S C E N E O N E

|-x-| The scene opens up bright and early on a Sunday morning. The busy streets of downtown New York City are filled with people going to work. Among the crowd is a peculiar looking man dressed in an odd outfit. In fact, this man is actually the Daily Globe reporter, Gregory Helms. Gregory seems to be curious as he walks around glancing at certain people. Gregory turns around to face the cameraman behind him. |-x-|

| ‘Daily Globe Reporter’ Gregory Helms | “Good morning, ladies and gentlemen. It is I, Gregory Helms, reporter for the Daily Globe, and I am here in New York City to perhaps get a few predictions about some of the current happenings in the ever popular GWF. So let’s go...”

|-x-| With that said, Gregory continues his quest for the right person to interview. After a few seconds, he spots a young kid wearing a black GWF t-shirt. He taps the kid on the shoulder and begins to speak. |-x-|

| ‘Daily Globe Reporter’ Gregory Helms | “Excuse me, young man. Do you mind giving me your thoughts on the GWF. Even better... how about your predictions for RAW this Monday night?”

| ‘Young GWF Fan’ Tommy | “Well, what matches are booked?”

| ‘Daily Globe Reporter’ Gregory Helms | “There are many rumors saying that the Hardcore Championship will be on the line in a fatal four way. The competitors in this match will be, of course the Hardcore Champion, The Rock... New Jack... Vic Grimes... and, get this, the return of the Hurricane! So what do you think?!”

| ‘Young GWF Fan’ Tommy | “Huh? Oh yeah! I remember the Hurricane! The guy who lost his first match in the GWF, right?”

| ‘Daily Globe Reporter’ Gregory Helms | “The guy who lost his first match?! WHASSUP WIT... I mean, what is up with that? The Hurricane is so much more than just some guy... he is a superhero! He may have lost his first match, but he had much more on his mind at the time.”

| ‘Young GWF Fan’ Tommy | “Yeah, sure. Anyway, The Rock will retain his Hardcore Title! He’s not only the People’s Champion... but he’s the champion of the hardcore match. There is no way he will lose this title yet!”

| ‘Daily Globe Reporter’ Gregory Helms | “But... The Hurricane has his Hurri-Powers! Doesn’t that count for something?”

| ‘Young GWF Fan’ Tommy | “The Hurricane doesn’t have any powers... except for the fact that he’s a super dork! His only powers are how he manages to lose so many matches!”

| ‘Daily Globe Reporter’ Gregory Helms | “He only has wrestled one match! What do you mean he loses all his matches?”

| ‘Young GWF Fan’ Tommy | “Well, he will lose all his matches!”

| ‘Daily Globe Reporter’ Gregory Helms | “How do you know this?”

| ‘Young GWF Fan’ Tommy | “I used my Hurri-Powers... BITCH!”

| ‘Daily Globe Reporter’ Gregory Helms | “Hey! We’re live on TV! Where are your parents?”

|-x-| Just at that moment, Tommy’s parents come up from behind and haul off the young kid. It is apparent that they heard Tommy for they begin to scold him as they walk away. Gregory smiles as he looks for someone else to talk to. He turns as he sees an elderly man slowly crossing the street when a car is speeding towards him with no sign of stopping. Gregory quickly pulls the old man out of the way and onto the safe sidewalk.|-x-|

| ‘Daily Globe Reporter’ Gregory Helms | “That was a close one! Be sure to look both ways before crossing the street, mister.”

| ‘Elderly Man’ Marvin | “Why thank you, son. I will be sure to look both ways next time. Say, you remind me of some kind of superhero...”

| ‘Daily Globe Reporter’ Gregory Helms | “Nope, I’m just an normal reporter and citizen just like yourself. Hey, do you happen to watch the GWF at all?”

| ‘Elderly Man’ Marvin | “Well, yes I do... well, if I can stay awake that long. I tend to fall asleep pretty early sometimes.”

| ‘Daily Globe Reporter’ Gregory Helms | “This Monday night on RAW... it will be The Hurricane VS The Rock VS New Jack VS Vic Grimes. In your opinion, who will win this match?”

| ‘Elderly Man’ Marvin | “Well, Hurricane is one of them young folk... I see bright things in his future. The current Hardcore Champion, The Rock, has been around for quite awhile, kind of like myself, so I think the Hurricane will pull a huge upset when he defeats all three of the other men.”

| ‘Daily Globe Reporter’ Gregory Helms | “Excellent! I think the exact same thing. The odds are certainly against the Hurricane in this one!”

| ‘Elderly Man’ Marvin | “Well, I’m a betting man... matter of fact, I just lost a ton of money at the casino last night. Anyway, I’m a betting man and I’m willing to bet against the odds on this one! The Hurricane will become the new Hardcore Champion!”

| ‘Daily Globe Reporter’ Gregory Helms | “Thank you very much, sir. But I must be going now. Take care and be sure to watch those cars!”

|-x-| Gregory Helms seems to just vanish within thin air as Marvin looks around for him. Gregory is seen walking into an alleyway. A door on the side of the building opens up as Rosey stumbles out. Rosey is wearing normal clothes, a t-shirt and jeans. In his right hand, he holds a large paper bag. |-x-|

| ‘The S.H.I.T.’ Rosey | “Hurricane!”

| ‘Daily Globe Reporter’ Gregory Helms | “SHHHHHH! Rosey, how many times must I tell you?! When I am disguised like this, you will refer to me only as Gregory. I cannot let anybody know my true identity.”

| ‘The S.H.I.T.’ Rosey | “Oh... sorry. I keep forgetting, Hurricane... opps! I mean Gregory!”

|-x-| Gregory shakes his head in disapproval. Gregory then looks around to make sure no one is watching before walking behind a large dumpster. A gust of wind goes by as none other than the Hurricane pops out from behind the dumpster. |-x-|

| ‘The S.H.I.T.’ Rosey | “Whoa! How did you...? I mean, where did you have your costume? I have mine right here in this bag, but where was yours?”

|-x-| Hurricane does not answer, but instead responds with another nod of disapproval. |-x-|

| ‘The S.H.I.T.’ Rosey | “Do you see a bathroom around here? I need to find a place to change.”

|-x-| Hurricane ignores Rosey as he glances around. |-x-|

| ‘The Superhero’ Hurricane | “Rosey, it is time for you to begin your superhero training for the citizens will have no one to protect them during my match on RAW.”

| ‘The S.H.I.T.’ Rosey | “What match on RAW?”

| ‘The Superhero’ Hurricane | “Rosey! How could you forget?! I have the opportunity of a lifetime to prove my Hurri-Powers once again. They may have failed me in my first match, but now the Hurricane is back and better than ever! And this time, I will capture the Hardcore title and prove to all the non-believers that I am for real. Beware, superstars of the GWF, the weather is changing. The tides have begun to rise... the wind has just picked up... and sky has just darkened. Through howling winds and pouring rains, all shall fear the Hurricane! Stand back, superstars of the GWF, stand back... or get knocked over, cause there’s a hurricane comin’ through and nothing and nobody can stop it!”

|-x-| As Hurricane talks, the sky seems to slowly get darker as clouds gather overhead. The wind howls as tiny rain drops begin to fall. A crack of thunder and a stroke of lightning interrupt the peaceful day, signaling a terrible storm. Most of the people run indoors as the rain begins to pour down. Back in the alleyway, nothing but a tumbling newspaper is seen. |-x-|
