Brock Lesnar joined the DWF on June 24th 2003. He stated that he would commit the rest of his career in the DWF and to his New Boss.
In the WWE (his ex-employers), he accomplished so much but still had a lot to learn. He said he was glad to leave RAW & Eric Bischoff to go to SMACKDOWN & Stephanie McMahon, but once again he changed his mind and went to DWF, to RAW & His New Boss. Brock said the reason he changed companies was because he wanted a fresh start, a new life, a new soul, and as soon as he stepped into the DWF, he knew he was at home.
Little did he know that DWF would have it's Demise after Bad Blood 2003 which mean't his contract would be expired!
Brock Lesnar didn't have a job and got impatient. He tried to settle it with the boss but he wouldn't listen to what he had to say.
Days, Weeks and even Months passed and he still didn't belong to a company. On the week of 16/6/03 Brock Lesnar was on the verge of signing a contract back with the World Wrestling Entertainment. The Extreme Championship Wrestling, Ultimate Championship Wrestling & The Deadly Alliance Entertainment were also tring to sign the talented young superstar. The WWE & Brock Lesnar agreed possible terms and were one day away from the contract signing when The Disturbed Wrestling Federation secretly snapped up Brock Lesnar in the last minute! DWF was planning to re-open on 21/7/03 and Brock was their #1 pick! The DWF's contract offer was more than 3x more than what WWE were giving!
