The scene opens outside the arena as a white limo is pulling up.
Shane McMahon and Stacy Keibler walk out of it arm in arm! Then we see Test walk up and welcome Shane and Stacy to Missourii even though this city sucks and they both agree it sucks. Test asks who he can face toniht and Shane says since hes in a good modd Test can get a European Title shot against... Y2J Chris Jericho! As they walk in the arena Test is braggina bout how he swill kick Jerichos ass and be th European Champion and then Kurt Angle overheard the conversation and asked why he didnt get booked for tonight ansays that he will work something out for Kurt. Test tells Angle to just chill out and Shane tells Stacy to come on so we can get unpacked and they walk down the hallway arm in arm. Test and Angle stare at Stacys butt as she walks off and Test says DAMN to himself.
We then go to the arena where we see a largre capacity crowd is on hand here night! We then go to ringside with our commentating team of Tony Schavonie and Bobby Heenan.
Tony:Welcome ladies and Gentalmen to XPW Shocker LIVE Here on TNT and we are in the Show Me State of Missourri here in St. Louis! I am sitting here with my partner Bobby "The Brain" Heenan and Brain, wouldnt you say its great to be back?
Brain:Oh no doubt Schavonie, but tonight Im told is going to be a new season, with the start of a new look and a new roster here in XPW. My sources tell me more than a few "Shockers" will come up live tonight!
Tony:well I bet youre right because here in XPW anything can happen at any time. We are going to start off this first night with Cruiserweight action!
All of a sudden the theme of The Hurricane can be heard lowd throughout the arena as the wholeplace has gone dark and green lights are flashing in the symbol of The Hurricane!
Lillian Garcia:The following contest is scheduled for one fall and is for the XPW Cruiserweight Championship! Making his way to the ring, The Hurricane!
Hurricane makes his way to the ring and gets in and does his trademark spin and pose. He goes up top to the turnbuckle to pose for the crowd.
Then on the PA System we hear the entrance theme of Billy Kidman and the crowd cheers. He makes his way out from the entrance and walks down the ramp to the ring.
Lillian Garcia:And from Alantown, Pennsylvania, Billy Kidman!
He gets in the ring and gets on the turnbuckle and raises his arms to a small pop from the crowd. The bell rings. Hurricane extends his hand to Kidman and they shake. They lock up and helms applies a headlock but Kidman elbow him in the gut and sends him into the ropes. Hurricane bounces off and is hit with a dropkick. He quickly gets to his feet and Kidman whips him into the ropes again this time though nails a perfect back body drop! Kidman picks Hurricane up and sets him up for a suplex, he hits it and goes for the win -one-two- Kick out. Kdman goes through the ropes and stands on the apron and as Helms gets to his feet Kidman slingshots over the ropes and connects witha headscissors sending the Hurricane acros the ring.
Tony:Kidman has had complete control.
Kidman stands up and raise his arm and the crowd cheers. He goes back to Hurricane who is on his knees now and hits a few head shots. Kiman grabs Hurricane a whips him into the turnbuckle, runs and jumps but hurricane moves out of the way! Kidman goes head first into the turnbuckle. Kidman turns around and is met with a Standind Sidekick by The Hurricane! Hurricane struggles to get his strength back and he somehow manages to climb the turnbuckle and then jump off to hit a Flying Bodypress to Kidman after he had stood up. Kidman falls down to the mat and somehow reverses Hurricane pinn and flips them both over and now Kidman has the pin -one-two-th.. KICK OUT. As they get up to their feet Kidman tries for a Kid Krusher but Hurricane counters into a bulldogg. The referee starts the count as they are both on the mat 1...2....3....4...5...6....7....8....9....They both rise up and start delivers rights and lefts to each other but then Hurricane blocks one and grabs Kidman by the throat for the chokeslam but Kidman kicks Hurricane n the gut and backs up against the ropes. He comes back at Hurricane but gets hit with a jumping clothesline! Kidman gets up and hurricane runs, jumps and grabs onto the back of kidmans head and hits a NeckBreaker! Hurricane picks Kidman up and goes for the backdrop but Kidman lands on his feet and hops on the Hurricane and spins around and Hurricane gains control and reverses the attempted Sunset flip and sets Kidman on the turnbuckle. Hurricane climbs up but Kidman pushes Hurricane off! Kidman signals for the Shooting Star Press while Hurricane is down and goes airborn...HURRICANE MOVES! Kidman slowly gets up and Hurricane grabs him for the Vertibreaker but Kidman counters into the Kid Krusher, and pins Hurricane one-two-three!
