:: Hallie put a hand on her throat and thought back to Impulse. So, Sean finally figured out who she really was, eh? That doesn't matter... Not now. It was too late for Sean to try and save himself. He'd tried to kill a woman on national television, in front of thousands of people in an arena. He was locked away in a jail cell now, or was it a padded room? It didn't really matter. What did matter was that he wasn't on the loose, able to come find her and finish the job. She couldn't have asked for things to go better if she had tried. She glanced over at her sister, smiling evilly. Heather was bloodied, bruises covering her body. Her clothes were ripped, and her once healthy glowing skin was now unnaturally pale. She's visibly dropped weight, and her hair hung in limp strands around her shoulders. ::

Hallie Halliwell
You don't look so well, little sister. Is there anything I can get for you?

:: Heather just glares up at her sister. Ever since Hallie had allowed the guards to rape her, she's been silent. Hallie could only imagine what this situation felt like for Heather. Her sister finally with the upper hand, Heff's betrayal, being raped night after night. Yeah, she'd be pretty pissed off and quiet, too. Hallie turns to Heather and bends down on her knee in front of her younger sister. ::

Hallie Halliwell
Listen little sister. You won't have to go through this torture that much longer, I promise. It's almost over, and soon, you'll be in peace. I just need you to hold on for one week, because you'll finally get to go back into the ring. Surprise! Isn't that great? You'll finally get to go back into the ring and wrestle a match.

:: Realizing what her sister was saying, Heather finally spoke. Her voice was low and raspy. ::

Heather Halliwell
You've killed Lilly and Holly. You somehow convinced Heff to tag along with you. Sean knows its you and not me now. You've kept me locked away from the civilized world, with no food, water, or excersize. Suddenly, you're going to let me go to fight a Pay Per View match?

Hallie Halliwell
Don't ask too many questions. Yes, I'm going to let you go in time to fight for Vanity. But as that is only a week away, we need to get you ready. So anything you need, want, just tell me, and I'll have it delivered.

Heather Halliwell
Well, there is one thing...

Hallie Halliwell
Name it sissy... What do you want?

Heather Halliwell
For you to burn in hell.

Hallie Halliwell
Tsk tsk tsk, wrong answer, Heather. I have Tyrone out getting you something to eat, and once you've eaten, you're going to get some rest, and then we're going to take you to a gym. You may have lost weight, but you need to be in a little bit of shape for your match.

Heather Halliwell
What are you trying to prove here? Everyone is gonna know as soon as they see me that we're two different people.

Hallie Halliwell
Yes... But Sean Graves will be so determined to destroy me, he won't see the differeneces until it's too late.

:: Realization dawned on Heather as soon as those words escaped Hallies lips. ::

Heather Halliwell
Which is why you want me to fight at Vanity...

:: Hallie smiles coyly down at her sister. Heather goes silent again, desperately trying to think of ways to get out of this once she had her freedom on Sunday. She knew that Hallie and her chronies would be tailing her every move, waiting for her to even try and talk to anybody. She wouldn't have much time to convince Sean that it was really her. There's a knock on the door, which causes Heather to break her thoughts. Hallie answers it, and Heff walks in. She is wearing black boots with black flare jeans, a black tank top under a sleeveless black mesh shirt. Around her waist are her gun holsters, which hold several hand guns, knives, and other gadets. Over her left shoulder was a huge gun holster for her machine gun. Her flame red hair was tied in a tight bun at the top of her head, held in place by two black chopsticks. She glances over at Heather before reporting to Hallie. ::

Hallie Halliwell
So what's the situation look like?

Heff Bentley
Well, we've pretty much established the fact that Sean knows who you really are. Tony Millenia is still a wild card, I can't tell if he knows or not. This Nikita girl definetely knows, I heard her saying something about it. She's just going to keep calling you Heather until you decide to come out.

