Forward ~ WRESTLEMANIA XX

The road to Wrestlemania has begun... the main event is set and will feature the best of the best. Two forces will collide for the most prized possession... Only one will walk out as the champion, the other may not even walk out... Words will be exchanged... Bodies broken... History made...WRESTLEMANIA XX... IT BEGINS... AGAIN!

Scene 1

The scene opens up at a RAW house show. The camera is backstage focused on the parking lot doors when they burst open. Goldberg walks in, apparently not in a very good mood. Goldberg has his gym bag over his shoulder and is wearing black jeans and a cut-off t-shirt.

Goldberg keeps walking when around the corner, Coach struts out. Goldberg immediately stops and throws his gym bag to the ground. Goldberg waits to hear what Coach has to say...

| `Da Man' Goldberg | “What in the hell do you want?”

| ‘Cocky Interviewer' Coach | “I want exactly what everybody wants... I want a word with Da Man, Bill Goldberg... the same guy who promised to win at No Way Out, but lost.”

Goldberg suddenly pins Coach up against the cement wall...

| `Da Man' Goldberg | “You want a word with me? I’ll give you more than just words...”

Goldberg stares down Coach for a second before letting him go. Coach grabs his now sore throat. He then takes a moment to catch his breath before continuing...

| ‘Cocky Interviewer' Coach | “If you pull another stunt like that... I’ll press charges and sue your ass!”

Goldberg does not say anything, obviously thinking that he wouldn’t give a damn.

| ‘Cocky Interviewer' Coach | “First of all, I’m shocked that you are here tonight. Many have said that you would ‘fall into the shadows’... Anyway, last Sunday at No Way Out you did lose. What’s your reaction to what went down?”

| `Da Man' Goldberg | “What went down was that Johnny ‘The Bull’ Stamboli screwed me out of the TV title... but I’m not going to sit here and whine about it. You see, sooner than you think... I will get exactly what I want. I will get revenge... and I will get Stamboli in a one-on-one match! As for Kane... this isn’t over between us... yeah, you may have beat me this time... but next time you won’t get so lucky. I‘ve heard what Kane has said since No Way Out... and it makes me sick. He talks about how he beat me, that I was no challenge... and that I was too embarrassed to show my face. Kane the only reason... and I mean ONLY reason you beat me was because of Johnny ‘The Bull‘ Stamboli. You and I both know that I had that match won fair and square. But your time will come soon enough.”

| ‘Cocky Interviewer' Coach | “I’m sure everyone is looking forward to Kane VS Goldberg Part II... but you said that you will get revenge on Johnny ‘The Bull’ Stamboli... that is if you face him at Wrestlemania XX. On RAW this Monday Night, you will be signing the official contract for your match... However, next week on RAW, Stamboli will defend his World Title against HBK Shawn Michaels in a Hell in a Cell! Who would you want to win?”

| `Da Man' Goldberg | “Quite frankly, Coach, I don’t give a damn. Whether Stamboli makes it to Wrestlemania or not... he will still get what’s coming to him. I have faced Shawn Michaels in the past and he is a tremendous competitor... so I think Wrestlemania would be great with that match. But I could really care less.”

| ‘Cocky Interviewer' Coach | “Also on RAW, you will be going one-on-one with the Game, Triple H. What do you think of him?”

| `Da Man' Goldberg | “Triple H used to be a great competitor... but there has been a certain something, or someone, that has been weakening him. That certain someone is Stephanie McMahon. Since they got back together, all Triple H cares about is his little Steph. Well, Triple H is in the wrong business if all he thinks about is Steph... and Steph will definitely be his downfall.”

| ‘Cocky Interviewer' Coach | “Triple H has said that he thinks that you have done great in your career. He went on to list your accomplishments since you have arrived here in the WWE. My question to you is how do you feel Triple H has done since returning to the WWE?”

| `Da Man' Goldberg | “Well, Coach, I think Triple H has done alright so far. Yeah his record might be 1-3, but he did have one hell of a match with our former champion, Shane Douglas. But I hate to break it to ya, Triple H, a wrestler with 1-3 record doesn’t have too good of chances going against a wrestler with 16-9-1 record. Triple H has done a lot in his career, but that is over and done with. Now its time for Triple H to prove that he is still the game that he says he is.... and he has a chance to prove it on RAW!”

