***We got a really nice letter from Tim in August regarding Kevin's appearance at FanFest in Totowa, NJ. He gave us permission to use it on the site as we thought the rest of the fans might be interested in it. :-) Thanks Tim!
I went to FanFest this past weekend in Totowa, NJ and met Kevin Von Erich. He said he hasn't wrestled since 1994. He breeds and sells cattle now on his ranch in Texas. He said the grief he had when his brothers died, doesn't get any better, and that he misses them just as much today. He was a very nice man and a real class act. I would just like to add that Kevin said he now lives in Texas and also sells real estate. He was a really great guy.***

Though Kevin doesn't wrestle anymore, on occasion he does do appearances so we decided that we'd post them as we find out about them. If you know of an appearance that Kevin will be doing, send it in to us and let us know! :~)
August 23rd - FAN SLAM (The Wrestling Fan Festival) @ the Holiday Inn on Route 46 West in Totowa, NJ.

This event will be an all-day affair that begins at 11 A.M. through 4 P.M.
The event will consist of several different events, including an Autograph/Polaroid session with the superstars attending the event, a live question and answer session where you can ask the superstars questions, wrestling dealers from all over the United States selling their merchandise, an auction where you can bid on some of the guest superstar's old wrestling attire, and much more!
FAN SLAM! THE WRESTLING FAN FESTIVAL: There will be different wrestling dealers from all over the United States selling their wrestling merchandise, along with the stars signing autograph pictures and taking Polaroid photos with the fans.
FAN SLAM! QUESTION AND ANSWER SESSION: Ask the guests appearing well....anything you'd like to know. Bill Apter will be on the panel and taking the fans questions for the guest.
FAN SLAM! AUCTION: The guests appearing will be auctioning off items from their personal collection (i.e., robes, tights, etc.). If you attend the event, you will have a chance to win a piece of wrestling history!

GENERAL ADMISSION $8.00 at the door $5.00 in advance.

GOLDEN ADMISSION $20.00 at the door $15.00 in advance

Polaroid Photos of the Superstars Appearing: $10.00 each
FAN SLAM! SUPER TICKET-$75.00: This includes free admission to both the convention and Question and Answer Session, plus autograph and Polaroid photo's of ALL OF THE GUEST APPEARING THERE THAT DAY.