Hallie Halliwell
Nikita means nothing to me. I like her, actually. A tough woman, who doesn't take any crap and will go as far as she needs to go to get what she wants... But with the right amount of vulnerability to get her into situations. It's a shame I'm already on her bad side, that'd be quite the alliance right there. Tony... He doesn't matter to me. He was never a factor. But for Sean to find out... That couldn't have been more perfect.

Heff Bentley
You can't underestimate Sean, Hallie. He's not as easy as he seems. He might be locked up right now, but somehow, he always finds a way to get out. He's pissed over Luke and Lilly, and I don't know if he even knows about Holly yet.

Hallie Halliwell
If he doesn't, he's going to find out about her very soon.

Heff Bentley
There's more. This Adam Walker... He's the only one who is allowed to grant people access in and out of Sean's cell. Which means, if you were to waltz on in there, they'd have you in cuffs in no time. Sean already told them whats going on.

Hallie Halliwell
He didn't give them the video tape, did he?

Heff Bentley
Interestingly enough, he told Adam he burned it. Whether that is true or not, I don't know. Either way, he claimed it was to keep himself from watching it again. But you'd think that even if he did mean to kill you, he'd have kept that tape as evidence, just so he can get the support of the law.

Hallie Halliwell
That does pose an interesting situation. Everything is going so much better than I had hoped it would. Our next play is so painfully clear. Heff, you have to go visit Sean.

Heff Bentley
Me?! But... Wait, Sean thinks I'm looking for Heather... I can't just go in there and suddenly reveal that I'm in cahoots with you. That would totally blow my cover!

Hallie Halliwell
You're a bounty hunter, Heff. Use that brain. I don't care what you have to do. Just show this to Sean.

:: Hallie hands Heff a DVD player. It's very small, and fits easily in Heff's pocket. Heff look up at Hallie again, question marks all over her face. ::

Hallie Halliwell
That is a little DVD I made for Sean. Little clips of everything I've been up to lately. Starting with the murder of Luke, which I actually had nothing to do with, to Lilly, Holly, and just recently, what I've been doing for Heather. If anyone, he'd appreciate it.

Heff Bentley
How am I supposed to show this to him without blowing my cover?

Hallie Halliwell
Just say I sent it to you to show to him or something... You don't have to drag my name into this yet, not in a way that would incriminate you, anyway. The last thing we need is for you to get caught. You're a valuable asset, the last thing I want is for you to get locked away for being involved.

Heff Bentley
I don't have a good feeling about this. Me and Sean have never really gotten along, what's he going to say when I suddenly show up?

Hallie Halliwell
Heather... Use her as your common bond.

:: Heff looks over at Heather again, who's head is hanging down. Not a flicker of guilt or remorse for seeing her former best friend tied up like that comes over her. Casually, Heff reaches for a cigarette and lights it up. Heather looks up and begs to Heff with her eyes. Heff pulls her sunglasses down over her eyes and turns away from Heather. Heff jumps slightly as the door opens, inviting in Tyrone and Eric. ::

Heff Bentley
You said you've been recording what you've been doing for Heather... Have you been recording the rapes?

Hallie Halliwell
Every last one of them. Sean seems to like rape, whether he's committing it or recieving it, or just watching it in a porn that he found on the internet. That's why I think he'd appreciate this. You can watch it if you want.

Heff Bentley
No, I'll pass. I'll just go visit Sean, talk with him, give him the tape, then go. I can't stay long, or he'll get suspcious.

Hallie Halliwell
He'll probably be suspcious the moment you get in there. Don't even worry about it, sweetie. Just do your job, and you won't have a problem.

:: Heff nods and walks out the door. Hallie looks back at Heather and laughs evilly. Tyrone and Eric are slowly approaching Heather again, caressing her gently, despite their intent. Hallie smiles warmly at both of them. ::

Hallie Halliwell
That's it boys... Enjoy her while you can. It won't be long Heather. I'll leave you guys be.

