Real Name?
Sandra Stuart

In-Ring Name?
Elmira The Iron Maiden

How did you come up with your in-ring name?
I love animals. There was a cartoon called tiny toons and there was this girl on there named Elmira. She had red hair and she just loved to squish animals. Just made sence to take on the name

Location?
Ontario

What Federation are you currently in?
GLCW, CIWA, Big Time Pro Wrestling

What Federations have you wrestled in before?
GLCW CIWA,IWA,OCW,UNWA,ACW,

When did you start wrestling?
Summer of 1999

What school did you train at (or who trained you)?
I was trained by Waldo von Erich, Smith Hart, and a little from Buiser Bedlem aka: Johnny K-9

Who is the strongest woman you've seen in the Indy's (mic skills plus in ring skills)?
To be honest, I haven't seen that many woman wrestlers.

Who is the strongest man you've seen in the Indy's (mic skill plus ring skills)?
Mic skills hats down The Sport Jessy Jones. What a performer. Overall The Highlanders, especially that Rory MacAlister Yummy!!

What's it like working in the Indy's?
Frustrating at times. Because of the laws in Ontario, I am forbiddin to wrestle a man. This law makes it hard for me to move forword. I am lookin to change that though.

What is your most memorable moment?
Getting ready for my first show. The feeling you get before you wrestle is one that can't be matched. When and if I loose that feeling, i will hang up my boots.

Have you wrestled any mixed matches (Male vs female)? And if so, with who?
Elien Habinaro. and the crowd loved it. I came out and pretty much tossed him around. Classic wrestling at it's best and do this day, it is still my favortie match

Do you have a gimmick? And if so, what is it? If Not, what gimmick would you have if you could choose?
Well I pretty much am my gimmic. I am Elmira in a way. I just think of myself and turn up the volume.

What was the hardest wrestling move you learned?
Basics were hard at first because I wasn't use to any of it. To learn a move now isn't very hard.

What's your schedule like?
I wrestling on the weekends, because i work during the week. i try to train at least 3 times a week at night. need to say fresh.

Who are some of your favorite people to work with?
Foxy, Billi Paige, Jessy Jones, are all great workers. They make it that much better and I thank them for it.

Is there any kind of match you wouldn't do (like a lingerie match, bikini match, jello match)?
HA, bikini match that's funny. I hate all that sex crap. They go too fare with it. Besides, after the first initial 3 seconds, people get board and want to see wrestling. Way to entertain!!

What titles have you won or helped others win?
NONE, DON'T CARE!!

What has been your scariest in-ring moment?
Landing on my head and braking my ribs...OUCCCHHH

Who has influenced you both in the ring and out?
My friend Sandra is a great inspiration to me. She was told she would never amount to anything in high school. She lost allot of weight and is now in the Army. As far as influencing me in the ring, Jake Roberts. What a performer!!

Who are some of the people that you haven't worked with yet, that you would like to work with?
Woman, Amanda Strom or Precious Lucy, Men, Dirty White Kid needs a beating, well I really wouldn't call him a man yet.

I read on your website that one of your favorite sayings is, "You're all a bunch of disease infested monkey whores!" I have to be honest, I aboslutely love this quote. Sounds like something I would say. Where did it come from?
I say it to girls that I think are slutly or dirty or weight about 50 lbs soaking wet holding a brick. I have a knack for combining random profanities and eventually turning them into an insult of some kind. It's a gift i guess

Do you help train other women?
Yes

Who have you helped train?
Billi Paige, Foxy, Rotten Rhonda Rottweiler, Ramona

What are the most important things for women to remember when they first start out training?
Don't idolize other wrestlers...admire, respect, not idolize. Wrestling is about allot more than actual wrestling. Learnin a bunch a fancy moves will not make you great. It's about when and where you do your moves, and if you can take the fans were you want them.

If you could model your character after one WWE Diva (from back in the good ole days, or now) who would it be and why?
Oh that's a hard one. I am probebly more of a Stone Cold kind of wrestler. Is he a Diva?

I noticed that you believe that wrestling should get back to the more old school values. Where you wrestle to wrestle, not to make the boys quiver with delight. How do you think Indy women can do that in today's world and still dominate a male audience?
Men love to see great wrestling. The eye candy wears off pretty damn quick. Learn your in ring phycology. Play the crowd and don't relay on your look to get you over.

The following questions are asking for your opinion on the WWE product, since that is what most people get to see.

Who are you favorite WWE Male wrestlers?
Jake the Snake Roberts

Who are you favorite WWE Female Wrestlers?
Chyna or Jazz it's a toss up!

What is your favorite WWE storyline?
Austin vs McMahon What is your least favorite WWE storyline?
Anything the involves sex

With the current storylines focusing on HLA and matches like lingerie pillow fights, how do you think the women wrestlers could move past that and put the focus back on their in-ring skills? Do you think this focus on T&A will hinder other women's, like yourself, chances to be taken seriously?
Well it didn't take long for the fans to relize that pillow fights and lezbian crap doesn't entertain like wrestling does. Wrestling, not a strip show.

If you had a chance to wrestle any WWE star, who would be your top choice (you can pick 2 males and 2 females)?
Jazz and Mulah, Austin and hurricaine

What do you think of the current WWE women's matches?
i try not to!

Do you think women should get more belts (Like their own tag team belts)?
If the wrestling is there absoulutly.

Do you think the WWE should take a page from the Indy's and let the women wrestle the men more?
yes, but again the matches should be legit. Match them up with compatable opponents.

Who is the strongest WWE female wrestler (Mic skills and in ring skills combined)?
Um I don't think I've heard allot of the talk much to have an opinion

Who is the strongest WWE male wrestler (mic skills and in ring skills combined)?
Chris Jericho Hands Down best pro

Do you think any of today's wrestlers (indy or WWE) are going to be legends in years to come?
It's impossible to tell. The business changes so quickly

If you could change one thing about the WWE product, what would it be and why?
Stop with the complicated storylines and let the wrestlers do their job. When someone in managment begins scripting promos it takes the spirit out of it. Do you have any advice for others trying to break into the business?
Just go for it. Don't let anyone tell you that you're not good enough. Find out what makes you unique and use it.

Anything else you'd like to add?
Websites such as these are great for the woman to help promote themselves. Thanks for the opportunity to have my say

Again, thanks so much for agreeing to this interview!
Not a problem, anytime.
