Forward ~ NO WAY OUT

The final Pay-Per-View before Wrestlemania XX is here. The night where you have to prove yourself one last time before the greatest spectacular. Rivalries strengthen... Blood boils... Heat rises... This time, there will be no escaping... this time you will be forced to face your fears... this time there is NO...WAY... OUT!!!

Scene 1 ~ The Match is a Reality...

The scene opens up at the Cow Palace in San Francisco. The date is February 29... the same day as No Way Out. In fact, Sunday Night Heat is on as we speak. The camera shows Goldberg in his dressing room. Goldberg is sitting on a wooden bench, face down...

| `Da Man' Goldberg | “In about an hour, there will be no more talking left. The talking will be left up our fists. Kane has talked smack and so have I. We are both going into this match saying that we will win... but only one man can get the victory... and only one man can be the WWE Television Champion.”

| `Da Man' Goldberg | “I have said it over and over and over again... I am not afraid of the Big Red Machine, Kane. I have seen what Kane has done to his past opponents... but it doesn’t scare me. When you are afraid, you lack self confidence. When you lack self confidence, you lose because you yourself don’t believe you will win. I will go toe-to-toe with Kane and I will look him straight in his eyes. I will battle that fire that I have heard so much about... and I will win.”

| `Da Man' Goldberg | “Kane likes to talk about all his past opponents... about how he beat them and made them suffer... well, Kane, I am nothing like your past opponents. I will unquestioningly be your toughest opponent yet. And I will be the opponent that brings you down for once and for all.”

| `Da Man' Goldberg | “Later tonight, the talking will be over. This match that so many have talked about will become a reality. Finally, Kane and Goldberg will lock up, in the center of that very ring... one-on-one for the very first time in WWE history... and we will all find out exactly who the better man is.”

Goldberg stops talking as he pauses briefly. Then he gets up and walks out of his locker room, slamming the door shut behind him.

Scene 2 ~ Final Interview...

The scene opens up in the backstage area where RAW interviewer, Terri Runnels, is standing by with Da Man, Goldberg...

| `Sexy Lil’ She-Devil' Terri | “Goldberg, lately you have been asked so many questions about your upcoming match with Kane later tonight. So I will change it up a little and ask you about the World Title match tonight... Who do you think or want to win?”

| `Da Man' Goldberg | “Well, this match looks to be a great one. For sure there will be a new World Heavyweight Champion crowned, which is always a crowd pleaser. As for who will be crowned... to tell you the truth, I really don’t know and I don’t care. Whoever wins tonight better get ready cause they will be facing me at Wrestlemania!”

| `Da Man' Goldberg | “I have had the pleasure of already fighting Michaels and it was one hell of a match... I wouldn’t mind having a rematch at Wrestlemania... I have also fought Cena, and I lost to him... so I would love to kick his ass at the biggest spectacular of all time! Lastly is Johnny ‘The Bull’ Stamboli... I have never fought him, yet... but who knows? It could very well be Goldberg VS The Bull at Wrestlemania XX! I would like to lock it up with any of these guys and I know it would be a great match.”

| `Sexy Lil’ She-Devil' Terri | “OK... so now about your match with Kane... anything new to say?”

| `Da Man' Goldberg | “Well, in the past, Kane has walked into his matches knowing he will win and even his opponents know that Kane will win... but tonight is different. For the first time, Kane is going to be given a challenge. Kane will not get the victory that he has in the past. You see, I am on a roll... I have an undefeated streak going and I am planning on keeping that through Wrestlemania.”

| `Sexy Lil’ She-Devil' Terri | “Over and over you have stated that you do not fear Kane... so does Kane fear you?”

| `Da Man' Goldberg | “No, I don’t think Kane fears me... but that’s ok. I really don’t care if he fears me or not because that won’t affect the outcome of the match... which is me getting the pin fall. Kane has stated that he doesn’t fear me, and I believe him. But one thing that Kane does fear... is my spear. I don’t think there is one person in the WWE who doesn’t fear it. It feels like a train wreck... and it hurts like hell!”

| `Sexy Lil’ She-Devil' Terri | “Do you think Kane has the size advantage?”

| `Da Man' Goldberg | “Well, Kane is 7 feet tall and he is called a monster... so maybe perhaps he does have the size advantage... However, there is no doubt that I have the strength advantage and that will ultimately lead to Kane’s fall. This will definitely not be an easy win for either of us. This will be a huge obstacle for me, but I plan to overcome it and walk out with that gold strap on my shoulder.”

| `Sexy Lil’ She-Devil' Terri | “Goldberg, its been quite a while since you last held gold here in the WWE. Do you miss the feeling of a belt around your waist?”

| `Da Man' Goldberg | “Definitely... the last belt I held was the Hardcore Title... which isn’t as prestigious as the Television title... but nonetheless, a belt. Ever since Armageddon, the night in which I lost that belt, it hasn’t been the same. Ever since that night I have been longing for a title around my waist... well, the time has come. Soon I will be both the Television Champion as well as the World Heavyweight Champion!”

| `Sexy Lil’ She-Devil' Terri | “Tonight, Bill Goldberg, you have the chance of a life time... to take down the man who has been attacking you as of late... and to take his Television title away.”

| `Da Man' Goldberg | “That’s right. I have a huge opportunity tonight, which I plan to capitalize on. I will once and for all prove to myself, to the people, and to Kane himself that I am the man who can take him down for good... and I am the man to end his title reign. In just a few moments, myself and the Big Red Machine will lock it up for the last time. After weeks of attacking one another after each other's matches, the feud will finally come to an end. Kane... get ready for an ass kicking like you’ve never experienced before! Kane, I know that you say that this doesn’t intimidate you... but it does... Kane, YOU’RE NEXT!!!”

Goldberg stays there staring into the camera...

| `Sexy Lil’ She-Devil' Terri | “Thanks, Goldberg. This has been Terri... back to you, JR!”