Lillian Garcia: Here is your winner and the NEW Cruiserweight Champion, Billy Kidman!
Kidman celebrates his win as his music hits the arena. We then head backstage.
Shane and Stacy Keibler are seen in Shanes office. Shane tells Stacy to hold tight in the room he has to go out to the ring. As Shane walks out of his office the scene fades to black and we go to commercial.
As we come back live on TNT we hear the music of XPW Owner Shane McMahon and the crowd has a mixed reaction.
He climbs through the ropes and into the ring.
Lillian Garcia:Ladies and gentalmen please welcome the Chairman of XPW, Shane McMahon!
Shane grabs the microphone from Lillian and his music dies down.
Shane:Its going to be a new era of XPW here tonight starting right here in St. Louis! I have a big announcement to make, see its not just me running things around here, no no, also Id like to introduce to you the XPW Vice President, Eric Bischoff!
Bischoffs music hits as he makes his way down to the ring.
He grabs another microphone.
Eric:Its great to be here and Im sure you can all agree that XPW is the best fed around! Its especially great because I once again can be out here in front of you all, and you know I love each and every last one of you, I really do. Although, I disagree with Shane handing out title shots like you did with Test earlier. You cant go around doing that. So since you did, so will I. Tonight Im going to make sure that someone deserving gets a shot at the US Title. Someone deserving that would do anything to get it, his name is, Triple H!
The crowd goes wild and starts chanting HHH!
Eric:Triple H will go one on one with, ...
Shane:Hold on there Bischoff! You dont have all the power around here, Ill choose his opponent. Tonight in this very ring, Triple H goes one on one for the United States Title against...everyones olympic hero, Kurt Angle.
Eric Bischoff says alright if you want to be like that, then he says he is going to make a few changes to tonight main event.
Eric:Tonight in the main event, the new rules are thesse, the first pinfall or submission wins the match and its NO DQ.
Then The Undertaker's Rollin' Theme hits and he comes down to the ring with a chorus of boos from the crowd.
Taker:Hold up there Mr. B you may had made a bit of a mistake. See I dont lke the idea of having it first fall wins, that will put me at a disadvantage and I dont like that idea. You may wanna change your mind, cause Im the deadman, and one of the people you dont wanna piss off! So the question is, are you or are you not going to take that stipulation back?
Eric:It doesnt matter what you say, my mind is made up. It stays.
Taker:Change it Shane, your the president.
Shane:Sorry but Bischoff does have creative control around here and Im sorry but it will have tostay.
Taker grabs Shane and Bischoff by the throat but thn lets go of Shane and Chokelsmams Eric Bischoff! Shane high tails it out of the ring while the Deadman stands over Bischoff and looks out at Shane as his music plays. We head to a commercial.
As we come back from the break the commentaors recap what just happened and then we go backstage to see Bischoff getting put into a ambulance with a neck brace on! Undertaker is leaning up against the wall with a sick grin on his face and then Tazz walks up.
Tazz:That was real sick what you did out there Deadman. How you made Bischoff gasp for air and choke when you hit him with the Chokeslam. Well tonight, Im gonna get one in for Bischoff when I choke you out with the tazzmission and you will become Just anotha Victim!
The camera shows the ambulance drive off with sirens on loud as the scene fades.
We are now in Shane Mcmahons office and Shane Douglas walks in. He is complaining about how the stupid stipulation could make it a screw job for him tonight! He continues to complain and finally Shane McMahon says if you dont like it then how about you just dont participate in it? Shane McMahon takes Douglas out of the match tonight! Shane Douglas storms out of the room.
Gene Okerlund is standing by with the new Cruiserweight Champion, Billy Kidman.
Gene:Kidman, first off congratulations on your Title win tonight.
Kidman:Thanks gene it feels so great being a Champion once again! And I am going to be a fighting champion so I will give out an open challenge right now to anyone that wants a title sho and a peice of me next week on Shocker.
Just then the Lovely Lita walks up to Kidman and congratulates him as well. She says she is looking for someone like Kidman for quite some time, and asks if he'd like to go talk with her. Kidman agrees and they walk off out of camera view.
We head back to the ring and hear the theme of Rob Van Dam and the crowd goes nuts!
