Welcome E-Fed fans. NAPPW started up in 1998 by my cousin. He then handed it over to me, and we ran strongly for many many years until two years ago. Someone hacked our site. We lost everything. So now I am proud to anounce that today October 18th, 2005 NAPPW Owner Zachary Janssen has decided to reopen the federation and build this fed up to being one of the most memmorable fed out there.
