WWE World Heavyweight Title

*** This style of the WWE Heavyweight Title Belt is now retired, they have now started using 2 new style WWE Title Belts since 2002. The World Heavyweight Title exclusive to Raw and the WWE Title (Undisputed) exclusive to Smackdown.


  • The Undertaker won the WWE Title for the 1st time from Hulk Hogan on November 27, 1991 @ Survivor Series in Detroit, Michigan. Ric Flair placed a steel chair in the ring and Taker Tombstoned Hogan on it. He lost the title back to Hulk Hogan a week later on December 3, 1991 @ This Tuesday in Texas in San Antonio, Tx. Hogan got the rollup after he blinded Taker by throwing ashes from the Urn at him.


  • The Undertaker won the WWE Title for the 2nd time from Psycho Sid on March 23, 1997 @ WrestleMania 13 in Rosemont, Illinois. He got the win with the Tombstone Piledrive after Bret Hart (who interferred in the match earlier in the night) dropped Sid throat-first over the top rope. He lost the title to Bret "The Hitman" Hart on August 3, 1997 @ SummerSlam in East Rutherford, New Jersey. Shawn Michaels was the special guess referee in the match and he "accidentally" hit Taker in the head with a chair after Bret Hart spat on him!


  • The Undertaker won the WWE Title for the 3rd time from Stone Cold Steve Austin on May 23, 1999 @ Over The Edge in Kansas City, Missouri. Vince McMahon was the special guest referee he interfered and it backfired thus leaving Shane McMahon (the other referee) to make a fast-count. He lost the title back to Stone Cold Steve Austin on June 28, 1999 @ Raw Is War in Charlotte, North Carolina. Pre-match stipulations stated that if there was any interference from the Corporate Ministry, The Undertaker would be forced to forfeit the title to the challenger. Austin gave Taker the Stunner for the pinfall.

    WWE Undisputed Title



  • The Undertaker won the WWE Undisputed Title for the 4th time from Hulk Hogan on May 19, 2002 @ Judgment Day in Nashville, Tennessee. Taker hit Hogan with a steel chair followed by a Chokeslam after Hogan attacked Vince McMahon who came down to ringside late in the match. He lost the title to The Rock on July 21, 2002 @ Vengeance in Detroit, Michigan. It was a Triple Threat Match and Kurt Angle was the 3rd competitor, The Rock got the win by giving Kurt a Rock Bottom.

    WWE World Tag Team Title

    *** This style of the Tag Team Title Belts is now retired, there are now 2 new style Tag Title Belts since 2002/03. The World Tag Team Titles are exclusive to Raw and The WWE Tag Titles are exclusive to Smackdown. The WCW Tag Titles were also used in 2001 but are now retired aswell.


  • The Undertaker won the WWE Tag Titles for the 1st time with Stone Cold Steve Austin on July 26, 1998 @ Fully Loaded in Fresno, California. They defeated the team of Kane & Mankind via The Chokeslam and Tombstone Piledriver to Kane from Taker. They lost the Tag Titles back to Kane & Mankind on August 10, 1998 @ Raw Is War in Omaha, Nebraska. It was a 4 way Tag Team Match with the New Age Outlaws & The Rock & D'Lo Brown also teams participating in the match. Kane pinned Taker for the win.


  • The Undertaker won the WWE Tag Titles for the 2nd time with The Big Show on August 22, 1999 @ SummerSlam in Minneapolis, Minnesota. They defeated the team of Kane & X-Pac via Tombstone to X-Pac from Taker & a Chokeslam from The Big Show. They lost the Tag Team Titles to Mankind & The Rock on August 30, 1999 @ Raw Is War in Boston, Massachusetts. The Rock gave The Big Show a double People's Elbow after a chair shot; Taker had left ringside moments before the decision.

  • The Undertaker won the WWE Tag Titles for the 3rd time with The Big Show on September 7, 1999 @ Smackdown in Albany, New York. They defeated the team of Mankind & The Rock in a Buried Alive Match. They lost the Tag Team Titles to Mankind & The Rock on September 20, 1999 @ Raw Is War in Houston, Texas. It was a Handicapped Tag Match, Mideon & Viscera were substitutes for Taker in the match, with The Big Show as there partner. The Rock got the People's Elbow for the win; prior to the contest, The Undertaker made the match under 'Darkside Rules' and took himself out of the bout before attacking his own Tag Team partner The Big Show.


  • The Undertaker won the WWE Tag Titles for the 4th time with The Rock on December 18, 2000 @ Raw is War in Greenville, South Carolina. They defeated the team of Edge & Christian after the Rock pinned Edge with a Spinebuster & a People's Elbow. They lost the Tag Team Titles back to Edge & Christian on December 19, 2000 @ Smackdown in Charlotte, North Carolina.


  • The Undertaker won the WWE Tag Titles for the 5th time with Kane on April 17, 2001 @ Smackdown in Nashville, Tennessee. They defeated the team of Edge & Christian. They lost the Tag Team Titles to Triple H & Stone Cold Steve Austin on April 29, 2001 @ Backlash in Chicago, Illinois. Triple H pinned Kane after hitting him in the head with a sledgehammer.


  • The Undertaker won the WCW Tag Titles for the 1st time with Kane on August 9, 2001 @ Raw in Los Angeles, California. They defeated the team of Chuck Palumbo & Sean O'Haire.

  • The Undertaker won the WWE Tag Titles for the 6th time with Kane on August 19, 2001 @ SummerSlam in San Jose, California. They defeated the team of Chris Kanyon & DDP in a Steel Cage Match. The Undertaker & Kane were now both the WWE & WCW Tag Team Champions. They are the only Tag Team to have ever held both these titles simultaneously. They lost the WWE Tag Team Titles to The Dudley Boyz on September 17, 2001 @ Raw is War in Nashville, Tennessee. They then lost the WCW Tag Team Titles to Booker T & Test on September 25, 2001 @ Smackdown in Dayton, Ohio. Test & Kane battled into the crowd and Shane McMahon interfered in the match. Booker T hit Taker with a steel chair to get the win.

    WWE Hardcore Title

    ***The Hardcore Title belt was retired on August 26, 2002


  • The Undertaker won the WWE Hardcore Title for the 1st time from Rob Van Dam on December 9, 2001 @ Vengeance in San Diego, California. Taker Chokeslammed RVD off the stage and threw a table. He lost the Hardcore Title to Maven on February 5, 2001 @ Smackdown in Los Angeles, California. The Rock interfered in the match hitting Taker with a Rock Bottom so Maven could pick up the win.
