History

The nWo was reformed by Syxx in early September when Paul Heyman came up and said the nWo would be a great idea.  That pay-per-view, Vengeance, Syxx reunited with Scott Hall and Kevin Nash to form the nWo.  Later on both would leave, but Nash came back controlled by a new person.  Then Hogan joined and stayed with them for one match.  Hogan then left and Nash took control.  Nash became Hogan, and Syxx began controlling both Nash and Syxx, plus Lita who he had taken on as a manger.  Steiner then joined after coming back from a leave of absence.  The newest member was Buff who joined before Smackdown on the 14th of November.  nWo was named the number 1 stable on December 1, 2002 at Survivor Series when they beat ECW in a 4 on 4 elimination match.  Jeff Jarrett joined the team December 3, 2002.  On December 6, 2002 Dawn Marie joined as Scott Hall and Kevin Nash's manager, defecting from the now dead ECW.  Holiday Inn was supposed to be nWo's night, with 3 members going for major titles.  Dawn in a Women's title match, Buff in a IC title match, and Scott Hall in a World title match, but I guess it wasn't meant to be as Syxx was the only nWo member to win his match that night.  But they will have their revenge, you can bet your ass they will.  Royal Rumble 2003 (January 26, 2003) has come and gone, and what a night it was.  Scott Hall won the Smackdown Rumble, after being the 7th entrant, Syxx was the 6th.  Buff won the IC title, but later turned his back on the nWo and joined the Triple Threat.  The nwo also helped the one and only Giant Killer, Shane McMahon beat Vampiro and capture the World Heavyweight title.

Now Way Out has come and gone.  Kevin Nash is the new hardcore champion.  Syxx lost against Buff, but isn't giving up his hopes.  Scott Hall was defeated by Chris Jericho but he is still going to Wrestlemania 2 to face the new champion Taz in the main event.  April Hunter is the new diva, what can we expect from her?  After Jarrett hit Nash over the head with a guitar on accident, Jarrett was kicked out of the nWo, left to go on his own.  This wasn't the only reason, he also had a bad attitude towards the rest of the members, almost getting in a fight with Syxx before No Way Out.  Hogan is going to be facing The Rock at Wrestlemania 2, rumors floating around suggest Syxx will be facing Hurricane in a Summerslam re-match.

The nWo has lost and gained members again.  Recently, Lita left the nWo because of romantic conflicts with Syxx and the fact that Lita didn't like where she was going with the nWo.  But in Lita's absence, The Kat came and became a full fledge member, after being Kevin Nash's manager.  Now The Kat is the manager of The Outsiders and April Hunter is the manager of Hollywood Hulk Hogan and Syxx.  What will these women do for the nWo in the future?

Scott Hall is the World Heavyweight champion after defeating Taz at Wrestlemania, Kevin Nash retained his gold against Batista.  Hurricane defeated Syxx, but I doubt that is the end of the 8 month long feud.
