Forward ~ The End is Near!

The backlash from Wrestlemania is over... Now we look on to the place where one individual’s fate lies... where one individual’s end lies... it will be the survival of the fittest... many will fall... but one will survive. The end draws near... the time when all shall be punished... the time when all shall be forgotten... and the time that all shall be... NEXT!!! JUDGMENT DAY IS COMING...

Scene 1 ~ Jericho is NEXT!

The scene opens up at the arena where RAW this Monday Night will take place. Goldberg is seen sitting in his locker room, talking on his cell phone. However it is not clear who exactly Goldberg is talking to.

| ‘Da Man’ Goldberg | “Yeah... I know that... Triple H is nothing, and I will prove that at Judgment Day... Yup... And I am not going to...”

As Goldberg is speaking, a knock is heard at the door, interrupting Da Man.

| ‘Da Man’ Goldberg | “Hey, I got to go. I’ll talk to you later.”

Goldberg turns off his cell phone and sets it on the table. Then he gets up and opens the door. There, standing outside the door, is Coach.

| ‘Cocky Interviewer’ Coach | “Hey, Goldy! I heard you wanted an interview...”

Goldberg steps back to allow Coach to come in. Coach walks in and settles in the leather chair opposite of the leather couch, in which Goldberg sits in.

| ‘Cocky Interviewer’ Coach | “First and foremost, Goldberg, let’s go back to last Monday Night on RAW. You were beaten by Triple H and Trish...”

| ‘Da Man’ Goldberg | “Coach, you still don’t get it do you? I no longer care about wins and losses... cause they prove nothing. Hell, I got pretty much all of my losses from getting screwed. Wins don’t get you title shots... or even titles. There is only one way to get a title... and that is to kill the champion. Yeah, I may have lost again on RAW last Monday Night, but I was once again screwed. But, Triple H, I hope you have a great time with your beautiful wife, Stephanie, and that little title around your waist... cause both will be gone real soon. That’s right, you heard me, Triple H... your life as you currently know it is just a dream... and soon, very soon, Triple H, it will all come crashing down, into one big nightmare.”

| ‘Cocky Interviewer’ Coach | “Very well. But what I was getting at was what happened after the match. Can you spread some insight on what happened?”

| ‘Da Man’ Goldberg | “Ha, ha, ha. Yeah, I’ll tell you exactly what happened. What happened was that I dealt out a little bit of payback that Triple H and Stephanie had coming. I speared, not just Triple H... but I speared both Triple H and Stephanie right to the ground! Did you like that, Hunter? Did you like it later that night when you watched the tape of me spearing your wife straight to hell? Well, get used to it! Triple H, I didn’t want this to become personal... but you made it personal when that little slut interfered at Backlash. And I know Triple H didn’t like it when I went face to face with his little slut and threatened her. I said that every time she walks her ass to the ring with Triple H, she will be NEXT!”

| ‘Cocky Interviewer’ Coach | “Triple H said that he is your opponent... not Stephanie. So why don’t you leave her out of this?”

| ‘Da Man’ Goldberg | “You know, Coach, I would really love to leave her out of this. But I think she needs to leave herself out of this. Each and every night she helps Triple H pick up a win, and I am finally not going to just sit back and watch it happen anymore. Too many people have been screwed by Stephanie... and in more than one way.”

| ‘Cocky Interviewer’ Coach | “Hey, enough of the slut jokes! Stephanie happens to be a very classy lady!”

| ‘Da Man’ Goldberg | “Yeah, whatever. But I think there’s a time and place for Triple H and Stephanie to be together and that time is not in the middle of that ring. So Stephanie, stay away or get knocked away... it’s your choice.”

| ‘Cocky Interviewer’ Coach | “Triple H also said that he’d like to see you beat Chris Jericho tonight... cause he doesn’t think you can. He wants you to prove that you really would have retained the title at Backlash if Triple H wasn’t in the match.”

| ‘Da Man’ Goldberg | “You know, that’s funny because I want Triple H to prove that he can really beat me without interference from Stephanie. But anyway, Triple H, you want me to prove that I can beat Jericho... well, to tell you the truth, I could not care less what you want. But I will still beat Jericho on RAW. Matter of fact, I will demolish him. Why? What did Jericho do to me? Nothing... but every night from now until Judgment Day, I will be picturing my opponent as Triple H. And I will do to them exactly what I will do to Triple H come Judgment Day.”

| ‘Cocky Interviewer’ Coach | “So moving on to the match itself, Jericho has been saying that there is no way in hell that you will beat him... What do you think considering being in one of your longest losing streaks ever... two losses in a row.”

| ‘Da Man’ Goldberg | “Yeah, one of my longest losing streaks ever, two losses in a row. But that will all end tomorrow night on RAW. Jericho, you can say whatever you want... but everybody knows that all the crap that comes out of your mouth is just worthless junk. You say you will beat me... ha, ha, ha. Yeah, right. Let’s just see you try.”

| ‘Cocky Interviewer’ Coach | “Jericho even went as far to say that you only held the World Heavyweight Title for one month long...”

| ‘Da Man’ Goldberg | “Wait a minute... I only held the title for one month long? How long has Jericho held the World Heavyweight Title? Let’s see here... never! Jericho, you got a lot of nerve to make fun of someone’s title reign especially when you have never even held the title. You say that I have no achievements? Now that’s funny, Jericho, real funny. I have the most accomplishments in the WWE right now. Former Hardcore Champion... Royal Rumble winner... Former World Heavyweight Champion... and the one who ended Chris Jericho’s career! That last one may not have happened yet, but it will come Monday Night on RAW!”

| ‘Cocky Interviewer’ Coach | “Jericho said that all you did was kiss Shane McMahon’s ass for the #1 Contendership... What do you think?”

| ‘Da Man’ Goldberg | “I think that was the dumbest thing I have ever heard. That coming from Jericho, who in fact is backstage right now kissing Shane’s ass! Jericho, you are the one who gets handed all these free title shots! Jericho says I kiss Shane’s ass? Well, it’s kind of hard when Jericho’s lips are attached to it 24/7! Jericho, you are in Shane’s little Corporate Alliance and you dare to say that I ass kiss? Jericho is nothing more than an asinine, hypocrite!”

| ‘Cocky Interviewer’ Coach | “Anything else you would like to add?”

| ‘Da Man’ Goldberg | “Jericho, it looks like Shane wasn’t looking out for you when he made this match. Putting you a match against me is like locking you up with a caged animal. I will tear you limb from limb and not think anything of it. Then Shane goes and makes this match a No DQ match... like that will help you. That just means that I will beat you up even more. Now the possibilities are endless... I can bust you open with a chair... I can Jackhammer you through a table... or I could even tear your flesh off with a 2X4 wrapped in barbed wire. Perhaps I will do all three things. Jericho, you are running around telling people you will beat me? The only person your trying to convince that you can beat me is yourself. In the back of your mind, you know that there is no way in hell that you will walk out as the winner. You know it, I know it, and each and every one of the fans know it. So Jericho, the time is ticking away... get ready... YOU’RE NEXT!!!”

The scene slowly fades out...