Lillian Garcia:Making his way to the ring, from Battle Creek Michigan, Rob Van Dam!
RVD enters the ring and spins around. He takes his thumbs and points at himself as the crowd says it with him "Rob-Van-Dam"! Then we hear the Sweet Chin Music of Shawn Michaels as he emerges from the entrance. The crowd gose wild for him as he comes to the ring.
Lillian Garcia:And his opponent, from Houston,Texas the Heartbreak Kid, Shawn Michaels!
Brain:People have waited to see this match for a long time and ow its actually going to happy here in XPW.
Tony:That just shows how much XPW cares about the fans needs and wants Brain.
HBK gets on the apron and does a little dancing. He gets in the ring and spins around times, then does the lean and his pyro shoots up from behind him as he poses in the middle of the ring. His music dies down.
The bell rings as HBK and RVD begin to circle the ring watching each other. They then lock up and RVD takes HBK down with an Arm Drag. RVD jumps back up fast and HBK gets up. As HBK stands all the way RVD nails him with a Drop Kick. RVD then runs and as HBK stands he comes off the ropes. He goes for a Clothesline but HBK ducks and RVD misses him. RVD then bounces off the other side and HBK goes for the Sweet Chin Music to end it. But instead RVD grabs the ropes and goes under them to the outside. RVD then looks into the ring and HBK smiles at him. HBK goes to the turnbuckles and leans on them relaxing. RVD then slides into the ring and HBK and him begin circling again. They lock up again and HBK backs RVD into the corner. The ref. says: "1, 2, 3, 4, Hey! Hey! Break it up!" HBK then breaks it up and raises his arms in the air showing the ref. HBK then punchs RVD hard. HBK then backs out and RVD comes out of the corner. RVD then begins running and HBK flips him over his head. HBK thinks RVD fell bt RVD lands on his feet and as HBK turns around RVD nails him with a Spinning Heel Kick. HBK goes down and RVD goes over to the ropes. He then leaps up to the top rope and as he turns around HBK gets up and hits the ropes knocking RVD down hard onto the turnbuckle. HBK then stumbles over to the ropes and climbs to the middle one. He begins punching RVD and then he puts his arm over his head. HBK then sets him up for a Suplex but RVD reversus and pushes HBK off. RVD then climbs up to a standing position on the top rope. HBK then gets up and RVD nails him with a Sidekick off the turnbuckle. HBK goes down hard and RVD then runs into the ropes. He then does the Rolling Thunder but HBK gets his legs up. RVD hurts his back and they both lay there as the ref. counts: 1, 2, 3, 4. Both men begin to get up and they begin punching each other as they get up. HBK then grabs RVD and whips him into the ropes. HBK tries to kick him in the gut as he comes back but RVD grabs his leg, puts one leg over his, then nails him with a Spinning Heel Kick. RVD then stands and picks HBK back up. He Body Slams him in the middle of the ring and then walks over to the ropes and gets to the outside on the ring apron. He gives the fingure taunt and then walks over by the turnbuckle. RVD then leaps to the top rope and then delivers a stunning Five Star Frog Splash to Shawn Michaels. He then covers Michaels and the ref. counts: 1, 2, 3! RVD wins the match and the crowd goes nuts.
We head to a commercial break.

The theme of Hollywood Hogan is heard throughout the arena and the crowd goes nuts with cheers for the Hulkster.
Lillian Garcia:Making his way to the ring, from Venice Beach, California, weighing in at 275 pounds, Hollywood Hulk Hogan!
Hogan struts to the ring playing his air guitar as the crowd breaks out in a Hogan chant. He gets in the ring and does a few poses for the Crowd then rips his shirt off then we hear the theme of The Rock and the fans go wild once again!
Lillian Garcia:And his opponent from Miami, Florida, also weighing in at 275 pounds, The Rock!
Rock makes his way down the ramp and climbs the stairs. He walks the apron and then gets up on the turnbuckle and raises his arm up in the air as the crowd flashes photos.
The Rock stares down at Hulk Hogan and Hogan stares back up at The Rock. The Rock gets down off of the turnbuckle and gets in the ring while his music slowly dies down the fans are chanting Rocky and Hogan at the same time! Hogan and The Rock have another stare down as the fans still cheer for both of them. They lock up and struggle for power. Hogan gets the upper and and takes Rock down. The Rock gess up and Hogans hits him with the rights and lefts and Rock falls into the ropes. Hogan whips him across the ring and then connects with a clothesline taking the Rock down. Hulk picks the Rock up and body slams him down to the mat! He picks the rock up and gets on a sleeper hold. The Fans come alive and the rock reverses by pushing Hogan into the ropes and then locking in his own version of the Sleeper hold. Although Hogan backdrops the Rock down to the mat.