| ‘Cocky Interviewer' Coach | “Triple H has said that he is mad over his loss at No Way Out and, as a result, he will take out his anger and frustration out on you. He has stated that he will beat your sorry ass.”

| `Da Man' Goldberg | “Yeah, there is that Triple H the fans hate. Throughout his entire career, Triple H has been this cocky, arrogant asshole. He says that he is pissed because he lost at No Way Out? What do you think I am? You see, Triple H, you’ve got this all wrong. It’s not you who will be taking out your anger on me... oh no, no, no. Come Monday Night, Triple H, I will decimate you. And when you are finished I will pick you up and do it all over again. You will have to beg for me to pin you and then, and only then, will I cover you for the victory.”

| ‘Cocky Interviewer' Coach | “In a recent interview, conducted by that punk, Josh Matthews, Triple H said that if he does beat you, the 2004 Royal Rumble winner, he won’t get a damn thing. Do you agree with this statement?”

| `Da Man' Goldberg | “First of all, he won’t beat me. I won’t let him. Nobody, not even Johnny Stamboli, can screw me again. But if Triple H could beat me, yeah, he’s probably wouldn’t get anything... and he really shouldn’t. I have no title for Triple H to win... so why should he get something that I don’t even have? Yeah, I’m the #1 Contender... but I got that from beating 29 other men, not from beating one like Triple H would have to do. So my answer, Coach, is no... he won’t get anything and that’s exactly what he deserves.”

| ‘Cocky Interviewer' Coach | “Hunter has also stated that the reason he won’t get anything is because Shane McMahon hates him. Remind you of anybody in a similar situation?”

| `Da Man' Goldberg | “Yeah, Coach, it reminds me a lot of myself. Shane McMahon also hates my guts and that feeling is mutual. Shane hates seeing me in the main event of the biggest show of them all, Wrestlemania XX, but that is a fact he has to deal with. Shane was pissed that I even entered the Royal Rumble cause he knew that I would be walking out as the #1 Contender to the title.”

| ‘Cocky Interviewer' Coach | “Triple H said that his matches always end in a disqualification thanks to Johnny ‘The Bull’ Stamboli...”

| `Da Man' Goldberg | “Well, there’s a similarity between myself and Triple H. Last Sunday I was screwed by Stamboli just like Triple H was. Stamboli is just making himself look weaker and weaker... he attacks opponents during their matches and causes them a loss... making them want a piece of him so bad. Well, when you really want something, it’s that much harder to get. I do want Stamboli’s ass in that ring... but I will get it... at Wrestlemania XX in front of 25,000 fans all chanting one name...”

| ‘Cocky Interviewer' Coach | “What do you think about Triple H and Stephanie getting married at Wrestlemania XX?”

| `Da Man' Goldberg | “To tell you the truth, I really don’t agree with it. There is a time and a place for wrestling and a time and a place for love... and those times and places aren’t the same. Since Wrestlemania XX is the 20th anniversary of Wrestlemania, it should be strictly about wrestling... about the best of the best going at it... not a wedding. But Triple H and Steph can do whatever the hell they want... I don’t really care.”

| ‘Cocky Interviewer' Coach | “Anything else you would like to say to Triple H?”

| `Da Man' Goldberg | “Triple H has says that he is this and that... that he is the Game... that he is both the present and the future of the WWE... blah, blah, blah. Everyone will see what happens when the Game and Da Man lock up... and it won’t be pretty, not for Triple H at least. Hunter, I hope you’re ready for RAW this Monday Night... cause I am... I have been ready ever since I lost at No Way Out. Soon enough it will be... GAME OVER! Hunter, you always say that you are that damn good... well, it doesn’t matter how damn good you are... cause I am that damn better. If you haven’t figured it out yet... ha, ha,... YOUR ASS IS NEXT!!!”

Goldberg walks away, leaving Coach by himself. Coach slowly walks away as the scene fades out...
