***The scene opens outside of David’s private gym in Donna Texas. David walks out soaked in sweat. He’s sporting a white muscle shirt with tight gray shorts. In his right hand is he’s car keys while the left has a black gym bag. David walks up to his truck when he sees someone he hasn’t seen in a few years…his ex-wife Amber Dunn. She walks up to him and smiles at him. David pulls out a Winston and lights it. He takes a few drags off the cigarette.***
DUNN:
Hello Amber.
AMBER:
Hello David.
DUNN: So
how have you been?
AMBER:
Okay I guess. How have you been Davey?
DUNN: I
don't know. How should I feel after you took Wilson and left me?
AMBER:
You knew I had to leave David.
DUNN:
Maybe so but you could have a least let me see my son once in a while. I know
you and me will never work out again. I know you don't love me any more. I know
I don't love you any more either. But I do love my son and you had no right to
take him away from me!
AMBER:
I had all the right! He's my son damn it!
DUNN:
Incase you haven't noticed he's my son too goddamn it.
AMBER:
You don't understand. I had to leave. You were out of control. Hell, look at
you. You're still out of control. Snapping at people right and left. Attack
people for no good reason. You've lost
it David. What the hell happened to you?!
DUNN:
When you left me I went through a deep depression. Because of your actions I
almost killed myself.
AMBER:
That isn't my fault David. It's your own. When the going got tough you always
looked for the easy way out.
DUNN:
Why did you come to see me any ways? You came to bitch at me a little while.
Maybe put me through some more heart ache. Shit why don't I go into my truck
and get my fucking rifle! Yeah how about instead of me putting a bullet in my
head I just give you the fucking thing and you can end it! Would you like
that?! HUH!
AMBER:
You’re still the same. I thought maybe we could talk but as I can see we can't.
Goodbye David.
DUNN: Goodbye?
Oh no. Were far from finished
bitch. I was faithful to you. I gave you everything you ever wanted. You had my son…we…we…were a damn family. Yet that wasn’t enough for you was it? You always had to have more. I loved you Amber…
AMBER: YOU LOVED ME?! Fuck you David. You never
loved me. You used me to improve your
image. You used me to make you
money. Love was nothing more than a
tactic. I hate you David. You’ve destroyed my life. I swear…I swear to god I’m going to get even
with you one of these days…and when I do…you’ll learn what it means to suffer
like I have.
***Amber
pulls a can of pepper spray out of her bag.
She sprays David in the face with it.
David falls to his knees screaming in pain. Amber grabs David’s keys to his truck. Amber gets into the truck and starts the engine. David moves close to the door. Amber opens the door quickly and smashes the
door into David’s face. David looks out
on his knees looking up at Amber.***
DUNN:
Fuck you…Amber…fuck you and every damn thing…you stand for you stupid bitch…I
hate you…I hate you…
***David falls to the ground and passes out. Amber opens the truck door. She spits on David. She then closes the door and leaves.***

before Halloween
***The scene opens in the Dunn family home in the living room. David is on the phone calling someone. He keeps shaking his head almost like in disapproval. David hangs up violently and starts to scream at the phone violently.***
DUNN: …piece of shit! Fucking Raul still isn’t answering his damn cell phone. Damn it.
***David
starts to walk around the room shaking his head back and forth.***
DUNN: After all we’ve been through. After all the shit I’ve helped him with the little bitch has the nerve to ignore me over some stupid shit with Larry. God, I wish I told him about it now…I was only thinking about what would happen if he did find out. I didn’t want him hurt. Shit he’s so pissed off right now I wouldn’t be a bit surprised if the bitch went on a killing spree.
***David stops for a second, then waves his hand down at the phone. He then walks into the kitchen.***

2 Hour until present
***The scene reopens as David is walking up to Larry’s new home. David knocks on the door and stands there waiting for a response. Suddenly the door opens, Larry is standing there with a drink in his hand.***
LARRY: About fucking time you got here man.
DUNN: Sorry, would have been here sooner but I was
trying to get a hold of Raul.
LARRY: Raul?
Shit man, he’s on his way.
DUNN: Huh?
LARRY: Yeah man.
He called me a few hours ago and said he was on his way.
DUNN: No shit?
LARRY: No shit.
I guess he got over it.
DUNN: I guess so.
***David walks into the house followed by Larry. They walk into the living room where about 7 people are talking and drinking. David looks around the room see how many people he knew. Jonathan was there, an old friend from when he was a small kid. Martin, Adrian, and Annette was there, people he use to work with when he was in high school. Then he turns to the side to find Rudy, Linda, and Harold, old drinking friends back in the day. David makes his was around the room shaking people’s hands and talking to them for a while. A little time later Larry brings David a beer as David is talking to his friend Jonathan.***
DUNN: Thanks man.
LARRY: No problem.
DUNN: Any ways, as you were saying Johnny boy.
JONATHAN: Oh yeah.
Umm, wrestling has really changed since we were little kids. I mean back in our day it was just bad guy
vs. good guy. They wrested, it end
there little show. Nowadays you got
people that go beyond that to sick or even disturbing actions to get better
ratings and more money. That what
happened to you David. You got pissed
all over in the ring. Ten years ago
that would have never happened.
DUNN: Doesn’t any just read a book instead of watching wrestling?
LARRY: Yeah but on the same point what David did to
get back at Kyle was something that wouldn’t have done either. Having Kyle deported implied racism. That’s something mild but it still wouldn’t
have been done ten years ago.
DUNN: Why is it when ever we get together we always have to talk wrestling?! I mean in about two days I’m going to face Jay Cash in a cage match. Yet, am I talking about it? No. I leave that shit when I got nothing better to do. Let’s just party okay guys?
LARRY: Works for me.
JONATHAN: Okay.
***Larry
looks over at the refreshment table and notices the keg floating a bit.***
LARRY: Hey David, could you go down to the basement
and get the other keg?
DUNN: Sure, no problem.
***David
hands his drink to Larry and makes his way down to the basement.***
DUNN: Damn, couldn’t Larry put some more lights down here. Shit…now where is that damn keg…
***David
looks around the room until he sees the keg in the corner.***
DUNN: Ah, bingo bango bongo.
***David
picks up the keg.***
DUNN: Motherfucker this thing is heavy. It I didn’t work out I guess I’d break my fucking ba…
***Suddenly
out of no where someone steps out from the shadows and hits David over the head
with something that looked like a black pipe.
David drops the keg and falls to his knees.***
DUNN: …what
the…
***The person swing again, this time knocking David out cold. The person it then heard walking up the stairs and closing the door behind them. A pool of blood starts to form around David’s body as if he was busted open. The scene fades to black.***