:: As Hallie walks out the door to do something to pass the time, she blocks out the sound of Heather's desperate cries to her two attackers to stop what they are doing. ::

:: A little while later, at the jail Sean is being held at... ::

:: Heff is sitting in the drivers seat of her car, staring up at the prison looming before her. She wasn't nervous about going in there and being surrounded by cops and guards. She was actually more worried about what Sean might try to do to her if she were to accidently blow her cover. She never admitted it to Heather, but Heff had always been secretly afraid of Sean and what he was capable of. That's why the two had never gotten along. Heff's mistrust for Sean had gotten Heather out of stickier situations... Now she was the one putting Heather in the situation and Sean doing his damndest to get her out of it. Heff couldn't help but smile at the irony. Finally, she gathered her wits, hid her weapons, pocketed the tiny DVD player and got out of the car. She walked confidently up to the guards and told them who she was there to see. In no time at all, the guards had her searched and standing before Sean Graves. ::

Sean Graves
Well, what an unexpected surprise. Why did you come here, Heff?

Heff Bentley
Heather.

Sean Graves
Wish I could help you, but as you can see, I don't exactly have her hidden in my pockets anywhere.

Heff Bentley
Sean, we both know the reason you're here is because of Heather.

Sean Graves
Oh yeah? I thought I was here because of her bitch sister.

Heff Bentley
Yes... But it's because of what Hallie did to Luke, Lilly, Holly, and Heather that landed you in here to begin with.

Sean Graves
Holly? What happened to Holly?

Heff Bentley
She... She's dead, Sean. Another victim of Hallie.

Sean Graves
Damn it... I didn't even know about Holly. Damn...

Heff Bentley
It's so tragic... I can't believe all this is happening... How could the law be so careless with her?

Sean Graves
I don't know, but we both know that it's far out of the reach of the law now.

Heff Bentley
Maybe it's not. Sean, maybe we shouldn't get our hands dirty in something that the law is supposed to take care of. That's another reason you're here.

Sean Graves
Heff, how can you say that? Hallie has now single-handedly killed two people you care about. Holly was like your own flesh and blood, and Lilly was close because of Heather. And God only knows what she's going to do to Heather. How can you just sit back and say "let the law handle it"? You're a bounty hunter, you can do a lot of shit that the law can do and get away with it. Why won't you when it comes to avenging your best friends?

Heff Bentley
Sean, I AM a bounty hunter, like you said. And unlike what you think, I don't just skip from place to place finding work. I have a higher up and I'm given jobs and assignments. If I could go after Heather, I would, trust me. But once someone calls in with a job, my bosses call me. That's what I get paid to do.

Sean Graves
Fuck the rules, fuck the higher ups. The life of your best friend is on the line, the very least you can do is go send someone after her.

Heff Bentley
No, I'm sorry Sean, I just can't do that. It's too risky for me, and it's a personal issue. I don't need anyone else getting dragged into this.

Sean Graves
You don't even sound lke the girl that used to be so enthusiastic about everything the Halliwell girls ever did.

:: From behind his bars, Sean turned his back on Heff and walked towards the wall. Heff sighed and took the silence to take in her surroundings for the first time since she'd gotten there. Sean's room held a single bed, a very small one. There was a sink with a cracked, very dirty mirror. A dirty toilet was on the other side of the sink. Heff could feel the chill of the dark, damp surroundings. She shivered slightly and wrapped her arms around herself. ::

Heff Bentley
Sean... I came here for a reason, and it wasn't to argue.

Sean Graves
That's good to hear. Arguing is all I've been doing for the past few days. This will be a refreshing change of pace.

Heff Bentley
Trust me, it won't. I didn't come here to tell or show you anything good.

Sean Graves
I didn't think you would tell me anything, you never were one for moral boosts. But show me? The thought didn't even cross my mind.

Heff Bentley
Very funny. This is important, so whenever you are done with the non funny jokes...

