Demeanor:
How your character acts during his match. Is he arrogant and taunting the crowd and/or opponent, or focused, frustrated etc. Be as detailed as possible.
How would you like the match to go?:
Describe what you would like to see happen during the match. Include any big spots/moves, interference etc. Again, be as detailed as possible.
Intereferance/Run In:
Do you want to have a run in or interfere in someone elses match on the show?