Tony:Wow I am sure they both felt that impact! What a great match being put on by these two icons.
They both get to their feet simultaneously and Rock gains control with his trademark punches. The Rock whips Hogan against the ropes but he counters but then Rock counters and whips him across the ring and Hogan come back and is nailed with a Belly to Belly toss! The Rock goes for the first cover of the match one-two.. kick out. Rock picks Hogan up and hits a few punches and goes for the final punch while imitating Hogan which doesnt go over well with the crowd and then Hogan ducks it and clotheslines The Rock over the top rope! Hogan gets out of th ring and hits some double fists tohe back of the Rock. The referee starts to administrate the 10 count. Hollywood lifts The Rock up and drops him face first on te ring apron. The Rock is favoring his forehead and Hogan whips him into the ring post face first! Rock falls down hard. The referee continues the count at 8 and Hogan rolls in the ring to start the count over and the referee is yelling at him to star in but Hogan rolls back out of the ring and as Rock is getting to his feet he picks him up and body slams him down on the protective mat although it still hurts more than in the ring. The referee continues the count at 4....5..... Hulk bangs the Rocks head off the ring apron and Rolls him into the ring and Hogan gets in as well. Hulk Hogan goes for the win one-two-th.. no kick out by The Rock!
Brain:Well I cant beleive it somehow The rock found some energy inside himself to kick out of that pin attempt. Any normal person wouldve been finished but not The Rock.
Hulk sees that The Rock hasnt gotten up yet and gets all hulked up. He backs up and bounces off the ropes.
Brain:This could be a mistake I think the Rock is playing possum.
Hulk Hogan goes for the Running Leg Drop but the Rock does move out of the way and looks like he was just pretending to be hurt! The Rock and Hulk Hogan rise to their feet and Hulk tries for a clothesline but The Rock counters into a DDT. The Rock jumps to his feet and waits for hogan to rise up. Rocky stalks the Hulkster as he slowly gets to his feet. Hogan turns around and The rock locks in the Rock Bottom but an elbow to the head of The Peoples Champ from Hulkamania stops the move. Hulk pushes The Rock into the ropes and he comes back and is met with a Big Boot. Hogan gets all Hulked up again and looks around as the crowd cheers. He does his hand wave to listen to the crowd and then Runs to The Rock and jumps...
Tony:RUNNING LEG DROP! He hit the Leg Drop!
Hulk Hogan goes for the cover and the referee counts one-two-three!
Lillian Garcia:Here is your winner, Hollywood Hulk Hogan!!!
Hulk Hogan poses for the crowd and they all cheer as the theme of Hogan hits the PA System! The Rock starts to get to his feet and Hogan extends his hand to help The Rock up and Rock takes it. They shake hands and we head backstage.
Gene Okerlund is standing by with Edge.
Gene:Edge, are you enjoying your first night on the job here in Xtreme Pro Wrestling?
Edge:Totally! Ever since Mr. Bischoff signed me last week, its been great. Im ready for a match though, but Im sure Shane wont give me one tonight, so Ill just wait until Mr. Bischoff gets back and ask him one for next week. Also, Im looking for someone to posibly team up with, because it seems like if youre on your own here in XPW, youre a sitting duck for destruction. So if anyone out there wants to tam up with the Edgester, that would TOTALLY..REEK..OF..AWESOMNESS!
Edge walks out of camera view down the hall as we go to Shane McMahons locker room.
The camera pans up, up up showing the lovely long legs of Stacy Keibler and she sits down on the couch and props her legs on the coffee table and is reading the paper while Shane McMahon is on the telephone once again with someone.
Shane:So youre almost here? Yea really?...Yea true they wont see it comin', and they definetly wont expect you here. ..Thats right, ...
Kurt Angle walks in the office and Shane says goodbye and see you when you get here and hangs up.
Kurt:Shane, I just want to thankyou for this match against Triple H tonight. Not only will I win the United States Championship like it should be, but I will make Triple H tap out! Oh its true.
Shane:No Kurt, its Damn True.
The scene fades to black as we go to a commercial break.
