Excellent observation. Today we have an entire government that is deranged. Imagine the New Chief of Police said he does not believe in statistics. That's a deranged person. Imagine Jagdeo does not know why the former police chief's visa was revoked. That's a deranged man. Imagine the PPP is saying the the PNC want power from the back door, and they don't even have it, PNC always had it. Those are deranged people. In America 30% of the people vote for the right government, in Guyana 87% vote for the wrong government, Guyana is a deranged government. Imagine that Indians voted for the PPP because they were afraid that black people will rape their girl children, voted with unity, did not split the vote, and guess who getting rape by who??? Indians are deranged!!!
Armed intruders rob, rape Sophia woman
Bandits wrecked a Sophia family's Old Year's Night preparations when they robbed their victims and sexually assaulted a 20-year-old member of the household.
Three masked men attacked the family of four at around 21:30 hrs.
According to reports, the four occupants were preparing their Old year's Night meals in the bottom flat at around 21:30 hrs when the three men, who hand handguns, barged in through an open door at the northern side of the house.
While one man stood guard over the family, the two others took a 20-year-old female occupant to the upper flat where they sexually assaulted her.
Afterwards, the gunmen relieved the victims of a quantity of electrical tools, a $60,000 gold chain, and $2,000 in cash.
They then escaped on a scooter and a bicycle that they had stolen from one of the family members.
About a week earlier, a large gang of gunmen beat, robbed and terrorised another family at ‘B' Field Sophia after invading their home.

Armed bandits struck in Sophia on Old Year's Night as a family was preparing dinner, robbing and terrorising their victims. According to reports the bandits armed with hand guns and clad in dark-coloured clothing descended on a family at 'B' Field, Sophia around 9:30 on Old Year's Night. According to information, Thameshwar Inderpaul and his family were home preparing dinner when they heard strange sounds coming from the doorway. On checking, Inderpaul saw one and later two others breaking down his northern door. Once in the house the bandits commanded their victims to be quiet and proceeded to issue death threats to them. Stabroek News was told that Inderpaul was forced at gunpoint to guide the bandits through his house. The robbers demanded cash and jewellery and when this was not forthcoming they beat and threatened their victims. The bandits stole one motor scooter valued $458,000, one bicycle and $4,000 in cash. They made good their escape south of the village. Police were called in and took statements from the victims. They also pursued the criminals but were unable to apprehend anyone. Only last week Wednesday, bandits from Sophia struck at a Cummings Lodge home, escaping with over $100,000 in cash and jewellery. They also beat their victims and kicked a three-year-old boy off the stairs. On Christmas Eve day, a 15-member gang descended on a 'C' Field, Sophia family robbing and beating their victims in a two-hour rampage. During the attack Tulsiram Narine was shot in his chest as he resisted the bandits. |
