Now Playing: Mash-Ups
Yeah, I meant to come back last week. I'm not exactly sure what happened, but I'll do my best to pick up where I left off.
It's week 11 in the NFL. WHERE THE HELL DID THE SEASON GO?!?!?! At this moment, the Steelers (7-2)are tied for first place in the AFC North with the Bengals (7-2). But, since we beat them a few weeks back, we win the tie-breaker and in a technical sense, the Bengals are second. But it's a crazy football weekend coming up. The Steelers play the Ravens on Sunday, and one would think that I could see that game because Baltimore is up the street, but I forgot that the Redskins play the Raiders at the same time. Since where I live is considered more of the D.C. area than Baltimore, Redskins get the advantage. It kind of sucks, but I'm not sure if I want to see this game anyway. Ben won't start for the third straight week, but I think he might suit up. Whatever, but we definitely need him to start next Monday against the Colts. I'm gonna be sick during that game. But the "game of the week" that has been declared by the entire sports media is Colts vs. Bengals. I swear, I will put a world of hurt on Indy if the Bengals upset them. That's our job. Plus, I'm already out to prove that the Bengals aren't for real. Not yet.
I'm kind of bummed out because I cannot go see Harry Potter and the Goblet of Fire on opening weekend. I was gonna try to run out tomorrow early to see it, but I know it'll be crowded with kids. I actually turned down Phil for this evening. I don't know, it's just something. I want to be able to enjoy the movie, and not have to wait an hour at a station, then have the movie sell out on us and wait for the extremely late showing. I also have been feeling really weird lately. Because MONTHS ago, I swore up and down that I'd go see it with Marcus, but I haven't been able to get back to him. It's not my fault that he kept calling at completely inappropriate times.
I'm ready to pull away again. I'm ready for new experiences and acquaintances. But not the club scene. Hmm, maybe one day, I'll go out to ESPN Zone and meet some Steelers fans from the area. We'll see.
Dude, next Thursday is Thanksgiving. Wow, it's almost 2006. My life is just slipping away. This also means that Christmas is right around the corner. I need gift ideas.
I know what I want. It's 6'5, 241 lbs., is found in Western Pennsylvania, dresses in black and gold weekly, usually on a Sunday, but has been seen in such outfit on a Monday here and there. I can dream can't I?
I believe that I have another great picture of him. And I'm praying that it'll upload. It's not as great as the Superman one (what is?), but I love it because it answers my year long question...

Green.
I'm phasing.
R.I.P. Eddie. Just another gone way before his time.
