{ One week after the events that unfolded at WrestleMania, many are wondering what is next to come for the entire Global Wrestling Federation as a whole. Juvi got his revenge on Jericho, D-Generation X reformed, and Vampiro finally gained his Hardcore title from The Undertaker. Many battles were finished at WrestleMania, but now new ones have begun and the new era of the Global Wrestling Federation is about to begin. After taking one night off to recover from WrestleMania; Vampiro now finds himself in his first title defense against one of the GWF's toughest up in comers, Sting. Sting has challenged Vampiro and as everyone knows, The Macabre Jester never backs down from a challenge. }

( The scene opens in the backstage area of the Allen County War Memorial Coliseum in Fort Wayne, IN. The GWF crew is seen backstage making some final alterations to the set for tonight's Thunder. As the crew continues to work hard, in one of the press boxes you can see Vampiro sitting down and Violent J and Shaggy 2 Dope at his side. Vampiro has the Hardcore title hung over his shoulder, and a huge bandage on his forehead from the facial wound he received at WrestleMania.  Vampiro takes in a deep sigh, and then he begins to speak. )

"The Macabre Jester" Vampiro - Shaggy, J, damn it guys it finally feels great to get what I have deserved for so damn long. It feels great to finally be the Hardcore champion, but more importantly it's just great to finally bring a trophy to the Dark Carnival.

"The Real Killer Clown" Violent J - Hell yeah Vamp. I'm just glad you finally brought the gold home.

"The Macabre Jester" Vampiro - Yeah I'm glad as well. But anyway J, it's time to do what I said I would always do when I became a champion; I'm going to be someone who takes on all comers and starting tonight on Thunder, I'm going to do just that. Tonight, it seems as though Sting wants a little piece of Vampiro and well I'm happy to oblige and give him just what he wants, a shot.

"The Krazy Klown" Shaggy 2 Dope - What about me?

"The Macabre Jester" Vampiro - Damn it Shaggy, we have been over this 10 times now! You can't get a shot because you are suppose to be my friend and I will give you a shot, but I'm going to have to wait until I get through all the worthy challengers.

"The Krazy Klown" Shaggy 2 Dope - Now you are sounding like Chris Candido.

( The trio exchanges a laugh. )

"The Macabre Jester" Vampiro - But anyway let's get back to the matter at hand, which is Sting. Sting tonight you want your shot at my belt, then buddy I will gladly give you one. Because Sting if you haven't noticed yet I am going to be the man who defends his titles more time in a week than The Undertaker ever did in his 100 day title reign. Sting, tonight is my first defense and buddy I can honestly tell you that it's not going to be my last. Sting I seen what Ric Flair had to say about me earlier on this week, and honestly what he said just made me laugh. It made me laugh because he tried too damn hard to make it look like he didn't know who I was. The fact is Sting everyone by now knows who Vampiro is, and a lot of people will soon hear my name in fear because honestly I'm going to bring the pain in a lot of ways that it has never been brought before. Tonight Sting, you and I are going to have one hell of a battle and I will show you exactly why I defeated The Undertaker, and why you don't stand a chance against me. Sting the fact is that even though you are one hell of a wrestler your talent over the years has demised with age, and honestly I don't think you can hang with me anymore. Age isn't the only factor here Sting, your ability to fight Hardcore style just isn't as great as mine. Sting, I look forward to the confrontation between you and I tonight, and once it as all said and done, I know you will be defeated!
