Jennifer's heart and she soon fell into a relationship with Seth VanZant. The
rest, my friends, is all common knowledge now. On this date, Jennifer is reminiscing
in her mind about her past with Luis, a past that if she could back
into and live again, she would. Her feelings for him have never diminished in
fact with each passing day they have grown stronger, it has gotten to the point
that everyday without the man has been pure Hell. A day doesn't go by that
Jennifer does not take some time for herself and cry, really cry, for the man
that is no longer in her life.
Today is going to however
change all that. In just a few moments, Jennifer is going to receive a call; a
call that is going to change the course of her life for good. Now let's focus on
the main character of our story, Miss Jennifer Krug. She is upstairs in her
bedroom bathroom after having just gotten out of the shower. Her hair is still
dripping wet as she takes a hand and wipes it across the steamed up mirror. She
has on a red, silk, robe which is tied shut at the waist. She takes a ivory
terry cloth bath towel and leans over, she wraps her hair up in the towel and
sighs. She stretches her arms up and then claps her hands together, sighing as
she makes her way out of the bathroom. Something however is out of the ordinary.
Her bedroom window is open, yet is was closed before her shower. Jennifer walks
over to it as a strong breeze blows into the bedroom, disrupting various things.
Jennifer has a bad feeling that has settled at the pit of her stomach. Thank God
that the kids are with her good friend Dawn Foxworth this evening. Jennifer
tries to brush off the thoughts of uneasiness as she walks downstairs to the
sitting room of her home. The lights are out so Jennifer picks up a lighter and
begins to light candles. Her eyes focus on the outline of a body sitting in one
of her chairs. She becomes extremely terrified as she starts breathing hard.
Jennifer: Who are you!? Show yourself
to me now!
Voice: Now, now, no need
to get this upset.
Jennifer: Luis....oh my god this
can't be you...
She flips her hand to a light switch, lighting up the whole room. It is Luis, her
beloved Luis. Tears of shock comes to her eyes as he stands up, managing a
smile.
Luis: It is none other...My God you
look beautiful, more beautiful then I remember.
Jennifer: What are you doing here?
You're supposed to be in prison.
Luis: I guess good parole goes a long
way because I'm out now. I have come back here to reclaim what is mine and that
is my wife.
Jennifer: What do you mean? We're
divorced, I remember signing the papers. Then I had my lawyer send them to you.
Luis: That's just it, I never signed
them.
Jennifer gives him an extremely weird look as she folds her arms across her
chest.
Jennifer: I am extremely confused,
would you please care to explain this all to me?
Jennifer takes a seat on the coffee table and looks up at him. He starts pacing
back and forth, trying to get the right words to tell Jennifer the truth. He
then stops and looks at her.
Luis: It's simple, when I got the
papers, I refused to sign them.
Jennifer: This still makes no sense
to me Luis, none at all. If you didn't sign them, my lawyer would have contacted
me and told me that you never signed the papers.
Luis: Not necessarily Jenny. Not if
I asked him not too.
Jennifer: You are making no sense to
me what so ever. I think all this time in prison has messed with your mind. You
aren't thinking clearly.
Luis: ~smirking~
No I am thinking extremely clearly.
You are still my wife and I am here because I want you to come and take that
place in my life.
Jennifer: Luis you still aren't
making much sense.
Luis: When have I ever really made
sense?
Jennifer: Point taken, this is all a
lot to handle. I have been married twice since you...So this means that I was
never really married to Danny or Seth. Is that what you are telling me that all
this time I have been married to you?
Luis: Yes I suppose it is. I know
this is a lot to handle but I want you to know that after all these years I have
dreamed about the moment I would get you back in my life after I got out of that
hell hole. I love you more then any man could possibly love you and that even
goes for those two poor excuses for men that you thought you were married to. I
know all about Seth Van Zant and Daniel Di'Mera, two of the lowest human being
ever to step foot on the face of this planet.
Jennifer: Well I can't disagree there
but I have two children with them Luis. Two daughters. Aubrey Peyton and Natalie
Jaymes.
Luis: I always knew you would make a
good mother. How old are they?
Jennifer: Natalie is almost seven
months and Aubrey is about five. They're wonderful children. So...what are we
going to do? Do you have a plan as to how things are going to be? Luis I am
letting you know right now that I am not going to come back to you if you are
still involved in all of that shady business you were before. Before it was okay
because it was just you and I but now I have kids to think about Luis, two
children both under the age of six.
Luis: Don't worry Jenn I am legit
now, I promise. I bought myself a casino in Vegas and it is running smoothly.
With the way I am running things we aren't even going to have to live in Vegas.
Jennifer looks at him as he puts on his most loving smile. Our scene shifts to a
few days later in a Las Vegas Penthouse. Jennifer and Luis have been in Las
Vegas for two days where he has been getting to know the girls and loving every
minute of it with them. Aubrey and Luis have taken to each other and Natalie
couldn't be more fond of her stepfather. The time of day is now evening, the
girls have been put to bed and it is time for Luis and Jennifer to talk about
how things are going to be from now on. Jennifer walks downstairs to the open
sitting room as Luis is fixing himself a drink. Jennifer smiles and sighs a bit
as Luis turns to meet her eyes.
Luis: They asleep?
Jennifer: Yep like little angels. I
had to read Aubrey a bedtime story but toward the middle of it she was out like
a light.
Luis: She's a gem. You have two
beautiful daughters Jenn.
Jennifer:
~smiling~ Do you mean that?
Luis: Yep, they are perfect, just
like their mom.
Jennifer: That means a lot, you
saying that Luis. I really do appreciate it. So now that the kids are in bed I
think we need to talk.

Luis nods and takes a seat on the couch. Jennifer walks over and takes a seat
beside him, sitting so that her legs are rested on the couch. Luis casually
moves a hand down so it is resting on her knee. He looks at his wife and smiles
as she rests a hand over his. The both sit against the back of the couch comfortably, knowing that they are going to have to discuss their future.
Jennifer: Well what are we going to
do? I mean as you know I have a career in wrestling. I travel anywhere from once
a week to every couple of weeks. Do you think you are going to be able to deal
with that?
Luis: I am gonna have to,
I mean I love you and you're my wife. We're going to have to do what we're gonna
have to do to make this work between us. That is if you want it to work out.
Jennifer: Luis of course I do, you're
my husband and I love you. ~smiling~ It
sounds really good saying that. However there is something that you have to know
about Seth.
Luis: Yeah what about him?
Jennifer: He is a...Gosh I don't even
know how to put this. Seth is a man that can get very physical. Believe me I
know from experience.
Luis:
~becoming concerned~ Jenn he hasn't
hurt you in anyway has he? If he has I'll kil...
Jennifer: Yes and no but I don't want
you getting involved with him.
Luis: All right but if he bothers you
now in anyway shape or form, my boys and I are going to kick his ass and serve
it to his mother on a silver platter.
Jennifer sighs and leans in. She kisses Luis on the lips and he returns it. He
brings his hands to her cheeks and gently caresses them. The two begin to get
even deeper into their kisses as our scene fades out.