Sean Graves
A dry humorist is never done, Heff. But by all means, fill me in on this important business.

Heff Bentley
I debated on the way here whether I was going to show you this or not. Then I figured you had a right to see it.

Sean Graves
What is it, then?

Heff Bentley
A DVD... Made to us from Hallie.

Sean Graves
From... Have you watched it yet?

Heff Bentley
No... That's why I was debating whether I was going to show you or not.

:: Sean just stared at the tiny DVD player in Heff's hand for a moment. He could feel her eyes burning the silent question in his head. Finally, he looked up at Hallie and nodded. Hallie knelt down next to Sean and held up the DVD player in a way so they could both see it. Heff held her breath as she waited for it to read the CD and play. Sean's face remained expressionless. Images finally started to fill the screen. First, Dakon and Kavan murdering Luke. Next is Lilly, which causes Sean to look away from the screen. Then a news story of Holly's death that Sean had missed. This makes him look at the screen again, just as the scene changes from in studio to the cops trying to get Holly's body off the tree. Sean takes a sharp intake of breath at this and grabs tightly onto the bars of his cell. Heff's heart pounds as the scene changes from Holly to Heather being raped by Tyrone and Eric. Heather's pleas for help were calling out loudly from the tiny DVD player. Sean's entire body tensed up as he watched the horrific scene play out before him. Finally, the DVD stopped. Heff slammed it shut and stared at Sean. ::

Sean Graves
I wish you hadn't shown me that, Heff... I'm really going to end up in jail now for all the things I plan on doing to Hallie. I would rape her for each time she had Heather raped, but she'd like that too much. You can't kill a person more than once a lifetime. All I want now is to feel my hands around Hallie's neck and to feel the bones crack from under them. I want to see those souless turqouise eyes roll up into her head and never show any sign of life in them again.

Heff Bentley
Sean, think rationally...

Sean Graves
I am, Heff... For the first time in a long time, my head is completely cleared. I tried to leave my murderous persona behind me, Heff... To stop from hurting the people I love, to stop them all from dying because of me. But I can see now that it will never end... Everyone I love is doomed to die. Please, though... Just once, let me stop a death before it happens. Don't let Heather die because I love her.

Heff Bentley
I wish there was some way I could get you out of here...

Sean Graves
Heff... If you have a brain in your skull, you will leave right now.

Heff Bentley
Sean, please... You need to talk to someone you wouldn't normally talk to...

Sean Graves
That would be feeding information to the enemy, though, wouldn't it Heff?

Heff Bentley
Sean, what are you talking about?

Sean Graves
Don't think I'm a fool, Heff... I know what you're up to. I can tell that you have joined ranks with Hallie.

Heff Bentley
I... What?

Sean Graves
I'm not an idiot... It's glaringly obvious. You were with Heather the night she was kidnapped. How could she conveniently be kidnapped when you were right there? Unless she was sneak-attacked, because we both know that she can take care of herself.

Heff Bentley
No...

Sean Graves
Oh yes, Heff... I have it all figured out now. So, did you help kill Luke? What about Holly or Lilly?

Heff Bentley
Even if it were true, what could you possibly do about it Sean? You're in here, I'm out here.

Sean Graves
I'll be out on Sunday, Heff... So for your own sake, you better not show up at Vanity. If you do, I'll make you suffer in ways you never thought humanly possible. Believe me when I say this, Heff... On Sunday, through hell or high water, Hallie is going straight to Hell... And I'm sending as many as I can with her.

Heff Bentley
I'm not scared of you anymore, Sean. Let's face it... You'll never be the good man, the family man, the father man that you've always dreamed of being. You know why? Because underneath it all, no matter where you go, what woman you meet, what little babies you pick up or have along the way... Deep down will always be that same man that raped Maria Adams. The man that has murdered friends, wives, brothers... All lives that could have been spared if it wasn't for the fact that YOU, Sean Graves, are so blood-thirsty...

