The scene opens up in Goldberg’s lockerroom. Goldberg is pacing back and forth, nervous about his two big matches later on tonight. Goldberg could make history tonight... retaining his Hardcore Championship and winning the World Heavyweight Title... or... he could disappoint millions, having been beaten for his Hardcore Title and once again losing to Shane Douglas... The world will find out the outcome in a couple of hours...

Goldberg’s door creaks open as the Coach peeks his ugly little face in.

‘Cocky Coach’ ~ Hey, my man! What’s happening?

Goldberg stares a hole right through Coach, not answering him.

‘Cocky Coach’ ~ Uh, nevermind. How about a quick interview before Armageddon?

‘The Man’ ~ A quick interview? Fine... get your ass in here!

Coach struts in, a smirk on his face.

‘Cocky Coach’ ~ I knew you couldn’t pass up an interview with the greatest commentator of all time!

Goldberg says nothing, staring at Coach.

‘Cocky Coach’ ~ Ok, ok! I’ll begin. So, tonight ... Armageddon... the biggest night of your career... and your life. Will you buckle under all this pressure?

‘The Man’ ~ Coach, nobody can predict what will happen out there. This is the biggest night of my career. Tonight I get a chance to accomplish my dream.

‘Cocky Coach’ ~ But let’s get serious here, Goldy. You are in two matches tonight! And your opponents are not just ordinary guys. First you have Sean O’Haire... a upcoming star destined for greatness.... and then you have, in my opinion, the best wrestler alive today and also the World Heavyweight Champion, Shane Douglas.

‘The Man’ ~ You don’t think I know that I have two matches, Coach? Yeah, Sean O’Haire is the future of this organization... but this is the present. And currently, I am the top dog. I have no idea how Sean even received this match... he is a nobody. Sean, there were so many wrestlers like you back in the WcW... wrestlers who thought they had it all... who thought they are the future... who thought they could beat me... well, none of those things were true. Sean, tonight get ready for the ride of your life. Get ready to fly through the air and then get broken in two, crashing through a table... get ready, YOUR NEXT!

‘Cocky Coach’ ~ And what about the Franchise?

‘The Man’ ~ The Franchise? He’s still going on about that? Well, whatever the hell he calls himself, it doesn’t matter... calling yourself names is a whole lot different than earning them. The people call me The Man... I didn’t just wake up one day and decide that. Anyway, Shane, I’m sick and tired of you running your mouth. I’m sick and tired of day in and day out you sitting there with your slut and trash talking me. So I’m going to make this real nice and simple... tonight is the last time you will ever run your mouth again! Tonight is your Armageddon! Tonight the end is here!

‘The Man’ ~ If I do happen to lose to Shane tonight... then I hate to say it... but I’m done.

‘Cocky Coach’ ~ Whoa, whoa, whoa! Do you mean your done wrestling?

‘The Man’ ~What I mean is that I’m done with the WWE. If I lose, Shane will run his mouth about how he is the best... and you know what... he will be right. I won’t be able to stand another day of hearing Shane’s whiny little voice bragging that he is the best. So, tonight... my career might be on the line...

‘Cocky Coach’ ~ Are you serious? That’s awesome! I mean... uh... that’s too bad. Hmmm, well, its been nice knowing you, Goldberg. Good luck in your future career!

‘The Man’ ~ Hey, I didn’t lose yet. Matter of fact, I won’t lose! Shane’s end is tonight! So get your last looks at the current champ! Shane is NEXT!

Goldberg walks out, leaving Coach alone.
