::Neil and Gideon are in the Core Arena. They are talking on the way to the interview room.::
Neil: Surprised it lasted this long.
Gideon: We knew what we were getting into and we have dealt with a lot worse.
Neil: What is the plan?
Gideon: Basically a "F$%k you we quit" style speech.
Neil: You let him know we were out?
Gideon: Why bother. The only way he would notice is when we mention his name.
::Neil and Gideon enter the interview room. There was a promo just before they arrived so everyone is still set up.::
Gideon: By now you have heard the rumors about the dissention in the TUE. Those rumors are true. The Alliance is no longer part of the TUE. How did this come to be you might ask.
Neil: If you have to ask you never spent 15 minutes talking to Hughes.
Gideon: We could tell you more of what you already know. The truth is we are not going to be his stooges. Neil explain the bit where we were following Alinie Fanco with Bats.
Neil: Hughes wanted to mess with Adams and he had us do the muscle work. It is one thing to attack someone when you have a problem with them or when you are feuding. It is another to maul a man’s girlfriend just to screw with his mind.
Gideon: Needless to say this did not accomplish what he wanted. The Legacy title defense would have been so much easier if we hurt Ms Fanco badly. Adams would have been distracted hunting us and not focused on taking the title. We instead went with intimidation. He liked the idea but I could see in his eyes that we were now "Expendable". Of course he was going to wait until after the PPV because he knows that we are too dangerous to cross without preparation.
Neil: He f$%ks us over and we make him pay. Doesn’t matter who you are and he knows we back down from no one.
Gideon: Rather then wait we are leaving now. You may have noticed that he was involved in the match. As you know we always plan for our matches. Hughes didn’t want us to use our plans.
Neil: Game plan was to work Adam’s neck and break him down for the Legacy title match. We bullshit about countering him so he didn’t know our plans and had him wide open to work the neck. Guess who didn’t like the idea?
Gideon: It is all about control and his ego. He wanted the match to go exactly according to his Masterplan. Of course for this to happen we had to go along with his plan. We would be the ones to take out Adams after he lost to make sure he never goes after his Legacy title again.
Neil: We aren’t going to be his stooges.
Gideon: So we stretched out the match. It was non title and we weren’t going to face them again so it didn’t matter. Our purpose in that match wasn’t to beat Adams and Mendez but keep them occupied so Hughes could toy with Adams some more. The tag team champions of Core used as a distraction for Jason Hughes’s feuds.
Neil: That went over with us like Ron Jeremy speaking at a Catholic wedding.
Gideon: Indeed.
Neil: I was caught in Adams "Lying Beneath" submission. I tapped out because it wasn’t worth the effort to break out of it.
Gideon: I could have broken it up or Neil could have struggled to get to the ropes. Still this was a match devoted to the Adams VS Hughes Legacy title match. The ones who ended the match talking were Adams and Hughes with Alinie being threatened again.
Neil: It was worth losing a match to be done with Hughes’s egomaniac self centered anal retentive self serving bullshit.
Gideon: Now things get a lot more interesting. We started off helping Hughes against William Tremaine. Now the safety net is gone. One thing we made perfectly clear to him when we joined TUE is we would not be disrespected.
Neil: Using us as stooges and getting yourself over at our expense qualifies.
Gideon: Of course he will say he never planned anything and that this is just an attempt by us to save face by smearing him. After all that was his plan all along to get rid of us. The question is what do YOU think is more likely. Our plan was to work Adams’s neck for the PPV and in a match against Adams I made him tap to the Crippler Crossface. The reason we didn’t is because Jason Hughes wanted to do the job by himself to humiliate Adams before taking him out.
Neil: Then you can believe whatever self serving bullshit he decides to come up with to save face.
Gideon: Before that match we were 5 and 2. One of the losses was a screw job by Matt Lanier. We have been the tag champs since December 7th. In singles I am 3 and 0 while Neil is 2 and 0. If he says that we aren’t in their league or that we screwed up you can believe him if you want. The truth of the matter is why would you want to. It didn’t do Mercedes Styles any good to trust Hughes words did it?
Neil: TUE now consists of Hughes, Veronica, Stephanie, and Ed.
Gideon: Now it is all about trust. What do you think that they think about us leaving? And more importantly what will they do as the time ticks down to your Legacy title defense?
Neil: That Legacy title means the world to you. NEW is family.
Gideon: And now it can be all over. Your masterplan ruined because you no longer have 2 pawns keeping the attackers at bay.
Neil: And if you get any bright ideas about involving Steph in this then 6 of us will make the ball bat attack on Finale’s crotch or the attack on Matt Lanier look pleasant.
Gideon: As you may have already figured out by the math Neil and I are only 2 out of 6. Unless you know everyone on that list you are vulnerable. You may not fear being attacked but you don’t like not being in control and if you press the issue you will not be in control ever again.
Neil: How many people did you piss off here. All they were waiting for was an opening. Now it is open season because you aren’t protected.
Gideon: You played Games and they are turning Deadly. Like your theme says "Make your mistakes but no second chances".
Neil: Now we are done.
