"Sensational" Shannon Moore: Hey Matt who invited him again?

"Version One" Matt Hardy: He didn't need to be invited young one. Stevie is Victoria's boyfriend, and with Victoria in the fold, we need to make sure she remains happy. Besides Stevie has something the rest of this company doesn't have, promise. 

"Sensational" Shannon Moore: Wait a minute, I thought the whole reason you chose Victoria was for --.

"Version One" Matt Hardy: Stop right there young MFer. I am not here for love, I am here to compete, to win, to start my own legacy. Anyway Shannon, I have one of those taped interviews to do right now, so get lost while I do my thing. And if Stevie and Victoria are getting..well...better aquainted, close your eyes, your ears and your mind, and pretend it doesn't exist.

Shannon Moore reluctantly reenters the Team Mattitude lockeroom. Matt Hardy meanwhile walks down the hall until he reaches the area where his segment is going to be filmed. Hardy poses for the camera and begins. 

"Version One" Matt Hardy: As expected I, Matthew Moore Hardy, am slated for the Main Event at X-Treme. X-Treme it sounds like the show was named after me, it sounds like this show was my destiny. Ah, yes that did sound nice right? Well WRONG, this show may have been great for the old Matt Hardy, but I have far surpassed him long ago. I am Matt Hardy version 1.0, because this version displays just what pure athleticism is. Anyway, on X-Treme i am in the Main Event. You know being in the Main Event means so much. For one thing it means I get a chance to showcase to the world, in what will by far be the highest rated segment of the show, my far superior talent. I get a chance to shine brighter than anybody who has ever stepped into the ring before me, both that night and in the five year history of this company. I recieve the chance to start my legacy in grand style, with a win!

"Version One" Matt Hardy: The best part of X-Treme will not be the win, rather it will be the chance to expose a "legend" for the fraud he really is. On X-Treme I get to end the legend known as Chris Kanyon. Chris Kanyon the MEFW Hall of Famer, who is plastered all around this place like hes some sort of hero. NEWSFLASH! Nobody likes you Kanyon, more importantly I don't like you. Sure you have many acolades of the past, but they are just that, in the past. I don't care how many matches you have won, or how many titles you've held, all of them are long gone. Kanyon when I think of you, the first word that comes to mind is not legend. No, two words come to mind instead, over and rated, put them together and you have Chris Kanyon the most overrated superstar this company has EVER seen. You see Kanyon from what I heard is that you were nothing more than a leach in the past. You always surrounded yourself around those better than you, meaning everyone else made you LOOK good. The sad part is you buy into your own falsified numbers and achievements of the past. You are a hoax, a fake, a wannabe legend. However on X-Treme I won't have to say you are a phoney, the world will see first hand what a true legend is. I am a legend in the making, and what better way to catapult to the top than to defeat the companies overrated star? it's people like you Kanyon that give me joy and satisfaction out of what I do.

"Version One" Matt Hardy: They say canyons are wide, gaping holes, that cannot be passed without the proper equipment. Too bad for you those canyons are spelled with a "C" and not a "K" like you. Come X-Treme not only will I pass by you, I will make sure you regret not staying in the same hell hole this company would have entered had I not begun to inject life into it with my presence alone. Kanyon at X-Treme you better be prepared for the fight of your life, because I have something you don't. I have MATTITUDE, the intangible x-factor that burns within, the one that gives me an advantage over you and everyone else. It can't be seen but you will get up close and personal with it when you recieve your first and final...
