Pewter M.U.S.C.L.E. Figures Hello, I'm finally getting around to doing some m.u.s.c.l.e. related topics. It recently occured to me that pewter muscle men figures would look rather nice, and so, I made some! The one problem is that the materials needed to make these figures are rather expensive, and so, to regain some of my cost, I'm offering pewter figures for sale. I have the first set of 4 already created and ready to ship. I started off by making my two favorite figures- The Claw and the rare Satan Cross. I also figured that an appropriate move would be to make classic Muscleman and classic Terri Bull. Check out the pictures, the scanning process doesn't do justice to the figures. The color is silver as seen in the fists of the figures, not the gold color (that's from the scanner). They are made from a pewter consisting of 35% lead and 65% tin, which is high quality sturdy metal. The figures are all hand cast and hand trimmed for excess as well as filed down for free-standing potential. The figures are nearly perfect replicas of the originals aside from occasional dimples on the surfaces which are simply a result of the hand casting. The figures look very nice and have a "carved statue" type look to them. I'm quite happy with how they turned out :) In any case, I'm selling each one for $20 a piece shipped, or $60 shipped for the full first set of 4. I plan on making many more figures in the coming weeks as I begin to regain some of my cost. If you have a particular figure that you would like to have in pewter form, please let me know.