Sean Graves
You're absolutely right Heff... But I don't need to hear it from you... Get out... Now...

Heff Bentley
Face it Sean... You and Hallie are a better fit than you like to admit.

:: Sean, finally losing his temper, leaps at the bars to attack Heff. Heff backs up a fraction, and smiles evilly at Sean. She stands close to his outstretched hand, allowing his fingers to just graze her soft skin. Sean yells out in rage, hating the fact that Heff was mocking him. She smiled almost encouragingly at him. ::

Heff Bentley
You know... I didn't want to reveal to you quite yet that I was the one helping out Hallie. But this has proved to be quite a fun experience so far. Imagine Sean, the dumb, happy red-head gone bitch. Who ever would have thought. Although, to your credit Sean, you figured me out a lot faster than Heather did. The look on her face when she saw me was priceless. She was quite surprised, and she still hasn't excepted it yet. She still begs me for help, thinking I'm actually going to deliver.

Sean Graves
You're almost as sick as Hallie...

Heff Bentley
Almost, but she still has a few notches over me. I'm not psychotic, I'm just a genius. Unlike her, I don't choose to flaunt the power I wield. She's good at doing that for the both of us. I don't have a problem with it, it helps keep me in the shadows.

Sean Graves
Get used to those shadows, Heff... Once I'm out of here, and I've taken care of Hallie, you're next.

Heff Bentley
I'm scared Sean, really... On the other hand, what do I have to be scared of? I'll tell you the truth Sean. It was my poison that killed off Holly, not the work of Hallie. The suicide set-up... All me. Neither me nor Hallie had anything to do with Luke's death. That was at the hands of the other two after you. The two also working for Hallie. And a tid-bit, Lilly's demise was Hallie's quick thinking. Not bad for an unexpected murder, wasn't it?

Sean Graves
Keep mocking me, Heff... I will kill you both, mark my words.

Heff Bentley
Consider them marked... I'll keep in touch Sean. But for now, I have to go. Us sane, happy people have lives to lead while the few unfortunate... "cases", such as yourself, have to spend their days locked up in order to not be a danger to not only society, but themselves.

Sean Graves
You may think you're leaving here safe, but wait. When the guard checks the tapes tonight, this nice conversation we had will be right there for them to hear. You just screwed yourself over, Heff.

Heff Bentley
You underestimate my skills, Sean... Watch and learn from a professional.

:: Heff moved quick as lightening. Without so much as a sound, Heff crouched over and kicked Sean straight in the jaw. Sean stumbled back and hit the sink, and everything that had been sitting on top of it clattered into it. Guards came rushing in, right as Heff fell over, pretending to cry out in pain. Sean struggled to sit up, despite his head spinning from the kick he had just recieved. He strained his ears to hear what Heff was telling the guards. ::

Heff Bentley
I was just talking to him... Then out of nowhere, he tried to hit me... He grabbed me through the bars, and if I hadn't shoved him away, there's no telling what he might have tried to do...

Sean Graves
No... Arrest her... She's in on everything with Hallie Halliwell...

Heff Bentley
Hallie Halliwell? I don't know what he's talking about, guards... I don't know anyone named Hallie Halliwell... I know Heather Halliwell, who is missing right now, but no Hallie's...

Guard 1
It's okay, ma'am... I know you know why he's here... We were expecting him to start spouting trash like this eventually...

Sean Graves
No man, you don't understand! Search her, she has evidence in there, evidence we can use against Hallie in the murders of my friends!

Guard 1
Oh yeah? And where are we supposed to search her at?

Sean Graves
It's in her jeans pocket, to the front... It's a mini DVD player, and inside is a home made DVD with all kinds of evidence on it!

Guard 2
Yeah, and what's next, Graves? Lilly and Holly are going to come back from the dead to testify?

Sean Graves
That really wouldn't surprise me at this point.

Guard 1
We appreciate you giving us the chance to cop a good feel on her, but if we felt the need to search her, we would.

Sean Graves
Damn it, listen to me! The evidence that you need is right there in her pocket! Go get Adam Walker, he'll listen to me.

Heff Bentley
Did I ever mention that he's always been a little crazy?

Guard 1
No need to, ma'am, we can see that for ourselves. Graves... That's strike one. Walker isn't on duty right now, and we're not going to call and disturb him.

Sean Graves
He'd understand for this. Hold her in custody and call him. He'll come right in, I swear! Just call him!

Guard 2
We have our orders, and they aren't to call him. If you wish to speak with him, you'll have to wait until 7 PM, when he comes in for duty. We'll leave a note that you want to see him.

Heff Bentley
Thank you for being so quick to come to my aide. I'll be alright from here... Can I just have five more minutes alone with him?

:: The guard nods, and motions for his fellow guard to follow. Heff grins over at Sean as soon as the guards are out of sight. Sean grasps the bars to his cell and glares out at Heff. Heff smiles and from her boots, pulls out the CD with evidence and the tape of their conversation. ::

Heff Bentley
I warned you not to underestimate me Sean. Part of my skills include a shit load of ninja training... You can't win when it comes to me.

Sean Graves
Just out of curiousity... What made you want to do this?

Heff Bentley
I was tired of living in a shadow, Sean... Heather and Holly's shadows... I was living in them, just the way Hallie did when they were kids. Holly and Heather might have been younger, but they were always in the spotlight. Me and Hallie had a common bond, and we used it to get what we wanted.

Sean Graves
How long have you been in with Hallie?

Heff Bentley
Honestly? Almost a year, but hey, who is counting?

Sean Graves
This is really fucked up of you, Heff...

Heff Bentley
Yes, but the way it's played out has been spectacular. You of all people should be able to appreciate all the treachery and betrayal that has gone on. It's almost bitter-sweet, really. All this time, I was trying to warn Heather to stay away from you, that it'd be safer for her if she did... Yet I was the one helping to plot her death the whole time. Ah, irony is so great sometimes.

Sean Graves
Just get out...

Heff Bentley
Alright Sean... I'll leave... But let me leave you with a few gifts...

:: From her shirt, Heff pulls out a small pocket knife. She opens it up to the sharpest point it has and smiles. First taking the tape, she pulls all the film out of it and cuts it into little pieces. Sean watches helplessly as Heff demolishes the tape. For good measure, Heff pulls her lighter out of her pocket, puts the film in a little pile, and burns it before Sean's very eyes. Then she takes the CD and scratches it severely. Then she puts the knife and lighter away and with her boot, crushes the CD in several pieces. She smiles, takes the pieces of CD and drops them just out of reach of Sean in his cell. She tips her head at him, blows him a kiss, and walks out of the room. ::

:: Back at Hallie's hotel... ::

Hallie Halliwell
Fuck, so he figured you out?

Heff Bentley
You should have seen the look in his eyes when he realized it, Hallie. He would have killed me right there if he'd had half the chance.

Hallie Halliwell
Good thing you are hot, or those cops would have done what he'd said.

Heff Bentley
The guards don't matter to me, I could have taken them out. Sean would have been harder to over come, once the dark power fills him completely...

Hallie Halliwell
Once the dark power fills him, you won't have to worry about him trying to kill you... I'll have control over him, and he'll attack who I tell him to attack.

Heff Bentley
You put so much confidence into this, yet I've seen him break away before... Destiny thought she could do the same thing last time, and we see how that turned out...

Hallie Halliwell
There's no way that will happen this time... I got the right help, this time, it's in the bag.

:: Hallie smiled encouragingly at Heff, who pretended to give a weak smile back. When Hallie turned away, Heff couldn't help but look at the limp outline of Heather uncertainly. ::
